Poor delivery, very poor customer

Flowers not delivered when arranged and paid or. Customer servic is non existent.Tried calling an no answer.DO NOT USE!

Flowers not delivered but money taken

DI ordered flowers on Monday the website stated if I ordered before 10 they would arrive the next day! I emailed them Tuesday night and explained they hadnt arrived at first I was told they was with a neighbour which they wasnt! They arrived Thursday! The proof of delivery showed them still in the back of the van and the delivery labels stated Tuesday!! So why were they not delivered on Tuesday I was in the whole day!! I sent them back because the website stated fresh flowers thats what I paid for not 2 day old flowers that could have been sat in a hot van for 2 days even the Royal Mail post man was disgusted, now Im refused my money even though I know they can claim off Royal Mail and give my money back! Its. A joke

No stars shockingly bad company

Flowers arrived £56.99 dead and dying paid for large not even large complaints sent pictures said oh quality control slight issue offered £10 credit to account dont have account why would i buy again. Flowers are special but this company ruins it 70th birthday should be ashamed robbing people. I will push this compliant. Nothing like the website

Terrible quality and customer service

The flowers just aren't good quality. They don't last long and no matter how well I looked after them - changed water, sprayed, positioned out of sunlight away from heating/draughts etc. They just don't last and begin looking dead within days. I contacted their customer support who just don't bother getting back to you, and there's no other way of contacting them. Waitrose do much larger, better quality flowers for much less money. Save your money and don't buy from them.

IT'S A SCAM SITE - AVOID

I got caught by these despicable people years ago; my 92 year old mum received half-dead flowers for her last Mother's Day. Do read the attached emails; you couldn't make it up. - I complained via their online 'Support system'; no response. Days later query still not even allocated to an agent. - 'Live chat', repeated attempts: no response. - Premium rate phone line: No response.- Email: automated response. - 7 day later, still no response, emailed again. Auto response again. - 9 DAYS LATER they finally responded, indicating enquiry now 'Closed'; b/c 'This deadline has now passed and the pictures needed to have been received from within 3 days of delivery.' (ie the '7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee' suddenly develops a 3 day limit if you complain. Furthermore, I had informed them within 3 days anyway; they just refused to acknowledge it. They then claimed variously - 1) follow-up emails / photos not received (although previous claim was they weren't received within 3 days 2) that I was responsible for delayed response because 'Every time you send in a new email in pushes your email back delaying a response.' Sooo, ignore complaints, then try and blame customer. Excellent gaslighting. 3) ... but THE BEST ONE: their '100 satisfaction guarantee...doesn't apply to courier delivered products so in this case it is invalid as your flowers were delivered.' (Erm, well of course they were, it's an online flower delivery service!). See attached emails and pics. They flatly refused a refund. Offered £5 off future orders. (As if). They actually seem to enjoy the emails back and forth (it took 16 of them). PayPal sorted the refund.

Terrible product and customer service

I ordered mother's day flowers (roses and lilies) for my mum and mother in law and was so disappointed when I saw what they received. The bouquets were pathetically small (I ordered the medium size), the roses were nearly dead and drooping even though the lilies hadn't even started to open. Customer service was terrible - when I complained they just offered 10% off my next order - not much use when I would never order from them again. Both deliveries were also late despite being placed within the required timeframe

Think I've double ordered

I didnt think the order went through as my choice was still in the basket, I repeated the process and it took two payments from my Apple Pay. Please can you check that just one bouquets thats been ordered. Natalie Hickman

Substandard flowers and service

My 18yr old daughter spent £50 with this company sending me some flowers for mother's day. The roses heads drooped the day after delivery and the lilies never opened. She emailed them with pictures of the flowers and was offered £10 off her next purchase. She wrote to them again and they said they would send a replacement bunch. The 2nd bunch arrived but contained only half the amount of flowers !! The quality was not good again either. Some of the leaves are bent or snapped and the end of the petals are already turning brown. The lilies arent looking too healthy either so I wouldn't be surprised if they fail to open again also. She should have been offered a refund first as last. Terrible experience.

My order

I ordered pink flowers for mothers day and I received red flowers. Tried contacting them but I've had no response

Appalling service. Have never experienced such incompetence. Do not use this company.

Delivery scheduled for Saturday failed to turn up then failed to turn up on Sunday. This now being Monday all attempts to contact the company have been impossible. Unhelpful automated responses are plentiful. Unbelievably poor service. Still no flowers and £30 out of pocket.

Refund

Charged me two different prices for the same two orders. Then have the cheek to ask if I would like a refund. They won't be getting anymore of more of my custom.

Aweful customer service. Bouquet had have flowers missing. The promised to send a replacement but they never did.

Rubbish service. Half flowers from bouquet missing. After an internal investigation they said they would sent a replacement bouquet but never did. Will never use them again

Delayed parcel

I have been waiting for the parcel i Ordered on the 9th and it still hasn't arrived. I needed it As Surprise and the day is nearly done . . I have also tried to track it and it says it will be delivered at 7:30pm

Delivery issue

The bouquet that arrived was nothing like the original picture I ordered the large but that certainly wasnt what I got I got in touch with the company and one person agreed that it wasnt right and told me they would replace it then another person told me that they couldnt see anything wrong with it another one arrived the next day just as bad as the first
