I canceled my subscription and I still got charged
I put in an order last month after I got my order and seen that the package is smaller than what you receive at the store I felt that their discount they give people is not really a discount. So I decided to cancel immediately now, three weeks later I get charged for the service after I did my full cancellation.

The litter is a bit messy unless you contain it with a mat and the cost is a bit high but all in all it is a good product, the add on taxes and handling makes it a bit pricey.

I have been trying to cancel this service for 2 weeks, the delivery person is rude just drops in yard way away from house. Can get much cheaper and better value at Walmart. Cancel now.

BUYER BEWARE - FRAUD

I purchased PrettyLitter once and cancelled after my cats would not use this litter. A few months later, another $105 package arrived and I immediately requested to return the box. PrettyLitter's customer service ignored my request for days and I kept texting them for a return label. Finally got the label and returned the product but PrettyLitter failed to issue a refund. I noticed the missing refund 60 days later and contested the charge with the credit card. PrettyLitter responded with someone else's personal information and my credit card company refused to issue the refund due me not having a copy of the return label. The tracking details were inadequate since there is no address on that receipt. PrettyLitter is still fighting with me even though they acknowledge receiving the returned box less than a week later. As I did my research, I discovered that Mars Company just bought PrettyLitter - I'm guessing that the past CEO was overstating sales in order to gain a higher valuation. As far as this PrettyLitter goes, it was very difficult to determine the color change to diagnose a medical issue because urine is yellow and the PrettyLitter color is very faint. I was surprised that the litter contains microbeads.
