There isn't a way of reaching representatives & no one responds to emails its hard to ensure that your customers are receiving good quality items

I tried to refund after my account was held because of "fraud"

I ordered some stuff to try out the fabric and because I used my mates credit card not mine it put my payment on hold and I waited for a week nothing changed so I tried to get a refund and it took my money and I was wondering if I could contact you to get my money back

Warehousing and Fulfillment

My daughter payed $1,400 on product orders and the transaction showed as failed. No one was available to help on live chat and worst THEY HAVE NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL! Thea Ph# they provide is JUST a message. =/

Poor Customer Experience

The Customer Support Officer Naudin M signs their emails Customer Support Wizard but offers no magic. In fact Naudon was offensive and basically told to f off rather than find a solution to the problem. Zero Customer support.

Correction of error in my connection to Amazon

My order did not go through

My issue with this whole situation is the fact that we're using this platform for our race team. My significant other is a professional race car driver and is a very well-known Championship driver at that. With fans all over the country. Our sponsor is Tire Pros. Tire Pros is all over our race car and the owner is family and printful is saying that we cannot print this due to some sort of trademark or copyright infringements or what have you when it all actuality it is not. Our race car tire prices are family I work for Tire Pros as well and have the authorization to put through that it is not any way shape or form taking or stealing or copyright infringement so my orders cannot go through and I very pissed off fans all over the country

I paid for 4 orders and theyre all placed under hold with the correct address and all. I just want all of the purchases sent to theyre respective destinations. How can I get these orders off the holds list?

Ordered 3 sample embroidered hats. Each one has been of poor quality. Customer service is of no help
