No way to get warranty work done

We purchased a tub7 or 8 years ago. It comes with a "lifetime warranty". However, the installation company that sold it to us has since gone out of business. We have had no way to contact Premier Care in Bathing to get our issue resolved. Part of the review asks if we lost money. Not at the moment. However, if we cannot get a small part for our tub, we will have to purchase a new one. And we know that can run into thousands.

When my father was still alive (bless his soul) we purchased the smallest premier care walk in bathtub because the bathroom is so small. In a few months after installation, the jets stopped working, and the door started leaking. We paid around $20,000.00 for this bath, and when I tried to contact premier care, I learned that the company was out of business. Now I have a bathtub that is unusable and want compensation

Very, very angry customer; not at all satisfied with your product
I purchased a Haven Walk-In tub from this company about 5 years ago that I absolutely hate. This company targeted me, a would-be retiree to buy into this piece of junk. The person they had to installed it obviously didn't know what he was doing. He convinced me to invest in an entirely new bathroom that depleted my savings at that time that wasn't done correctly. He lied throughout the process. I truly believe that he installed an used not new tub. This tub has caused me nothing but grief. Needing to have to replace my ceiling soon in my front room due to leakage. I am sick having to look up at it. I am furious. I plan to get Channel 10 involved to help me resolve this manner of malice. .

Trying to find a part for the tub.
The tub belongs to my father. It turns out the part for the drain needs to be replaced. American Standard took the company over. American Standard does not offer to fix the problem nor steer you in the direction to at least find the part so the tub can be repaired. So...right now, my father owns a seven-year-old tub that he cannot use at this moment. They could have at least offered some suggestions as to where to get the part.

Last year I caller their home office. All I got was someone that wanted my name address and credit car number. They kept insisting on a credit card number. I told them I payed cash of $12995.00' for a life time service. After a while I said I can hardly understand a word you say. I know Texas and you don't sound like any Texan I know. So I hung up.

Take forever to fill up and the jets don’t wok
This company is a joke. The preyed on older people who were vulnerable. They talk a good talking but do not stand behind anything. Mom has had nothing but problems since she got the tub. First when the tub was installed the hot water would barely come through the faucet...installer blamed it on our pipes but did nothing, I continued to work on it finally getting it to work correctly. Next mom couldn’t pull the shower *** up to turn the shower on, it always seemed to stick. Then the jets quit working. Every time we called they said they would send someone out, but never did. Then I would just get an answering machine with no return call and you got it now disconnected phone. Why because the have gone out of business and she still owes on it. Very irritated

In 2/23/2016 I purchased a walk in shower from Premier Care. The Basket on the shower all it does is spins around and around and around. One of the doors is bad. So know I have no warranty. I think everyone that filed a lawsuit should be compensated for there loss. I can't even shower doors for my shower.
