Gift card
The issue was with food vendor not with Prezzee. Issue was solved. The vendor contacted me and it was a glitch with their app.

Bought a gift card and was unable to use it once I got to the register. The gift card didnt work. I was told by Lowes I had a zero balance when my balance shouldve been $500.. this is horrible service

They have changed how to use gift cards for petrol the bar codes for these cards are now gone and you have to hit in the code number your self and as we all know these are numbers with many digets miss a number start again and with the woolies petrol card if you want to find your balance the card only has one number when you hit this in for balance it tells you number too short yet its the only number given apart from pin my family and friends all know now to give these petrol cards a bid miss

I was t able to contact Prezee I was told to leave a message.
I purchased a 200 dollar gift card through AfterPay for Staples. They said that the card would be made available through Prezee. I contacted them and they told me to print a page to show the store my card was legitimate. When I tried to print the page the computer wouldnt let me. When I called Prezee they said to leave a message with the card number. I never received a card number.

Trying to contact customer services with no joy at all. Absolutely disgusting customer service would not recommend do not get the verification text messages so cant use the cards

Prezzee gift card
I have just received a gift card and having trouble using my account, I can open my account on my computer but cannot find the gift that I have just received. I have tried just using my phone and it doesn't let me connect to my account stating the email password is in correct, I cannot get into my old email to change password, yet I can use the account on my computer. But it does not show me the new gift that I have just received. I would like to change my email address from mbwalker2@***.com to the new email address to mowalkwa@***.com one for this account.

I deleted one of my gift cards on accident. I explained this to the representative. She asked me to verify some information. Then found my gift card and put it back on the app. Prezzee is a legit
Great customer service Solved my problem easily I use them alot for my gift cards. And just know if u accidentally delete one they got your back. I was on the phone with a live agent immediately (no robot) And she solved my issue within literally 2 minutes

Can't use the gift card at fuel shop here because that fuel shop doesn't exist here anymore Darwin Australia NT 0800 no longer do ampol eg or eg Caltex exist anymore

Gift card issue
Grandson did not receive gift card when expected. Made Prezzee aware of issue and is the hallways. They handled it beautifully,most pleased with Prezzee.

Sent through a faulty gift card
I received a gift card from Prezzee for my birthday and when I went to pay for my items with it, it didnt have an associated pin. I called customer service and was essentially told that I was somehow sent a faulty card that didnt have a PIN code. However, when I spoke with my mum (who had purchased the card for my birthday) she noted that in every correspondence there was mention of a PIN code. The customer service rep told me they would request for the card to be cancelled and then later would request for a refund. However, Im left feeling like this company is a scam. How do you send through a gift card without a pin when the affiliated site requires a pin to use the gift card? Seems suspicious.

I purchased a $300 H&M gift card from Prezzee on 1/28/23. When I tried to use it, I was receiving an error the card number and pin did not match. I called Prezzee and they said the would escalate but nothing happened. 2 weeks went by with no solution. I then try to use the card on 2/5/23 and miraculously it was working. I did not use all the $309 and was left with $147.90 on the gift card. Now when I try to use it the card states its expired. Prezzees policy states that the gift card has no expiration as well as the H&M website. So I reach out to Prezzee again and we are back to getting the run around. I call and send emails and no one can help me. This is fraud! They took my money and sold me a fake card!! I honestly have no idea what to do anymore. I have even reached out to H&M and they also dont help me. This is a fraudulent company!

Didnot receive gift card from grub hub
I didnt receive my gift card paid by Afterpay. Ive tried to contact them but I cant so Im trying here. I sent it to my daughter yesterday for lunch but she didnot receive it . It was for grub hub. Please refund or send to my email at shoes4tee@***.com

Gift card from Pureprofile - tried to swap to cards I could use for shopping - website continually crashed. Customer service advised me to use another device. I find it frustrating that companies just assume that ppl have umpteen technology options at their fingertips. Not helpful. Fix your website people.

Garbage product
I was made to go onto prezzee to purchase a gift card after attending g a shop in person. What a f*ckaround. Having to messa round with "prezzie wallets" and the sort. Don't bother using this to buy a voucher as a gift as the process is convoluted and broken. Just give them cash or use a different shop which actually has a normal way of giving gift cards. If I could rate the prezzee processes properly I would score 0/5. Do not use this service.
