This company is a scam!
I own a small business sauce company, and I was looking to do business with a new box manufacturing company to manufacture my gift boxes for cheaper. I spoke with a person who was very attentive, so I closed the deal and sent them thousands of dollars to have my gift boxes made. The boxes arrived in record time, and the printing was absolutely beautiful, however the materials they used for the box were cheap and flimsy. When I called to voice my dislike, I was told the boxes would get stiffer as time passes. It's been over a month and my boxes are still flimsy and feel VERY cheap. I was told they were going to take care of the issue by reprinting the boxes are more stable materials, and send me samples, so I can choose which samples I preferred. This never happened. Instead, they sent me 6 boxes using the exact material I had an issue with in the first place on the same flimsy trash material I had issues with initially. The company is a scam!!! Don't use them!!!

Great high-quality product excellent prices
Printing blue delivered a very high-quality design and order that I received. I dont care where any company is located as long as they deliver what is promised and paid for I would recommend them to any small business or large because their work is impeccable and I actually received my order a week early than what was guaranteed

They are not USA based printing company, but rather from Pakistan or India
They have setup very legitimate website, with toll free and local numbers. The entire operation is done outside of USA and these guys do not have a physical location but rather operate from a P.O. Box somewhere in Texas, and other times in Illinois. They are scammers and dishonest for not being upfront. Google their address and you will see they do not exist. I spoke with Jason who told me they have operations all over the world and will print within 10 business days and then shipping another 5 days, in total 3 weeks. They offer free design services, but be aware you will never have a chance to speak to their designers, because they do not have access to a phone and located probably in Pakistan, or elsewhere. Another suspicious thing is they do not have Yelp or Facebook accounts.

Very rewarding experience with Printing Blue
I have worked with Jason and Printing Blue many times. They are always accommodating and easy to work with. Most of my jobs I would consider rushes and every time they deliver when I need it . In particular I ask them to print and manufacture tuck boxes and paper pendants with lamination on both sides for me in several sizes using an all over imprint in multiple colors including CMYK process. Their proofing process is rather quick , accurate and having the ability to speak with a live person when needed is a definite plus. I would highly recommend them to all who would consider using them for manufacture of custom boxes, and other paper related items.

Great Product/Great Service
I order some unique custom boxes which I could not find from any other vendor. I was very apprehensive in dealing with a company so far away, but they did what they said they were going to do, and charged me what they said they were going to charge me. The boxes look awesome! I am going to be using the boxes in an on going direct mail program, and expect I will be working with Printing Blue for some years to come. Also, I feel the price for fair for the uniqueness of the boxes I ordered. I would recommend if you are on the fence on whether to use them or not that you give them a try. It paid off for me.

This company is amazing
I ordered some custom soap boxes from this company and found their prices very reasonable and their service is really good. They helped me throughout the ordering process and their design team helped me to create the design for my soap boxes. Since then I am totally using this company and want to recommend it to anyone who is looking for some custom printing done. Just to add, they offer doorstep delivery free of cost so just in case you're not in their state, they will arrange a free delivery to your doorstep. James S

Avoid this company at all costs. Totally agree with previous post that this companies employees are liars. They took payment, delivered a very poor quality product and when challenged, told me I should have requested a better quality stock. After lots of phone calls and discussions, they agreed to reprint and send advance samples but this never happened. When I asked where they are based they lied and said Glasgow to which I questioned again. They then said Chicago and only after me getting angry did they admit to being in Pakistan. I'm still awaiting a refund which they are trying to get out of.

WARNING Do NoT Use
First off this comes from PAKISTAN. Second, their sales reps are liars. They will assure you the labels they make are premium adhesive. Then you order 100,000 of them and besides for the 3 month shipping from Pakistan, you find out the edges peel off the blottle after a week of applicating. I cant caution enough! You will get a great price but then find out that the label is coming from halfway around the world made in a *** facility. If you are looking for professional labels look somewhere else. The shipping, service, and product were all sub par to say the least.

Printingblue.com did good..... i needed to have some folders done and despite the fact that i waited 3 months to place the order, they honered the quote.....they also did the design work for free since mine needed some serious tlc. the quality of the product was great too. I wish they good lower their prices a bit but i guess you have to pay to get some good work done. I usually use them for custom jobs and they can do things that others usually cannot. Shipping is free too. Ask for Ese or Mike..they are very helpful.

They provided me with a low ball quote. I called multiple times to verify the price and got different prices every time. Once they confirmed the price and it did not change I assumed it was correct. Then when I sent them the artwork for the order they refused to print it and cost me a lot of money. They tell you they are concerned with quality and that they will work it out. Then they told me they could do it, then changed again and said they couldn't. They don't know what they are talking about. STAY AWAY.
