I have been trying to speak with someone who would rectify my motor blowing after I had work done from the precision tune in forest park.

My car was not over heating before I had service done at the precision tune in forest park.My numerous emails and phone calls and I still paid to get a new motor.I talk one person over a year dealing with this headache and then he never got back in contact with me .He just told me what I wanting hear to get me off the phone!

Brakes are Still Squeaking & No Resolution ‼‼‼

A week & a half later still no call from Customer Service

No Stars for this one. My daughter took my car from Brakes. 1st it took 2hrs longer than promised All Day. Car Immediately Squeeked she took it back 2 days later. They took All day to apply a Grease. She picked up Still Squeaking. Called & took back 2 days later. They kept the car 5 days waiting on ordered Brakes Keep in mind my daughter has to get rides back & forth to work. Then be Without a car when they Promise to have her Fixed & Dont. Got it back same Squeak. I called Customer Service & left 3 Message. 4 days later I get a call from Jessica the Manager at the Location that Cant get me Right. No Mame have The Real Customer Service call me. They Still Havent Called & its over a week What Auto Repair Cant do Brakes Right? Just go to The Dealer & Dont waste your time or Money here.

Negligent of service

Came in for an oil change at 2324 N Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73107. However they broke my drain plug and replaced with a temporary pan saver butterfly plug. The manager told me that I need to replace an oil pan $663.90 for the next oil change. Will the precision tune going to pay for the oil pan $663.90 next time when I get the oil change since they broke the drain plug from the beginning?

Oil Change

I went in on November 14,2022 and got an oil change on my 2020 Nissan Altima and noticed later that day that oil was on my driveway, raised my hood and low and behold my oil cap was left off my car. Oil was everywhere under my hood mid you I had to travel 4hrs away the next day and was unable to do so due to the fear of not knowing if any of my major parts were affected due to oil being on all parts under my hood.This was the 2nd time I have had a issue with this company the first time after an old change my flap underneath my car was not attached back properly and was dragging the ground. They did repair the issues the best they could and provided a free oil change for my next visit it's mostly the inconvenience of making extra trips back and forth to the shop to repair issues. I am still not knowing if this will cause issues to my car in the future Mind you my car is fairly new I have less than 35k miles on my car! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER even though I have a free oil change I will not be going back due to consistent issues.

I have tried numerous of times to contact customer support with no response in 4 months since shady repair on my vehicle was done.

I brought my 2006 E350 Mercedes Benz to be tuned up oil change and have camshaft sensors with magnets replaced as well as the oil filter cooling housing gasket to be replaced. I drove the car home and it seem to be riding ok but still with hesitation in changing into second gear where the camshaft sensor and magnet being installed correctly would have eliminated this problem. So I returned the car the next day to be relooked over and was told all was in order and the car should be fine.. I was scheduled to work out of town. Leaving my car with my granddaughter to drive back to college. 2 days later my granddaughter called and said the car was smoking and the car was driving really bad so I told her to park the car and come drive another one of my vehicles. When I returned a month and a half later I raised the hood and saw all of the oil all over the engine I called Precision Tune on 1200 North Wesleyan Blvd. Rocky Mount North Carolina and told them my car was leaking oil from the camshaft sensors and the oil filter housing. The mechanic as well as the manager had both left and was no longer working for or at that facility. Reasons unknown. The new manager stated he would look at the problem but had no way of assuring repair because the tickets were removed by the previous manager as well as the money. My problem is the manager and mechanic are not reachable to resolve these issues. Though my car was serviced at the Precision Tune and still is liable for the repairs to my car. The manager and mechanic were both in uniform as representatives of the company.

Poor customer relations among other things

Precision Tune in Wilson/Raleigh Road has poor customer relations. They were rude and *** in their response when asked a simple question. They never explained the issues at hand totally; therefore, they string me along requiring that I continue to pay hefty amounts until THEY could figure out what the problem was. They need sensitivity training on professionalism and how to treat customers. I definitely will not recommend this establishment to anyone. Should anyone ask, I will tell them of the horrible experience I had. Even after I mentioned that a certified mechanic stated that the issue could have been resolved at the second step, the manager repeatedly defended their course of action, citing that several steps was needed to find the problem. Not so, and he was told that. The bottom line was more steps, means more money. I will never bring my car(s) to this establishment again.

They MESSED my working car and gave it in non working condition

I dropped my car on 27 May, 2022 and it was in working condition. It just had a clicking noise and the manager said they had to replace a $7 part and it is 30 minutes of work, costing around $150. They made me wait the whole day from 11am-6pm and at last told me that it was a steering column issue which I had to replace. They gave me a quote for $460 first and then later told that the part they ordered was incorrect. The front desk representative never gave this clarity to me. Finally after 1.5weeks of mental trauma with no proper communication, they ordered a original hyundai part and gave me a quote of around $2500. I was ready to pay it. When the part arrived, they installed it and started telling a different story and never got it in running condition. After messing with my car, now it doesn't even start when they gave it to me on June 3rd 2022. I got it towed to hyundai showroom. The team at Hyundai inspected and mentioned that my car was messed up by the mechanic who opened it and now it doesn't start, there is an electrical issue along with shaft and steering column issues of worth $3500. Precision messed my car and gave me mental trauma during these 2 weeks and I have to now pay just because of the damage precision has done to my car.

A complain

This company is a big rip off the broke my starter made me pay for their mess up lied about changing my oil and filling my fluids just messed up things flatten my brand new tire and act like it had a small leak but turned out to be a big Slashdot take ur car to them

PAPER OIL FILTER CAUSED OVERHEATING TO THE POINT WATER PUMP FAILED

ENGINE OVERHEATED DUE TO PAPER FILTER WHICH HAD COLLAPSED CAUSING ENGINE TO NOT GET OIL AND OVERHEATING UNDRIVEABLE !! STARTED KNOCKING.. COULD NOT DRIVE OR WOULD HAVE BEEN $5,000-$7000 NEW ENGINE ! I RETAINED THE FILTER FOR EVIDENCE. I GOT LUCKY, BUT I HAD CAR TOWED TO VERY RELIABLE REPAIR SHOP VESTAVIA TIRE EXPRESS BOB BIRDSONG OWNER 205 823 **** ! REACH ME PRESTON FUSSELL 205-908**** AND YOU ALSO CHANGED OIL USING SAME POOR QUALITY FILTER IN OUR MERCEDES, BUT HAD NOT DRIVEN IT VERY LITTLE AND HAD IT CHANGED OUT WITH NO ISSUES REPAIR WAS $793 PLUS TOWING OF $120 (25 MILES)

Customer Service

I have used Precision Tune for years to have my oil changed. I visited the location on Albemarle Rd at 5:30pm. I was told that they close at 6pm however couldn't assist me with getting my oil changed due to only having one mechanic. I responded by saying, so technically you are closed with the open light on due to no services being rendered. The customer services rep at that point said no we are open, but we cant get to your vehicle which again means that you are closed with the open sign on. I REFUSE to ever visit another store. This situation could have been handled differently, and they all need customer service skills.

Rude Franchise Owner

I went in to get my air conditioning serviced I had been in there several times for the same problem in the past three years the last time was about 8 1/2 months ago they put a new condenser on that time I brought it back in because its not blowing cold again and on the receipt it said I would get a free a recharge if it did not work again and there was a new owner named Charles he was very rude he embarrassed me in front of a customer that was in there and he would absolutely not honor the free recharge and he basically threw me out! I am contacting corporate to file a complaint this franchise is in Fort Walton Beach Florida!

Charged for work not approved of and was not agreed upon

On Sept 28, 2021, I brought my truck in for diagnosis and repairs. I specifically discussed the issue and what was the problem with my truck. Eric agreed to fix the truck. I told him that it was running hot and the heads needed to be removed and checked for cracks. In October he called and told me he thought it was just the water pump and so he changed it instead which was not the agreement. I got my truck back and it was still running hot. I took the truck back and again explained to him the real problem and he said okay. To my knowledge, he was going to pull the heads send them off to be checked. Again he held my truck until Dec 2021. All he said he was going to do was tear it down and replace the gaskets and that was it. It makes no sense to replace head gaskets if you are not going to check the heads for cracks. Again he still tried to do things the shortcut way. He never once called me the whole time my truck was in their possession to ask me if it was okay to do anything different from what we agreed upon. He took it upon himself to change my radiator cap didn't ask me anything nor tell me anything about that. The agreement was to pull heads send them off and put them back. I have spent money and my truck still runs hot after he told me he test drove it and it was not running hot anymore. I am just fed up being charged for unnecessary work and my truck is still not right. If he did not know how to diagnosis my truck the right way the first time instead of just throwing parts at it just to get me out the way, then why even agree to fix it. I am not going to keep buying unnecessary parts and he not even doing full complete work. They do not communicate with you at all about the status of your vehicle nor when your veichle is half way ready. They just hold your vehicle for months to pretend they are doing the so called work and then once you get it back nothing had been done and the issue is still there.

No communicate lack of knowledge

5011 Twin City Highway Port Arthur, Texas location. Eric has been having my truck over 2 months now and have yet to understand how to diagnose the issue and fix it. I told them it was the heads he agreed to look at it and then assume it was the water pump when I told him it was not. he did an easy fast fix on his own and charge me for it when I clearly told him it was not the problem. He held my truck and still have not torn it apart to fix or look into anything. He told me that he didn't know if it was the heads that was not his job to do and he didn't know. I refuse to spend another penny when it is clear he committed to a job he knows nothing about and wants to change my head gaskets and do not know if it is the issue. I want my truck fix or reimbursement for work I told him was not the problem put my truck back together I can get it fixed else where. I will be contacting the BBB and State Attorney General office. I want my truck. And he nor anyone ever communicate with me or answer the phone when I call to tell me what is going on.
