Ordered 5 canvases through deal on Moolala, never received

This is the SECOND time I have had issues with an order through Moolala, who I will not be buying through ever again. Aside from that, PrintSmart is the biggest scam. I ordered my canvases on January 27, 2014 and was told about a 4-5 week turnaround at most. I have tried to contact them FOUR times to no avail. I have contacted Moolala to get my money refunded as this company is obviously a rip off. Unbelievable. I will not be buying any more vouchers through Moolala since they seem to sell shady company vouchers. Hopefully I get a refund through them at least!

No canvas, no refund, no customer service

I Ordered and paid for 5 canvases December 3rd, now Jan 8th no response to DAILY phone messages, emails, Facebook messages, comments and website notes. I have tried everything! Now they removed their phone number from the website and blocked comments and reviews on their Facebook site. Other customers were complaining on Facebook and all their comments were deleted. I tried to contact Moolala to get a credit/refund but they said the vendor - Printsmart - was just experiencing delays. This has been an awful experience. Please beware of this company. Others have been waiting months for orders. So disappointed and angry. No refund available:(

Empty promises from these scam artists

I bought a deal from Moolala for 5 canvases from Printsmart.co. I placed my order a month ago and the only communication I got was a confirmation. I had tried emailing them and calling them but never got a response. Three weeks later I still had no shipping notification or canvases. I emailed again, and actually got a reply this time. I was told it was shipping that week and that I should have it in time for Christmas. Never happened. They have erased angry comments from people on their Facebook page, and don't seem to ever deliver anything to anyone. I will be contacting Moolala for a refund, and also the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's Office to report these scammers.

Bought Canvases- Never Delivered

I could make this review long, but I won't. The business has a phone number but doesn't answer it. The business does not respond to emails. The business does not send you the products you pay for. It doesn't send you anything. If you hold them accountable to their words, they will stop all contact with you. They will take your money and give you nothing in return. It is a simple as that. I bought 4 canvases. Nothing happened. I spoke with the owner. He made promises. Nothing happened. I called him out on his lies. Nothing happened. I threatened to get a refund. He blocked me from being able to contact him. This company is not reputable. It has nothing but lies and empty promises for its policies. Please save yourself the time, energy, and money. I cannot emphasize this enough. If you have printing needs of any kind, ANY other printing business will be better than this one. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered canvas prints, have waited 2 months - no delivery!

I ordered canvas prints from a groupon and have waited two months and have still to see anything from Printsmart. I've left messages on answering machine that have gone unanswered. E-mails have been exchanged with excuses, excuses and now they won't respond, I flat out asked them if their company was a scam, that's when correspondence ceased. They blamed the delay on Groupon's delay in payment. My order says it has been delivered but I still have no tracking number, I check it daily for a change but no luck. I guess I will have to start my Christmas shopping elsewhere. I was told my order would be in Canada two and a half weeks ago but obviously I was lied to. Very, very, very unhappy customer I am. Would NOT recommend this company, it's a scam!!!

Printing No Reply

PRINT SMART PHILADELPHIA I placed an order on 4/24 at 9:48 am and have yet to receive a reply and order status update on line. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and when a company claims it wished to have one provide suggestions, to me it's answer your telephone and emails from customers!!!! The system shows the order was placed but there isn't a tracking number! I have called the toll free number as well as sent emails to the owner Chris Milas and NOTHING back from the organization. In the past, contacting him has also been quite elusive. Nonetheless, UNACCEPTABLE and time to go to another company after 5 business days of reaching out. Frustrated!

Print Smart pirated copyrighted artwork.

My wife is a fine artist, and has recently completed a project that we had printed at Print Smart (formerly Sudden Printing). They made mistakes the first few runs, and when the final drafts were ready to be picked up, they told us that they had given away one of the mis-prints to a client who saw it in the trash. These are fine-art books that are copyrighted artwork and we intentionally ran a small first edition. Only 22 copies were made, and each will be signed and numbered as original first editions. When I was told that they had given a mis-printed copy away, I was pissed! That not only devalues the other 22 copies, but it also misrepresents her artwork to the public. Even if it is only seen by a handful of people, it is a bad print, and nobody should have ever seen it. Then: When I sent an email to the owner, and asked for them to retrieve the bootlegged copy of the book, he responded with a nasty email saying 'Don't ever call or email anyone in my company again!' he included a bunch of childish threats, like 'all further correspondence should be directed at our lawyer...' and his email sounded like he had a bratty little kid write it. My impression is that they are a new company, think they are big shots, and feel like they are above the law. He didn't understand how stealing a mis-printed bootleg of my wife's fine art was wrong. He didn't think that giving it away was 'illegally distributing' the book. He got all snotty about how they had given us personal attention and detail. (What he meant was that since they screwed up the first 3 attempts it was a pain in the *** for them, and they probably took a loss on the paper stock.) Well, guess what buddy? You screwing up does not mean I received 'extra attention'. You throwing away the good disk, and printing from the old one does not mean that you went the extra mile for us. It simply means that you are inexperienced at using your own equipment. He added 'I will not be threatened by you in any way, shape or form.' Good, pal. I didn't want to threaten you, I just wanted you to stop stealing copyrighted artwork and giving it away for free, with my wife's name on it, especially when the quality of the print *** (because you screwed it up.) These guys are in edmonds, and if you can get it done elsewhere, I highly recommend it, because PrintSmart / Sudden Printing has failed to meet even my lowest expectations. Totally unprofessional and with an attitude to boot!
