Fraud

Took 120,000 from me and never delivered on their product or service! I cannot get a hold of anyone including at their corporate office.

Liars!

Just want your owner to know what a terrible *** operation they have in Georgetown, TX. That office and owner and all its employees outta be ashamed of themselves. All subcontractors... no supervision... countless mistakes. Treated my yard like a trash can. Left dangerous hazards all over my patio area. Sloppy craftsmanship. Theres 10 more awful areas of failure. Worst experience of my life. I meet 10 homeowners a day in my business and I'm making it my duty to ensure none of them or their family or friends ever use Premier to build a pool. You guys don't want to take care of me then ok. I'll make sure I take it out of your pocket like you did mine.

There is a Lien on my house from a subcontractor and we have paid in full for our pool

This company has zero customer service or support. We paid in full for our pool in June 2022 to not have all services rendered that are paid for. We are still waiting for our ladder to be installed and for a cover installed over our pop up clean out. Now we are notified there is a lien against our home from a concrete subcontractor that premier pool hired and didnt pay them. So this company has placed a lien against our home for something we payed premier pools for. Ive tried on numerous occasions to have premier pools finish my pool and now Im trying to get them to fix the problem with the lien. I would never recommend them to anyone ever

Let people know what a bad pool company this is.

Lack of communication. sloppy work, leave property messed up. Can not have them do anything. People in the office are not informed of the actual situation. They tell you things that are not correct. No one is at the control wheel.

TOO MANY COMPLAINTS TO LIST

They are putting in pavers that are too thick. I will have either a step or a significant slope!! The owner refuses to admit this. I will NOT be paying the remainder of the balance unless we are completely satisfied with the outcome. My shell was delivered on May 14, 2021 and the pool has yet to be completed! The people they have working on this pool do not seem to know what they are doing. There gas been one issue after another. If I don't get some answers on what will be done to correct this latest paver issue, I will get another company to complete my paver work and an attorney because I will not pay the balance..

Unpaid Judgement

Premier Pools and Spas is a DBA Shan Pools inc owned by shan johnson and mike ribnikar. i wrote a 20k check to premier pools and spas and they never did any work. The Judge ruled for them to pay the 20k+ additional cost in September of 2020 they still have not paid back the judgement. If they do not refund the money this would constitute that Shan Johnson and Mike Ribnikar are in the business of theft.

This idiot C Barkley has shown his ignorant trash talk about the PAC12. He said "well they have like 16 teams!"! Sorry, we have 12 teams like the BIG12 idiot. You must get this fool off your network. He's blown his fortune on gambling and lost hundreds of thousands betting against the PAC12 and Gonzaga (my home state team). This idiot is a complete ignorant fool. His fortune is less than 40 million now (one years salary)" he's addicted to gambling!!!

I guess gambling addict Charles Barkley lost a bundle getting against the PAC12. He disrespected the PAC12 saying "Oh they have like 16 teams*. Not different than the BIG12. Tell this stupid fool to SHUTUP and don't disrespect my conference on National TV! He should be fired! I hate this fool.

Delayed completion of project and poor customer service

The contract was signed on June 3. Five months later - the project is not complete. The company continuously uses the pandemic as an excuse for delays. There is no single point of contact and poor communication on scheduling. No effort was made to mitigate the delays and the company's owner is rude and disrespectful to women.

Absolutly awful

These folks lie about everything they told us...so we fired them are two months of delays and they are refusing to give us our money back Do not buy from these losers...they will take your money and lie and not do a thing

A complete disaster that won’t end

Not only did they build my pool crossing the easement line but it has leaked since day one and Premier refuses to honor the warranty on my 100k pool. I spoke directly with the CEO of premier and he told me there Is no warranty outside of whatever local branch you signed with and he has no way to enforce them to honor the warranty.

Deposit Made/Location closed

I made a deposit for pool to be constructed with a signed contract on 5/6/2018. The pool is for my son with special needs who has benefited from aquatic therapy. We wanted to continue his therapy at home and saved money to have a pool installed. We never heard anything from the representative who took the deposit to find out that the location had closed. We contacted other locations and were advised that they cannot assist as they are individually owned. One location advised me to contact corporate, however, the number sends you back to the location in your area. Another location advised that members from corporate were at lunch and will call you once they return. An additional location stated that they did not want me to call them anymore as there is nothing that they can do. The gentleman said that his advise is to start the process of a lawsuit against the location. I have called/emailed since July 2018 and no one has returned any call.

Absolutely the worst!!!

Such unprofessionalism, both from the local branch, as well as from the corporate level. I have reported the numerous defects to no avail. When I reported these things to Paul Porter, the president of the company, he simply blocked my email so I thought I’d provide it to everyone else that has had problems with this company. pporter@***.com

9 months later no pool no back yard in litigation

They buried a backhoe in my yard took them 3 months to remove there's been no resolution. I've had to enter into litigation. Their insurance company and the diggers insurance company are both denying the claim due to a compaction rating claim that is written in the fine print of the back of the contract. They never once asked for this before assuming the job. The worst most terrible experience ever. My dog has been relocated which was my son's birthday gift when he was 3 and has caused him much grief. I'd be happy to share more details with this. Please feel free to call me at 504-782-****.
