TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY ISSUES, FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING, UNABLE TO CONTACT LIVE SUPPORT

We ordered hooded sweatshirts for my daughters wedding as the gifts to the wedding party as a Wedding Tour-Fun Event. We ordered 14 white ones and 23 black ones for more than a $600 order. the white ones turned out great, the black ones look like an iron on and the material of the sweathshirt feels like cardboard. after contacting customer support via email multiple times and chatting with a live BOT-stupid, they continued to state that it wasnt a printing or production issue and she shouldve ordered one to see if she liked it first before ordering several. hmmm, a printing company that states PRINT in their company name doesnt stand behind their actual services. we were told to kindly look at each of the sweatshirts again and take a video and send in to review. Upon reviewing we noticed many of the lettering on the black sweatshirts was peeling or again like it was ironed on. we videoed this and sent in. They now state they need to reach out to print production and see if this is what they looked like upon being sent out. Their company is bogus, the quality is complete crap. They do not offer satisfaction guarantee as their website states. They take your money. My daughter couldve created better sweatshirts at the age of 6 using dollar store itemns. do not use this company for any printing needs, you will be sadly disappointed!

Digital Monster must have workers with mental issues or something. A customer ordered a full colored image t-shirt from Ebay store and they sent it in plain white, the image looks like a damn ghost!

Digital Monster must have workers with mental issues or something. A customer ordered a full colored image t-shirt from Ebay store and they sent it in plain white, the image looks like a damn ghost, WTF?!?! I'm so embarrassed, I'm over here doing damage control and apologizing to the customer which by the way is my very first customer. Thanks, a lot Pritify/ Digital Monster. How *** hard is it to print a color image on a t-shirt? Did I send the image in black in white? Now I will have a bad review on my Ebay store.

POD items not showing up to the customers

Original review May 18, 2023
I now have two customers that ordered shirts and a hat from my Shopify store, both over a month ago and theyve yet to receive their order. The order just stays its in fulfillment and I cannot refund orders that are in progress. So, how am I supposed to make things right for my customers if I cannot contact printify and cannot refund the money? Where are my customers orders? Other orders have shown up on time, I dont understand the issue with these two orders.

Terrible Service

I am a new business with Printify. Trying to setup and I have a few questions. I have gone through the online resources, but my questions are not answered. So I click on the Merchant support chat. I'm #8... so i enter information and wait, and wait and wait. Finally, I'm #1 in the que (after about an hour)... then... it knocks me back to #7 and I'm waiting again. There is no other way to reach them. Makes me think that the service going forward may not be good and I should look elsewhere for this service?

Unauthorized transaction billing from Printify

I was billed $88.71 by Printify after a customer purchased three products from my online store last week. I didn't personally make the purchase yet I was billed by Printify for a customer's order. I filed an unauthorized transaction dispute with my bank to contest the charge.

Non reciept of Goods and damage to Business reputation

Original review Sep 21, 2022
I am a new business in Australia who opened only 12 weeks ago, and have already had to manage 3 complaints from customers as their orders have not arrived which means I now have to refund as my customer is extremely angry. This has been going on now for a month, so it is clear that if you want to use this company expect very long wait times and many complaints from customers. So these are my learnings in dealing with Prinitify which I am quickly coming to regret as a New Business 1) There is also no way to track items in Australia and their tracking is in chinese. 2) Facebook just announced plans to pay content creators more than $1 billion by the end of next year through new bonus programs designed to keep creatives plugged into its app ecosystem. Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg first announced the new funding to reward creators for great content on his Facebook page. 3) Facebook has been supportive of this new growth and the company announced that it will pay creators such as Prinitify through a series of new bonus initiatives across Facebook and Instagram, which are seasonal, evolving and expanding over time. The bonus programs will have a dedicated hub within the Instagram app later this summer and in the Facebook app later this year. 4) Facebook also recently announced plans to pay content creators more than $1 billion by the end of 2022 through new bonus programs designed to keep creatives plugged into its app ecosystem. Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg first announced the new funding to reward creators for great content on his Facebook page which I believe is why we are seeing an unnecessary saturation of marketing on FB whilst small business owners navigate all barriers alone with no support or offer of a reduction in fees to utilise FB marketing channels 5) That in 2019 Printify was a graduate of the 500 Startups accelerator, which also attracted $3 million investment from Bling Capital, a venture capital fund launched five months ago by Ben Ling, a former general partner at Khosla Ventures. 6) That is an injection of $48 million dollars minimum since 2019 and yet Prinitify still cannot provide a service to people in a timely, professional or efficient manner! Now as a new business this is not something you should have to experience, and the investors out there should do much more thorough research before setting people up to fail recommending services such as Prinitify eluding to their wonderful capacity to deliver on goods, if the supplier cannot meet demand you should not continue to take on new business! I would not recommend using Prinitfy as supply cannot meet demand in my experience and their delivery time is extremely slow in comparison to other new suppliers to the Market such as EPROLO, and yet seem to have many financial advantages over their competitors announcing that they are now producing over a million units a month... And out of those million, I just happen to be one small business who have no doubt not received items and now facing damage to my business reputation I would not recommend using this company now and will have to pay for the loss from my own pocket as a new business owner... So so disappointed SO THE RICH GET RICHER AND THE POOR CONTINUE TO GET POORER BECAUSE OUR INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES TALK THE TALK BUT CANNOT DELIVER!

Resolution Center Not Working on Printify & Issues with Products

I have received several products in my last two orders that are completely unacceptable including an item where part of my graphics were cut off, which did not have an artwork issue, nor was the graphic out of the artwork frame. I am unable to request a refund or even a product replacement for any of my orders because the help center on Printify is not working. I have tried on multiple browsers, throughout the past 2 weeks with no success. I continue to get the same repeated message that either my user account is invalid or that too many login requests have been attempted, even though I'm logged in when I try to submit an issue. I am out almost $100 worth of products that I can not give to my customer and at this point I don't feel comfortable re-submitting to the printers until it's been addressed to ensure I won't be wasting my money again on defective products.
