Has started to give me awful service
I have been a satisfied customer of Prescription Solutions for many years. They have recently been taken over by OptimaRX. Since that takeover the service has become dreadful. Their website says it can't accept your order, but then you call and find out the order has been placed. You send them new prescriptions and ask them to enter them in their computer, but NOT TO FILL THEM AT THIS TIME. They send you a letter saying they can't refill your new prescriptions because not enough time has passed since they last refilled them. But you didn't ask them to fill them. I could go on and on. Avoid these people at all costs!!!!
