No 1099 for prize
I am In The process of BEGGING this company for my 1099 prize form. I dont even need any documents. I just need the dollar amount. Seeing my accountant in two days and I am completely baffled how unprofessional this company is. My contact has left the company. Reaching out to customer service is useless, can anyone suggest what on earth I can do?

They sent an email saying Ive won $500 in the above sweepstake. Tried to contact them, but no response. The whole thing seems a scam. Totally unprofessional. Why do reputed companies do business with such a bogus company???

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They finally got me my rebate after multiple phone calls to their HQ, support, my local reps, and complaining here.

Bought paint as part of a promotion and was supposed to receive $121.96 after using my receipt and going to the Lowe's website and filling in some info they asked for. It was approved on the website and the website indicated I'd receive my rebate card in 6 to 8 week. I never received it and numerous calls into the Rebate Center support numbers yielded no resolution. Their agents answer promptly, then say they are resolving it by sending your issue to Tier II Support and to expect your rebate card to be re-issued in 3 to 5 business days. I've been being told 3 times that I should be getting my card, but nothing yet. It's been 4 months, and still nothing. Googling Lowe's rebates will let you know there are tens of thousands of people that have bought things at Lowe's and never gotten the rebate that was advertised/marketed. This is completely deceptive and I hope an attorney general or someone will look into this fraud and file a class action lawsuit.

Never got confirmation email for my win
I won a 100 dollar visa gift card on the Pepsi giveaway but never got an email to redeem it from prize logic. Pepsi gave me the number to call and I left a message and emailed but I haven't gotten a response and still haven't gotten my gift card

I won a bartending kit in the Cayman Jack put a twist on tradition sweepstakes. Did not receive the bartending tools. Received mis matched glasses, ice scooper, ice bucket and canvas tool bag. But it t had no tools.

Missing parts of prize package
I won a bartending kit as a prize. No bartending tools were included. Seemed like they just through random mix matched glasses etc. I want what the prize consisted of as advertised. Will not be happy until I hear from a customer service representative.

Never received reward
I redeemed 25,000 points in the Winston rewards program 13 weeks ago for a Dewalt wrench set. Got a confirmation number and email stating I would receive the reward in 4 to 6 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to Winston rewards and prizelogic. Prize logic won't respond and Winston Rewards says they will re-submit to prizelogic. This is false advertising by Winston and fraud on the part of prizelogic.

Getting a response is difficult at best. It has been 5 months now and sporadic communication has not resolved the problem.
I was told in September 2021 that I received a prize. I have never received it. Today I received a tax document that states that I received this large dime of money. This has turned from frustration into tax fraud. Now the company has been acquired by a larger company and the phone numbers dont work anymore.

i won a $200 gift card through the lucky strike icon showdown promo i have emailed prize logic 3x haven't heard any response and they are a terrible company and im going to the BBB to file a formal complaint for false advertising

I won a very expensive watch in a contest with Lucky Strike Tobacco. Have not gotten the watch and Prize Logic will not respond to emails!

Dishonesty, apathy or incompetence
I sent in a rebate request over 3 months ago for Lowes paint. I purchased about $400 of paint and was supposed to receive an $80 rebate. I have contacted Prizelogic through email 3 times and by phone 4 times. Each time "Tier 2" is supposed to resolve the problem, but it has been over a month now since I have worked with customer service support.Prete

Didn’t receive my 720$ rebate
We bought over $10,000 in appliances from Lowes during a promotion that offers a rebate in Jan 2021. Still no rebate! Called and emailed only to be told that is is approved and they would send it to Tier II. Been to Tier II at least 6 times! We cant get past that level to get this resolved!

I received an email on11/20/2020 from Prizelogic stating that I won a prize in the Miller Lite contest and that it would take 8 to 10 weeks to receive it and I still have not received it or any response from them about it yet.
