Never buy products from this company they if you over
Product was purchase from your so-called company. Phone number on the product is 1-80*-***-**** atprecisionpet.com which seems to be a scam because it goes to a hotel and Im sick and tired of you guys scamming people for seniors that knee products for their animals are you doing bad business karma will follow you trust me.

Broken playmate door hinges
I bought 2 sets of the heavy duty exercise pens for camping. This is the second time I have used it and the welds on both door hinges broke. This is powder coated but when the welds broke it was obvious it rusted. I was told too bad, so sad.

It hasn't been resolved I don't even know when they'll refund me my dog still has no house because I can't put out ANOTHER 200$ and hope it doesn't fall apart

recently It rained not very hard and the entire roof buckled (lifted) it's a all weather guaranteed to outlast the weather. Lemos in Lompoc ca 93436 told me to contact you guys it's raining season and my dog has no where dry to sleep

Dog crate handle broke
I went to pick up the dog crate after laying it flat for storage and the handle broke and I called the company and they dont offer any handle replacement they told me I should buy a new crate which is ridiculous. The dog crate is great but if a company sells something they should be able to offer replacement parts if the customer breaks it.

Broken zipper on 4000 model
Purchsed a 4000 model soft side the zipper is broke and it no longer zips together. We purchsed about 2 months ago to use at our second home. However this was the first opportunity to use the kennel and as stated the zipper is broken and return policy for our stores are 30 days and to make things worse i can not locate my receipt, did not think i would need it. Trying to find a replacement door
I need a new door for my dog's kennel, I did not reach customer service it kept rejecting my calls I thought that this was a repeatable company apparently I was wrong and should have picked another company

Missing parts and damaged
Purchased the large outback log cabin. It is missing all the hardware, one foot and roof is not damaged. Called customer service and they stated they would not send parts.

The play pen i recently purchased is torn already
It has a tear on it, and it should be more durable after all it's for a dog. I would like it replaced I'm not working right not, this thing almost cost me $100.

My puppy suffered minor injury
My puppy suffered minor injury. My husband bought me a crate for Christmas for my new puppy. I just got the puppy yesterday and put her in the crate for the first time. She got her nose so wedged in the side of the crate that My Husband could barely have enough strength to cut her out with wire cutters. We did buy the appropriate crate we bought at a crate that was supposed to be for two medium size dogs. With a divider so I could make it small enough for a puppy. This was how it was advertised but it has been unsafe. I either want my money back or I want a different crate because my husband paid a lot of money for this. I would appreciate it if you got back to me and rectify the situation I know things happen but right now Im fairly upset. Thanks Kimberly

Cheap Quality Nesting Box
This made in China box is total crap! When in my shop class in 1955 our instructor would have given us an "F" for such a junky, flimsy and poorly fabricated piece of wood slices that peel, break and do not align well. Shame on you and Amazon for even selling such an inferior product.

My dog can easily escape the ProValu Great Crate in multiple ways.
I have a 30lbs pit puppy and he can escape the medium and large size ProValu Grate Crates. They are the only brand of dog crate sold at 3 of the larges grocery stores in my town, so I assumed it was a good purchase. I spent over $170 getting the two, one was for crate training and the other was for his bed/nighttime so i got the bigger one for that. Well he can easily slide the bottom liner out because theres only a flimsy metal bar that folds up that is stopping the liner from sliding out, so with almost no force it can be pushed down. Also once the liner is out he can tilt the cage and walk out the bottom because the gaps are so big. If I dont use zip ties on the doors he can easily move the door open and even push the door clips off. There are so many ways to escape these cages, theyre made to be collapsable but that also makes them extremely weak and easily knocked over and if your dog pulls or pushes on the walls even a little bit, it starts coming apart. Screw these over priced wireframe chunks of crap.

Product is flimsy
I bought a *** bag dispenser of your brand and I used it for an hour, the call is gone along with the roll of bags I had in it. Would really like to repurchase but prefer to not buy the entire dispenser again. Do you guys sell just the cap part? It would be wasteful if I bought another dispenser as a whole. Thank you

Precision Pet Garden Walk-in Chicken Coop
I am writing with regard to a product of yours that has proven to be not only defective but of poor quality. On March 2, 2020, I purchased the Pet Precision Pet Garden Walk-in Chicken Coop for $578.99 online through Tractor Supply Company and received it on March 13, 2020. It has been 2 months since we assembled the coop and have moved our 6 chickens into it but not without having to modify the coop to be able to withstand normal weather conditions here in Southeastern Virginia. During normal bouts of rain, we have noticed copious amounts of water intrusion due to the large gaping seams, causing the pet bedding (pine shavings) to be completely soaked through with a collection of water on the pull out trays. While I understand that the coop is not airtight and allows for ventilation for the chickens, it certainly should not allow for so much water to the extent that they are no longer protected from the elements, especially for the amount of money you charge for the coop. We have now succumbed to the fact that the Precision Pet Garden Walk-in Chicken Coop is not only substandard, but it certainly does not provide for adequate living conditions for our pet chickens and therefore we are forced to replace it already.
