Poor customer service on the parts don't work..
Two years ago I purchased an auto sear jig from PD, I didn't want to file on it myself because I thought it needed more precision so I took it to a friend who owns a machine shop so it could be professionally worked on a milling machine to exact specifications, he said it was very soft steel and had his doubts about it working, and sure enough it didn't work; a total waste of time and money.

I spent $149 on items that never came
I ordered some titanium parts. 1 End cap and their supercups and the end cap came but the expensive cups never showed up

Order sent to another address (another state) and refusal to fix issue
I placed an order on July 4 2022 for over $450. Got a confirmation email, and then a tracking number. The order ended up going to a complete different state, and was picked up from the post office by an individual. I tried to contact PD several times, and finally after 5 emails I got a reply, pretty rude by the way, telling me it wasnt their problem, and to contact USPS. So, how is it that an order confirmed to be shipped to FL, ends up in NJ, and someone knows when to go to the post office, and can retrieve it? It must have been under their name. I didnt get my order and lost my money. This is one of the oldest scams in the book, stay away from these thieves.

I ordered in good faith some suppressor parts two end caps and 10 baffles that connect together to eliminate the need for a tube you sent me some aluminum end caps for what I don't know. please refund my money immediatly order #46009****

No one ever responded!!!
Tried to figure out which was best way to position pin baffles in D sized tube. Plus when using suppressor with quick connect I purchased from you won't fit on unless you take 1 baffle out BUT when you do that that leaves gap, and *** thing on 2nd shot blew front off and felt like someone smoked me in eye... not using your *** again.awesome

No product and refusal of refund
I ordered parts, and 3 days later, a tracking number was created. After two weeks, I tried to contact the company 3 times, with no response. Once I asked for a refund, I was told that I had received the parts, and there would be no refund. I have not received anything. They said that was their policy, and that it was my mistake for ordering, and paying for it up front, because once it's paid for, there is no refund. (And, in all fairness, their terms say that) So, I'm out $700.

Every store on the web did not have the rare breed trigger I wanted. In stock on preppers discount website so I thought Id call. It was in stock, they knew what the product was and were very knowledgeable about it. Order it and showed up 3 days later. Very happy and will buy again for sure.

Last three orders were screwed up
1st order solvent trap i ordered 249$. Threads were not cut deep enough on tube or adapter tube flew off end of my barrel adapter stayed on. 2nd order. One of the 1 threaded spacers. Male threads were no good wouldnt thread all the way on. 3rd order ordered a coupling to attach spacers. Sent me another spacer. Emailed several times no response on any of it

You would think I would learn after the first two screw ups they sent me no. I had to try it one more time my mistake. There wont be a fourth
First order bad threads on 1 spacers ,2nd order threads on tube were not cut deep enough. Whole solvent trap flew off end of barrel except for threaded adapter. Third time ordered a coupler. So i could attach my 1 spacers. They sent me another 1 spacer

They are thieves.
They have NO customer service. They do not answer phone. They do not return messages. They do not reply to emails. They had no problem taking my money for an order that wasn't filled. My order was missing parts, and had broken/damaged parts.
