Lost package

Says its still being shipped. Ordered it on June 10 its been more that two weeks Id like a refund. Ive also contacted someone about this issue. Customer service rep said shed get back to me and I havent heard anything since I called which was on June 24. Its July 3 now and Im not happy with the service. Its also very hard to get a person on the phone. The phone numbers go to an automated message. And the other, the line wont go through. Very disappointed

No one has rectified my problem and I have been getting texts and emails from co or james

Two pictures were duplicated, and one picture was deleted I have been trying and trying to reach your company, and the lack of customer service in general is awful to say the least. This man has not been a help to me. He said that I just had to pay for shipping which I did I had of time, but there is no code given to me so I can order my collage. I was ready to order some more things for my home but everything Hinges on this customer service situation

Damage to product

Finally received my photobook!

Even though my photo book arrived later then the time promised, just wanted to say I finally received it. It was beautiful and it looks great. The only complaint I have about this company is there is no way to call them or get a hold of a live person. When I emailed someone they responded back and asked for some information. Once I sent that information I never heard from them again. So they did not fix my situation. Even with multiple times they're trying to email them back. So customer service gets a one because it's awful. But as far as all the products that I have bought so far, I have received them and they are beautiful and great for the money. I would ask that they please get a working number instead of giving one that does not connect you to anything. And also have a way to actually talk to a live person

Number NOT IN SERVICE.

This is BS. My order says READY TO SHIP since March 6. WTF I order a memory book for my sister who has passed away, they took my money, created a label but I have not received my product. When I call, the number says it is a number that is out of service. Will never use this company again !

Having replaced the items with another company, and being ignored by printerpix, I raised a PayPal issue.Printerpix blamed me for their printing error and went around in circles offering replacements when I explained several times that it was too late to send...

Disgusting service! After ordering items to memorialise my mum to help my family get through our first Christmas without her, the items were dumped in the rain and damaged. There is also a printing error on their template for a mum cushion and the bottom of the image has someone's half cut off logo or watermark on it. I raised this issue and had no reply for weeks. In the end I bought replacement items locally at a higher cost. I finally received a reply in January after raising a dispute with PayPal, which is another agonising issue. Printerpix failed to understand the problem and said I'd mistyped something, how am I responsible for their template image? After a lot of miscommunication, because they can't understand simple written words, I've ended up out of pocket by over £50 and had an enormous amount of unnecessary distress caused by them. All I wanted were nice items to memorialise my mum that would hopefully provide some comfort to my brother and child. I thought these may ease the hurt of our first Christmas without my mum but printerpix just caused me additional distress and running around to buy replacements for their shoddy printing. What good is it waiting until January to offer to replace items that were christmas gifts? Especially knowing the situation. In addition, how dare they say I mistyped my words when I've explained the problem is their template. I've sent pictures of the issue but still they don't understand the problem. They may be cheap but there's a reason for this. They're simply appalling, unprofessional and a joke. Try Maxx Spielman, Asda, Photobox or anyone else but printerpix. Absolute cowboys!
