It doesn't let me pay 1 momth I can't pay all at once so I'm trying to pay one month of it and when I push for payment it doesn't give me a option to pay for just one month so I'm trying to see how can I pay for one month and I will catch up on my other payment within the next 10 days before right now I would like to pay one payment

My refund check
I've called your company at least 8 times since my denial for a life insurance policy with your company. My debit account was debited before the final decision. The last 3 times I've called I have had my address confirmed to me verbally before the call ends. I don't understand what's the problem with a reputable company sending me my check to the correct address.. my account was debited on May 5th 2022 here it is June 13th 2022 and still no check. I receive SSI I need my funds. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.. incompetence at it's best. Hire insurance agents or customer service individuals who can follow basic instructions. Horrible
