Not satisfied!

The leather just doesnt seem to be smooth out enough, the pillows are like bubbles and not smooth . I dont have the comfort of being a firm setting Ive been trying to get a hold of you all for the last 3 months about this issue. I was told that I didnt have the right information so iam doing this all again

Payment arrangement

Combine payments Trying to make better payment arrangements. Need payments to be reduced and combined.

Lease application was for the wrong store was for biglots not overstock

nothing was told to reappy at the biglots store havent been able to get into the web site to reapply for another lease

No problems with customer service, They do ridiculously overcharge.

But you get what you get when you ask someone to trust you without a credit report. My son had just turned 18 and wanted a PC so he went through them (against my better judgment) He has had no problems. We have been able to reach customer service and have had excellent service on several occasions to make arrangements and for a pay off. He has since established credit and has a credit card. But this was a nice way for him to get in the habit of paying a bill regularly.

Predatory Lender

Predatory Lender!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! They will cancel a contract that has been approved and signed. They will cancel merchandise that has been ordered and set up for delivery. They charge exorbitant fees, sometimes up to 200% of the original purchase price. They charge your card even when they are not authorized to do so. God help you if you miss a payment. There used to be usury laws in the US preventing this kind of company from doing business. Now they are just waiting to rip you off. The company is nothing but a fraud. A sham. A scam. Creating financial nightmares for clients. Stay away from this Predatory Lender! DO NOT RECOMMEND

No complaints. I do not have any concerns with progressive leasing or best buy.the customer service was excellent.

Charges

Hello, I have been getting charges by you guys. You are not even licensed in MN. I haven't lived in ND for around 16 years. I have a MN address, file MN taxes...everything is MN. I do not know how you got my information but I do want the charges to stop. As far as the bank sees this is fraudulent charges since they do see it coming over with a ND zip code instead of a MN. I do not see how you can charge a MN account without being licensed in MN. I believe this is illegal. Doug.

To begin with if I could give them a zero rating I would. But they put thru a run around to get a product fixed. You have to get a notarized letter before they will even talk to you

I have had my washer 1 month and they are giving me a run around to get it replaced but they still want thier money even though I can't use my washer

Why is my account unfindable

Why is my account unacessable...these people lost my account after the first charge. No way to log on no way to find my account with my SSN.

Merchandise was damaged on delivery

This is my 2nd time using progressive. I am not dissatisfied with progressive at all the problem is price busters. The 1st time I purchased my furniture for 3500 with no problem and it was paid off here. I am 6 months later buying a new set and my kitchen table is very rusty and I tried to bring it to their attention and they were very. Rude and unprofessional people at East Point price busters. And this will be going furthere i've already in contact with the corporate

I paid my lease off and received my psy off letter by email.I do not need a letter by mail.Just want it noted that i do not want a letter sent toe by mail.I have my email one.

Need to change bank information

I don't have a complaint, I just needed to change my payment information and they was really great about it I do not have a complaint number of them they had been wonderful to me through this whole ordeal of me purchasing my washer and dryer and I truly appreciate them I will recommend them to anyone

Returned lease and stilll getting charged

Found out they are charging me for rims I never received because I changed my mind. Found out recently after they said they didnt charge me that its on my credit report that I didnt pay my debt

Damaged top

I bought new furniture and a new fireplace entertainment center and the top of the fireplace is damaged. Would like some taken off my bill.

Treated like ***

Approved for a loan. Went to Room Place picked out a Couch. Sales person lied and said Couch was tan. When I got home Couch was Grey. Store got paid for Couch and I came out with nothing. Not one time did Progressive reach out to me for any information to what was going on. Couch was surrendered to Progressive. I was told by progressive if I applied for a new loan and denied they would over turn it. Well I was denied. They wanted my ID voided check and my bank statements for 90 days. I told them no! Because the store and Progressive have lied to me the customer. I'm going to let the Attorney Generals Office handle this! They are treating me like I did wrong. Everyone please go do business with Amica.
