Do not hire
Do not hire - if ProSkill/Avi are pretending to still be in business. Made up numerous lies to get advance payments, and now 7+ months into a job that was contracted to take 3, he has disappeared. Communication was absolutely horrible and completely disorganized. His guys would it around waiting for materials that hadn't been ordered. Considering this one a "lesson learned." Trust your gut and watch out for red flags when it comes to contractors. He also lied to subcontractors, telling them we would pay them directly at the end of the project, when in fact we had already paid HIM for the work as part of our contract with him.

I had my backyard done. It should have taken a few months. This was back in 2014. I'm STILL waiting for it to be finished. It's now 2016. The owner is a yes man. He will promise the world and never follow through. You would think as a professional they would do the job right the first time. NOPE not this company. They always have an excuse as to why they haven't moved on the job for weeks and months. It's BS! If I knew this before I hired them. I would have gone with a different company. I even tried to find a different company to take over, but since there isn't much left to do they wouldn't take the job unless I had them do another project. I did however make a new contract with them in 2015. If they weren't done by July 19, 2015 they would owe me $100 a day until the project is finished. So, while they sit on their *** doing nothing I'm getting paid. If you do pick this company for some ungodly reason. I would suggest you put that in ur contract. If they are not finished with your project by the time they say. Then everyday after they owe u $100 a day until it is. Good luck on finding a contractor. I hope this helps.

Do not hire this contractor! Ever!
It is the most unprofessional company I ever used and I used some. First I gave them a small bathroom which should have taken around 10 days to do. I signed the contract on June 6, 2010. He started the job at the end of August and finished it after 7 weeks. The garbage disposal from the demolition of the job which was part of the job is still on my backyard and I can't get him to pick it up. he promisses everything and never does anything. He will never say no to you. But he will never do anything or do it very late. do yourself a favor. don't use this company.even if they give you a very good price.You will lose money in the end.
