Cancelation

Your services are not very friendly at all. It is like a one way door. And once you go through, you can never return. I struggled with every step of the way to try to cancel my plane tickets, when the wedding was canceled. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I will never use your Priceline option again. I will discourage my friends and family as well. I have also told many people at work.

Priceline does not refund money when hotel charges are less then the Priceline charge

I booked a hotel stay through Priceline for 3 nights. Priceline charges total was $340. When I checked out on Sunday per my hotel receipt the charges were $265. I contacted Priceline for a refund for the difference and they said no refund due to profit margin. I will not use Priceline again !

Refund

To Whom It May Concern: I made a reservation through you to rent a car with Budget, I have attached the rental information. When I went to the counter and gave the employee my rental information, ID and debit card, she told me that I could not pay the deposit with a debit card. I informed her that when making my reservation I chose the option for debit card and the information that popped up stated that paying with a debit card was allowed. My Mother was with me and offered her credit card to use as the deposit and add her as a driver. The same employee said adding drivers was also not allowed. I informed her that on the website it stated that adding a driver was allowed. I asked her to please issue me a refund, she informed me that I would have to contact Priceline and ask for a refund due to payment not being accepted. Please let me know what you need from me in order to get a refund. I appreciate your time. Thank you, Jessica

Room review

The window curtain would not lower on the right side, continuous light at night blaring through. Ventilation vent in bathroom filthy, stains on carpet, rip in carpet, carpet needs vacuuming, no lightbulb in the light fixture, computer chair was old and faded vinyl, in the lobby. The furniture was torn, not worth the money.

I booked with this company as they seemed to have the best deal. I selected 2 adults and 2 children with their correct ages. I recorded the whole booking process & selection which all the way stated I had added 2 children. When the booking was made and confirmed I checked for an email confirmation which I always check thoroughly... It said 2 adults Max! I contacted them by whats app & the guy Donnell seemed helpful & understood the problem and could see exactly what I had booked to be true but the hotel reservations were closed due to time zones in Dubai! He told me to what's app tomorrow and he would escalate the situation. The next day I contacted them and they basically told me the opposite and were very unwilling to help as it was not free cancellation! They told me to call the American number from the uk to speak to a supervisor which will cost me 100 of pounds! I am now massively out of pocket to add my Children on with the hotel & to add on the breakfast on top so about another £1000 I could have found a much better price than now what I am paying out with all the add ons that were already included! I DID ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING RIGHT I MADE NO MISTAKES & I AM BEING PUNISHED I WILL BE TAKING THIS COMPANY TO COURT! I have complete video evidence from start to finish & this deal is still available which is false advertising & trickery!

3.5 Star Hotel was a dump

Made a reservation for 7/2 for a 3.5 Star Hotel. The place was a dump. Maybe a 2 Star at best. Undergoing renovations. Called customer service for Priceline. What a joke - no help. Talked to someone from travel services called Ang See photos.

I made a reservation through Priceline for a trip scheduled from 22nd to 26th June 2023. The booking details are as follows: Trip Dates: 22nd June to 26th June 2023 To ensure flexibility, I had purchased a "Cancellation for Any Reason" policy at the time of booking, which I believed would protect me in the event that I needed to cancel the trip. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the trip and notified Priceline of my desire to cancel on May 23, 2023. At this time, I was informed that the trip was canceled, and the refund should be in my account within 1-2 days. I received an email indicating that I would receive credit for the trip. I contacted Priceline with the error in the email providing me with a credit NOT the funds I paid. They implied that the error would be corrected, and the funds would be in my PayPal account within 7-10 days. I have been consistently calling the customer support team to get help with this issue and I still have not received the refund. Again, this cancellation notification was well within the required timeframe according to your cancellation policy. Despite adhering to the necessary procedures and fulfilling the terms of the "Cancellation for Any Reason" policy, I have not received a refund for the canceled trip. I understand that circumstances beyond our control can occur, and that's precisely why I opted for this cancellation policy, which provides flexibility and peace of mind for travelers. I am entitled to under the "Cancellation for Any Reason" policy.

In December 31,2021 last day of the year I purchased tickets from Priceline for Colorado Springs with my little son.In lax they canceled our flight because of weather. I was very sad because they destroyed my new year event but this is especially for my son was very disappointing prepare to see snow and make snowman and I am very superstitious was concerned not spend New y outside or LAX . I made new reservation to a hotel not far from LAX and no other option for me it was already late evening and I didnt accept other invitation and I didnt made other plans and my option was no stay outside and morning go home . I understand things happen its a Weather its nobodys fault but why I have to lose something if if I couldnt use it not because of my fault and I understand United and Priceline its not the children cancer center or to the hospital and if I have to give 758 dollar? They never give me free hotel room? United Told since you purchase from third person we dont give you a refund we may give you credit but they are the one who needs to call us I was sad and my new year I was on the phone with customer service priceline and United only hotel Colorado spring refunded immediately got to change the weather and spent all my money in very nice and expensive restaurants in LAX I guess the no need to explain why didnt sleep in lax chairs and no idea if any coming flight especially returning I January 4 and Im and my son and I was not supposed to be stories of those thingswas no point for me to wait youll till good weather and I couldnt make any other plans I made another reservation in the hotel next to LAX because very superstitious didnt want to spend my new year and outside. and my major problem was when I called to Priceline they were able refund hotel only but airline tickets they told me its ask to its United and I was doing that maybe 100 times . only one supervisor of united try to give me ticket Colorado spring but only the day which one she choices but my son going to school and pick it was for me and for him and its not right to choice for me what day I have to go and come back they told me its OK you have a time until December 31, 2023 . also one time they promised they will give me credit I dont see any credit and I lost $758 . I think its not fair Priceline or united not children hospital and I dont have to donate them anything because they never will donate anything to me or other people, please take very serious this problem because I am not the football ball to call both placeto. Im not asking extra I just want my money which one I didnt use it and I need to go to vacation for my kids this summer and I wanna use $758 in some hole from one of you guys why its so hard for huge two company to fix my problem I am a nurse working very hard even during COVID-19 I dont spend that much time with kids because working why I cannot use my credit or something that I work hard and its really hard especially summer vacation basically I lost my 758 and people ignoring me they thinking that one day I will stop it right thats true because I am sick and tired and after all those things I was still good customer for priceline I have a pro how many times I made a reservation for hotels and right now its very sad and disappoint imagine after all this I still your customer I dont wanna call again it makes My self embarrassed ask my money and always be rejected and I heard Im sorry again but we cant do anything.

Terrible service

Im looking to get some assistance. I have a planned trip on 6-14/23 to Miami. I booked a rental car through Priceline for a company called Easirent. I am very discouraged and quite frankly unimpressed with the level of support received by Priceline. This morning, at 8am, I realized there was a $250 deposit that would be needed upon renting the car. This was not clearly described as on my email from Priceline when it said due at pick up $0. I wanted information on if a different credit card could be used and began to try to reach Easirent. I spent hours of my morning (3 to be exact) attempting to reach Easirent, through the local Miami offices number as well as the corporate customer service number. I also attempted to reach the customer service email of Easirent which was returned to me as undeliverable as the email address did not exist. At this point, I called Priceline. I spoke to a representative who told me there was a fee of $250 but could not tell me if I could use a separate credit card. At this point I explained that I was concerned that Id spent all this money and could not get a hold of the company, and wanted information on cancelling. I was told my money was non refundable. I was told that when I get to Florida, If I cant get a hold of Easirent, to call Priceline back and they will see how they can help. Im sorry but I will not be starting my vacation by spending hours on the phone with Priceline. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager and was told that the manager wouldnt be able to do anything so it did not matter if i did. I asked to speak to a manager anyways. The manager was having trouble understanding why I was so upset that I could not reach a company Id sent almost $300 to. She eventually, after several minutes of going back and forth with me, said Priceline would contact Easirent and email me as soon as that was complete. That was at 11:15am EST. As I write this, it is now 4:45 EST and I have yet to hear back from anyone. If your company cannot reach companies you partner with, I am concerned about what other trouble we may have in trying to get this settled. Im very discouraged with the responses I got today, even from the manager. I dont think its too much to ask to have some confirmation as to what the deal is with the company that you feature on your website as being a partner of yours. The credit card statement shows Priceline - Easirent. Im not sure who I paid the money to but Id like an answer as to how I can get refunded or some sort of credit.

Priceline fraudulantly displays this as a "lodge", It's a old run down motel

PRICELINE IS USING DECEPTIVE PRACTICES TO TRICK YOU INTO PAYING FOR A "LODGE", YET YOU GET A SLUMMY OLD MOTEL (AT A LODGE PRICE). This place is not a lodge. It's a motel that they are charging way too much for. There are nicer motels that are way less expensive. Our first room was like we were camping----no security but we had a dirty toilet and bathtub w/flies in it. It also had a wobbly doorknob that was coming off (not secure), the room had no security latch (we had to move the mini fridge and chair in front of the window), the sheets were stained, there was no phone that we could use, no person in the lobby to help you. The room is dated probably to the 70s, this was not a lodge. I couldnt hardly sleep, afraid someone was going to break into my room, so I went to the office the next day and told the man i have to leave--I cannot stay in that room. He said ok but it is not refundable. They wont give me my money back so I can find a clean "lodge". He let me look at 2 rooms upstairs that had a river view. That room was alot better--still not the greatest but 100 percent better and I cant afford to pay another place to stay. That night, I was trying to watch TV and the Remote wouldnt work. I went to the front desk and the nice young girl said they dont have any batteries to fix the remote. I told her "a TV" is advertised in my stay, she allowed me to go to the slummy room that i was in the night b4 and trade out the remote controls. Now that worked. Then later that night, we run out of toilet paper. No one is at the front desk, So--we had to figure something out. This was a miserable trip--the office people were accomodating as they could be, but this was only worth about $20.00 for the first night, the 2nd/3rd night was worth about $35 a night. Priceline over charged me by fraudulantly naming this motel.They have DECEPTIVE PRACTICES CALLING THIS A LODGE, WHEN IT IS A MOTEL AND THEY KNOW THAT! I called Priceline AT LEAST 7-8 TIMES FOR HELP, THEY conncected me to Booking.com---hey would not help me at all. Period. They took my money, that is all that mattered.

May 26 th contacted Priceline about a hotel stay in Virginia Beach. For 2 days for my 8th year wedding anniversary. Instead onf them booking my hotel at Virginia Beach as I requested they booked me somewhere in new sport Virginia. 2 or more hours away from my destination. I contacted them within seconds of them booking me in the wrong area to be told I have to contact the hotel. I never contacted the hotel to book with them their for I shouldnt have to contact them for the problem Priceline created. I had to end up booking another hotel at Virginia Beach which cost me another almost 800 dollars. Priceline wants to throw the responsibility of refund . This is the worst service ever if I have to go to court I will I need my 330.96 refunded for services I never received due to Priceline carelessness and not giving a hoot about customers. I didnt give yall permission to just book me in a city thats not my destination. If yall cant give what we ask for then just say its not possible but instead yall will throw us in a trash can under ground just to collect our money. I need a full refund please and thanks

Booked with them, not made aware of need for additional funds for deposits etc. when arriving at property. Hotel staff was prejudiced. Initially said they'd need to charge us $50 for incidentals. When we went back in to ask about paying it in cash to access our FULLY PAID (for 5 days) room, we were then told it would be $250!!! We spent our every last cent dealing with a bad hopper booking earlier in the week and were praying for a better experience this time. However, Priceline neglected to mention needing additional funds for a room we thought was fully paid for. I'm 15 calls in 5 hangups and two lies about callbacks and resorted to text to deal with this and basically this Priceline agent didn't read what I said is leaving us sleeping in our car and not immediately returning our funds, so we can pay for a room.

Hotel booked was a homeless shelter run down dirty dirty dive

Price line customer service is terrible. I will never do business with price line again. On Easter day we were booked to a hotel that was not fit for man or beast and I even sent pictures. They wouldn't budge on getting us a different hotel. I even said I'd pay the difference. We booked another hotel. We are home from our trip and are still waiting for the call back. After filing two cases. The hotel manager at the hotel said they never called him back. Just the worst experience
