Received wrong item in mail, no one answers phones--want a full refund
I ordered a king bed skirt --delivery took a month...and got a "twin" not "king" and quality is poor. I have been unable to speak to anyone as the customer service phone number has an automated attendant which goes nowhere, or I get a busy signal. I have since purchased another bed skirt and want a full refund.

Do NOT order a bed skirt!
Order ID # 38685 I am returning this bed skirt. The quality is not what I expected. PLEASE call me with the address that I should give to UPS for this return. Order not received
My order was not sent to the post office box, ground delivery failed, but notice sent too late. I have tried to contact company, no response. I have paid for my order, but cannot reach anyone.

DO NOT buy anything from this company you will be greatly disappointed. They do not list a phone number. Can't talk to anyone if you have a problem and very very hard to return things. Even when they send you *** Their quality is junk junk junk.

Don't purchase from this company
Ordered a king size fitted sheet. One month later I still have not gotten the sheet and there is no way to contact this company except through e-mail. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I wish I had read reviews before placing an order. Many bad reviews and many never received their orders or got something completely different than what the ordered. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Total scam. Shame on them! I ordered two sets of sheets , no confirmation email, credit card charged...one month later still no sheets. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

My experience
I placed an order with this company then received a strange confirmation email which included my IP address in it. The email made me research if this company was legitimate. I read horrible reviews and the Better Business Bureau lists the company as no longer in business. I felt scammed. I tried calling and just got a fax sound as other consumers complained online happened to them. I emailed within four hours of placing my order to cancel. I received an email eight hours later saying it was cancelled. I will give another update in the future if my credit card is still charged or I have any issues.

Never received order
We ordered sheets a month ago and never received a tracking number or anything from this company. Tried to call but fax machine came on. Left messages and never got a response from any one. What a rip-off!

Precious Bedding Not Precious
After 3 weeks my order status remained "processing". I sent 2 emails requesting an update om my order with no response I have sent an email requesting my order be cancelled and ,you guessed it, no response! Precious Bedding brings a new meaning to the term " poor customer service". Stay away from this company! Far, far away!

Product not received
Spent $141 for sheets with my credit card on May 14th, 2017. It's June14 and no sheets. Phone numbers don't work and the customer inquiry on website gives no response. Was sent a confirmation for the order but nothing came. What a rip off!

Not what I ordered
What I received was not the sheet set I ordered. What I received was a cheat, rough set of sheets with additional pillow cases made out of a completely different blended fabric, not the single-ply Egyptian cotton quality I had ordered, and willing to pay that much for. Tried to request a return authorization from the company through the website. No response. Sent an email requesting the same. No answer. Two phone numbers on the website, one phone and one FAX, however both answered by FAX machines. Sent my FAX request in writing to BOTH numbers asking to return this wrong set and get the actual one I ordered sent . No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Precious Bedding - Sheet Set Review
I want to return an extra cal king flat sheet which was ordered in error and which I tried to cancel to no avail. I have sent numerous emails in the last month and they have not responded.. Also their phone number does not work. I did get through to a number in Nevada but they informed me that they were just a "front" for this company and would not give out any info. The order did NOT come with a packing slip or return info. This Company should be investigated.. by the FCC, UPS, and maybe even the FBI and the CIA..

Poor Quality
I received my sheets in the mail the other day and they are very poor quality. They are single stitched, have very little decorative detail on the top sheet, and are extremely thin. These sheets are definitely not worth the $65 this company is charging for them. Shipping was also very slow. I ordered them on April 11 and did not receive them until May 2nd. The company charged $7.95 for the extremely slow shipping. In addition, I sent them an email asking for a shipping date (since I had ordered the sheets a couple of week prior and had heard nothing) and did not receive a reply.

Order not received.
I ordered xl full size flannel sheets on Nov.25th. Today is December 15th and I still have not received order. Credit card was charged for correct amount. Their phone number does not work, and there was no response to an email I sent to customer service. The original website was called BestBedding, but I discovered the name change by checking the street address in Carson City. I called my credit card company and discovered that the amount was posted to my account on December 11th, even though I ordered on November 25. Is this even a legitimate company ????

Not what I expected
I thought I was ordering an XL full bed sheet set (top/bottom/2pillow cases) such as one would buy at Bed, Bath and Beyond. The price with shipping was $70.94. Seemed reasonable. What I received was the fitted bottom only and it was of a low quality. I should have read more carefully what I was ordering. I tried calling the company but the phone number listed did not work. I e-mailed them but received no response. Credit card company could not help since they did deliver what was actually ordered. Will NEVER buy from them again. Should have special ordered from B, B, and B, Target, or Kohl's. Live and learn.

IT'S A SCAM
THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO BUY PRODUCTS THROUGH. It has to be a scam because all the reviews I see deal with the same issues - not receiving what they ordered, received no package slip, was never sent a confirmation email or receipt, never receiving responses to emails, the phone number doesn't work, one of their phone numbers even lead to a mortgage company, etc. This "company" is a disgrace. It also has the same phone number and address as "Best Bedding" which has bad reviews as well - they're most likely run through the same scammers.
