Totally disgusted with last few times flowers were delivered to me.

Hi, my latest order looked a little like the picture, No Lily and No fragrance. I decided to order from Proflowers again because I thought anyone can screw things up, Big Mistake! Order # 470480****592 Has Arrived Why can't they get an order right? Why do they always Bait & Switch?

Upset about their professionalism

Very bad company, I ordered flowers for Mothers Day on 5/6 for 5-7, Mothers Day being on 5/8. They not only failed to deliver on 5/7 but notified my expected delivery 5/9. Do not recommend to anyone!

Horrible flowers

I received flowers for Mothers Day. When I opened the box and unpacked the flowers many leaves fell off, one rose head fell off the stem and two other roses were broken in half on the stem. I called customer service and was told that my son would receive a full refund. The roses had no smell either.

Wife's flowers never arrived

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work on Valentine's day. I spent the extra money knowing it was going to be delivered on Valentine's day. However, my wife said it never showed up. I looked up the tracking number an hour ago and it still says it's in transit. It's been 2 days and it still haven't got any notice from ProFlowers. At this point, I would like a full refund for my purchase.

I was sent flowers for Valentines Day they were left on the porch and froze, so they were dead! I called pro flowers I was told they would send new ones the next day. Well nothing it is 9pm next day.

This has got to be the worst customer service of any company. I normally do not complain but this is awful! I was sent flowers for Valentines Day they were left on the porch the froze and were dead when I brought them in. I called pro flowers and was told we will resend them tomorrow well it is 9pm on the 15th still no flowers. Back on the phone with customer service they said nothing they can do! So, they got paid $125 and the customer got nothing! I got a song and dance and was bullied and lied to. Bottom line never order from them! Call the local ftd florist in the neighborhood and they will deliver healthy flowers and the receiver will get them!

ABSOLUTE DISASTER!

I ordered flowers early to be specifically delivered on my 25th wedding anniversary. The flowers didn't arrive on our anniversary!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need flowers delivers by a specific date. Their initial response was they would refund the SHIPPING COST - are you serious!! After calling them again (in complete disgust), they did refund my complete order - however - who's going to pay the hotel bill for me having to sleep outside the house! Terrible. I recommend that you DO NOT use them for time sensitive deliveries!

Birthday flowers delivery

Flower delivery just left on porch and I was at home. Sent by my son and grandchildren in Texas. When I opened the box, (yellow mini rose), the plant was not in an upright position in the pot. It was dislodged and the root ball and soil exposed. Four or five rose buds were broken off as well as most of the wilted leaves. A very sad looking plant, which may not survive. Over the years I've had many ProFlowers deliveries which were very satisfactory. I can only surmise that somewhere along the delivery way the box was knocked (or dumped) on its side with the resulting catastrophe. I am so disappointed. Order # 804706****6-2562**** Joan M. Deceptive

Good morning, These guys have to find a way to extract their heads from the place it appears to be. Absolute rip-off. Paid almost $60.00 for next to nothing in terms of a flower bouquet. Certainly not in accordance with the website image. I will never use these brain dead individuals again and I suggest you avoid.

Recent online order overcharged

I ordered a tulip arrangement that was a Christmas in July Special. I was charged the full price. Not only that, but I called customer service, and they took down my information and gave me a refund. Thank you for taking care of the problem immediately..

Non delivery on time

Don't select a delivery date because it won't matter. FLowers were ordered in days advance as a surprise for a birthday. WHen they did not arrive, tracking showed they would not be delivered until after the date of the surprise party. Too late.

Terrible flowers and mediocre customer service

I just received an order from my son and its shocking how bad it looked. Half of the flowers were broken, all were squished and several stems were actually so rotten they came apart in my hands. I was horrified that someone would pack them because they were clearly rotten when they were packed. When I called customer service, my ire increased. I could barely hear the person, because there was incredible background noise, and bad reception--very unprofessional. I had to repeat the order number 3 times. Then I was told I could not get a replacement for 2 weeks!!. That was simply unacceptable. Despite the horrible connection I was able to figure out that the rep was offering me a refund though I had to ask him 4 times to repeat it because it turned into mumbles. It was incomprehensible. I finally asked him if he was offering me a refund. WE have used this service in the past but I can assure you I will tell my sons not to use it again, nor will I . Alex Zavoluk, my son, is the one who ordered the flowers

Disappointing flower order - refund offered only 30%

Ordered "Gorgeous Yellow Daffodils with vase" Order came to about $70 with tax and delivery charges. Order did not look like the picture - not even close - when I saw the order I was too embarrassed to count how many- the vase was way, way too large for the flowers. When complaining to ProFlowers was offered a 30% refund - requested a full refund
