I’m locked out my account
Ok so Im tryna withdraw 78 dollars yesterday it was approved but when I was looking for the PayPal option I didnt see so I asked customer service do you guys have a paypal option for me to withdraw my money they then went on to say use a card on file which I dont have because I dont have a bank account I was using my girl friends but we broke up so Im not using her card anymore n asked for it to be removed it was removed then min later Im automatically signed out my profile I try to log back in its kept saying invalid email/password so now I figured Im locked out but the crazy part about this I placed a bet yesterday that hit for 250 so now Im pissed cause I needed that money Im putting money on this app everyday n lose soon as I win nn try to get my money its a problem n I get locked out my profile is ridiculous

I lost on the flex pic and they kept telling me that I lost because of a tie in the one loss that applies to a power pick ticket and they dont understand the concept of initial bet and theyve been charging everybody since the beginning of time that this website started without the concept of initial bet they just say all right, drop it down drop it down drop it down 2 power pick. Lost one tie loss. But if your initial bet is a 4 flex Once you get down to a 2 power off the flex pick for anything less gets a refund. and they dont get that theyve been cheating everybody and they cheated me and they still charge me with a loss and never refunded me and block me so I cant ask for a refund or check .

Not able to login
I tried dozens of times to reset my password.l enter me e mail and click the link to reset it. And there is no prompt to reset password. If you can not resolve this I want a immediate return of my $100 deposit.

Withdrawal never received
Withdrew 600 to my account.. showed it was withdraw but never put into my bank account.. tried to see wat happened but there customer service is horrible.. can't get in touch with anyone.. this website is a rip off.. you'll spend more then u will receive

Money taken from my account
On 5/29/23, I had $1200 set aside to withdraw and the funds were taken out with out my acknowledgement and I tried to speak to the fraud department but everytime I tried they told me someone would reach out but Prize Picks never did, they finally told me nothing could be done and deleted my account. Terrible interactions everytime. I messaged the prize picks on a daily basis for over 2 weeks trying to speak to someone from the fraud department, but was unsuccessful everytime.

Missing money
Im missing money out of my account I have set aside and not fully withdrawn yet.. but it seams to be withdrawn completely but theres nothing in my bank statements. I want my money back now this is unacceptable. I love this app, Ive emailed a response your online support setting and have received no email back. Im missing well over $300, I have the dates, I have the transactions to prove that it was never actually in my account bank account because 1) its not in my transactions 2) I never fully withdrew it into my bank account. I withdrew a total of $525 out of my BANKROLL.. setting it aside without following the second transaction step withdrawing into my actual bank account.. heres an example. THIS IS MONEY WITHDRAWN OUT OF MY BANKROLL..but not completely withdrawn into my bank account. You have to manually withdraw each and every single one of those transactions separately. Those are still set aside in my prize picks account but not apart of my bank roll.. just set aside! THESE 6 transactions WERE NOT COMPLETELY/MANUALLY ADDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. For months Ive been saving and setting aside this money. THESE 6 WITHDRAWS SHOULD LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE FIRST PICTURE, WHERE I HAVE THE OPTION TO FURTHER MOVE THIS MONEY IVE ALREADY TAKEN OUT IF MY BANKROLL INTO MY ACTUAL BANK ACCOUNT. A COUPLE WEEKS AGO EVERYTHING WAS STILL IN THERE ALL MY MONEY A TOTAL OF $363 And I want it back thats complete *** that you guys havent responded via email or from your website..

My account was closed. My deposit was taken. I want to talk to someone over the phone to resolve this matter as soon as possible. The number I called doesnt work. Ive emailed PrizePicks multiple times no one has fix my problem.

Prize picks owes me money and they closed my account
bI have recently created an account with prize picks about a week ago. Everything was perfect until I won and realized that I had signed up with a different email address. I continued to follow the instructions they provided as making sure my ID/DL was visible along with a face picture and back of my ID. I've been completely cooperative with the company, and they had told me to let them review the account which I've been putting money into for about a week now. A man named mark had assisted me on the live support and had said to wait until 12 today to get a response. Instead, I wake up to a closed account with the winnings taken away from me. I have sent multiple emails over an over to see if I can re-open and save the account but nothing back from prize picks at all. This is very suspicious due to the fact that the account was not closed until I won money from the company. I had asked prize pick if I can get refunded for my entry's at least if they don't want to pay me the winnings, but still no response. I really enjoy the app as a whole, very easy and straight forward. Likewise, I do not like how unprofessional and quick the company was to get rid of me, especially after giving them so many deposits. I would love to see if we can get this problem resolved because if not I will be bringing all my evidence to the court office and file a lawsuit. Thank u have a good day
