Scam ALERT
I had my daughters Senior pics taken for yearbook and to order a package. School required a BLUE background. We only asked for a BLUE background. However, half of the pics were a hideous brick wall that they INSIST I pay $60/photo to remove. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The photographer was nice, and my daughter looked great why do I HAVE TO PAY

Ridiculously priced
$44 for 8 wallets and 1 pose. Sickening. By the time I ordered another set of wallets, plus $17 shipping, my order was $104 for 16 wallet photos. I'll take him to a regular portrait studio before I give these clowns my hard earned money. The schools should be ashamed of themselves for using this company. TRASH!

The website hours of operation need to be updated
On 9/17 my daughter had an appointment to take her senior portraits. I reached out to the studio to ask a question and received automated messages that the studio was closed. I checked the website hours of operations and the website displayed the studio was closed on Saturdays. I became stress and frustrated not knowing if they were open. I frantically started to make other plans to contact alternative studios that could possibly take walk in sessions. I spent a lot of money and invested so much time to prepare my daughter for these photos. I took a chance to go to the studio praying the website was wrong and they were open. They were open! It was frustrating and stressful to have to think that I would have to find another studio on short notice after my daughter's make up, hair and fit was ready for this appointment. They need to update the hours of operation on the website. I would have give 5 stars if I didn't have this issue.

Waste of Time Website
The website to try to order senior photos is terrible! Every time you try to navigate to see a photo while selecting photo sizes, you lose your progress. It is a frustrating waste of time. The prices are anything but reasonable. They are fleecing the student's families!

Grad pictures
And we ordered $200 worth of grad photos received them they were washed out completely touched up and my son was very upset that it wasnt his face with his imperfections we wrote a letter sent the package back received the second replacement package same thing even though we said no touchups! I spent 15 minutes on the phone again for a third time with your company wanting another package sent to us with absolutely no touchups done they were ignorant on the phone and needed an ID number or would not proceed not sure why they cant look up the students name and school as that should be in your system please advise what is going to be done as we would like to hand out photos to family members

Impossible to order
No stars. Absolutely horrible experience trying to order my daughters senior pictures. 4 weeks of Oops messages when you try to pay on the website. Finally after chatting with 4 different people they told me to call and order by phone. None of the customer service people had any idea the site was not processing orders? Yeah, ok. So I finally get started with the order by phone and the lady offers me 4 pay since I can't use my PayPal by phone......it isn't until after she processes the payment that she tells me the pictures won't be shipped until the last payment is made. So it's not like PayPal 4 pay. Horribly over price company with uneducated employees. Do yourself a favor and have your child's photos taken by a professional photographer who knows what they are doing. This company is a joke.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous!
I am disgusted of how high they hiked their prices for Grad photos. What a joke! Every year we have school pictures done by your company and they don't come near these prices you are charging for Grad photo's. I love how you take advantage of Grad and hike your prices. You are taking advantage of this situation and ripping people off! Especially in these times during covid where the majority of peoples lives have been turned upside down. People have lost jobs, their livlihood. The majority of people are at poverty level these days and you expect people who may not even be able to afford food, to pay bills and you charge from $63 -$93 for crap, not even including an 8x10? Seriously???? It's a disgrace! Then jumps to $150 some dollars just so you can have an 8x10 photo included? I'm passed and I will NEVER use prestige ever again. Hello Walmart!

Overpriced Inconvenience
They charge hundreds of dollars for prints, but don't include the digital copies. There is a CD you can get (a CD!!!) for an extra THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. It's insane. They don't care and have a monopoly on the student photos, so they charge whatever they want and are not called out on it.

Do not take the 10% they first offer after they took the senior pictures. If you wait they will have better offers at the end. Like $100 off your order or 40%. Such a scam to reward the late runners and punish the early risers. Further the order was messed up and they had to redo the pictures.

I took my daughter for scheduled photography session and found the cap and gown and tux/ pearl drape that was available for my sons session two years ago was no longer the same package for my daughter session and if I wanted this I had to pay so I offered to and the lady told me I would have to reschedule because they were overbooked, all the staff was standing around waiting to go home. The photographer was standing around waiting with no one there, they easily could of accommodated us and now prestige lost another customer and order due to poor management and staff, thanks Prestige, you suck!!

Never received senior pictures
Senior pictures taken in February 2021. It is now May 13, 2021 and still no pictures. Each of the three calls placed to their 800 number told me to call back in 4 weeks. Graduation is around the corner. Still no senior picture.

Lost pictures
For starters there is no phone number to reach them you need to chat, I received his grad pictures and poses were missing when I told them all they said was that they got deleted when they were putting them online. Super expensive and the pictures are not centered half his arm is missing in some pics.

Poor web sight, overpriced
Hard/ unfriendly to use website. Pictures are very overpriced and are un editable by self on websites. $60 to edit one picture . Crap. Contacted customer service to no avail. Was basically told you had to pick what they offered or pay more than double. If you wanted 2 different pictures you had to place 2 separate orders ( double the shipping). $40 for a single 8x10 plus shipping and an additional $60 to change the background. $419 per package of 8to10 pictures that you can't edit. KRAP company. Thieves. I will be contacting the school to complain about their choice in photography company.
