PR.BUSINESS actually caused my SEO to go down

Pr.business said they could handle my listing on voice command items like Alexa and Siri. One fee for lifetime listing, but then they said I really utilize other services to improve my visibility. For the last year my numbers have gone down, year over year. They kept showing me stuff that I can find directly on my Google analytics, so that was useless, and their SEO work actually cause my SEO numbers to go down! This is after COVID. I would stray far away from this company. They are incompetent. They do not follow through with anything, and I can do better myself. I begged and pleaded to can+el the contract, they said NO I was supposed to have a phone call Monday at 9am, no one called. Then I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to reach someone. Finally at 11am someone called. I told them I had clients and I could not talk. I have 2 months left on the contract but I told them not to call me, I will just take the hit and they can just bill me.

Terminate Service

Didnt really find any value added for our business with this company. They just kept trying to sell us something every time they called for an update. Glad its OVER!

Dissatisfaction of services

If you get contacted by a company that calls itself Pr.business and/or Adsnearme in Florida.Do not do business with them they took me for $1,890.20 in 35 days. They promised a service and can not deliver. You are nothing more than an open checkbook. Once I realized I had been taken i canceled and requested a refund. I reported them to the Florida BBB and it was there i found they have had 623 (300 in just the last three years) complaints filed against them. No resolution could be reached. At one point i was told corporate needed to talk to me before a resolution could be reached, billing could not do any cancellations or refunds.Either way i wanted a refund period talking to me was not going to change my mind and I didnt want to work with them anymore and definitely didnt want them taking anymore money out of my bank account. I preferred everything in writing they didnt i wonder why As of today i still have not received a refund and i send a request daily. By you reading this my hope is that no one else gets taken by them. It is my understanding that others have lost a lot more than myself. Update 5/19/2022: i have yet to receive a refund of $1,890.20 due to me.. Update 5/22/2022 i have yet to receive a refund of my money due me. Update 5/28/2022 i have yet to receive a refund of my money due me, still waiting and still contacting pr.business.. Update 6/3/2022 as of today i have sent more than 25 emails requesting my refund. Pr.bussiness corporate still has my email address blocked very very professional.it is not like we are talking about $100 dollars here. If Pr.business was a Reputable company they would want to provide customer service. They took my money and left me with nothing zero, how can they begin to think i would say its okay take my money. I could never never do this to someone!!! Just think if they can do this to me they are doing the same thing to someone else as well.

They provided NO BENEFICIAL SERVICES after I paid them!

I don't care what some of their positive ratings/reviews say, IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEIR SERVICES, YOU MAY DEEPLY REGRET IT! Read this latest e-mail from me to pr.business on March 25, 2022, which has STILL not received a response from them as of the date of this review: "I just received your voicemail message for this morning's appointment. However, no one had the professional courtesy to respond to my calls & emails within the past few weeks! It's as if the priority of my business stopped after I paid you. On March 2, 2022 I was supposed to receive an update from Nicholas Dochtermann regarding my previously submitted concerns; I'm still waiting for that update. Since then, I'd made four unsuccessful attempts to contact the proper personnel at pr.business. My experience with pr.business has been disappointing, and I wish I'd scanned the reviews first before getting involved. I've had a difficult time contacting someone 100% of the time - either my emails are getting overlooked, or I'm being bounced from department to department until my call gets dropped. Also, I'm still unable to see my customer's referral, I'm still unable to see any photos on my listing, and I haven't received ANY business contacts as a result of pr.business' service. As usual, I don't expect to get a response to this correspondence either, so I am now looking into other ways of getting this addressed."

I AM RESCINDING MY COMPLAINT

I AM RESCINDING MY COMPLAINT. PR BUSINESS CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY AND HAS CANCELLED MY ACCOUNTS AT MY REQUEST. THE MANAGER CALLED MY AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING MY ISSUES. THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION REGARDING CUSTOMER'S ACCESS TO ACCOUNT INFORMATION, AND THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO ME CLEARLY. AS I SAID PREVIOUSLY, I HAD NO ISSUE WITH PERFORMANCE. THE COMPANY WAS NO LONGER A FIT FOR MY BUSINESS.

Failure of company to assist in cancelation or billing inquiries.

Company has not responded to requests for my billing & contract information after several attempts. I used PRB for most of 2021 and at first what they provided was useful. But in the meantime, my brokerage has provided me with a CRM and website, as well as some help with social media advertising. So I no longer need their assistance. I am not asking for a refund, just termination of my contracts for the last year.

Highly not recommended

I have been trying to cancel my services for 2 weeks and I have gotten the run around. And even though it is in my records to cancel they still charged me for another month knowing I wanted to cancel. Absolutely ridiculous.

Failure to uphold their end of agreement

Do NOT sign on with the company PR Business for any reason. We originally signed for voice command services in January. They were to contact us a month after it was set up to show us how to see how it was working. That call was only to upsell us to SEO services. We were upset and told them that we would have to think about it. They called us back in March and we spoke with Danielle and Amaria. Amaria was a manager that could explain the services in clearer terms than Danielle thought she was doing. We signed up for the other services to where we now owe them $400 a month. During that call, Amaria told us that she had a couple of specific people in mind to work with us. She was going to send us their e-mail addresses and we were to talk to them one to two times a month, where they would train us on everything that we needed to know about their systems and track analytics. We set up an appointment for April 14th and ended the call. April 14 came and went without hearing from them. We called, no one answered. We sent e-mails to Amaria since she was the only one that we had. She replied four or five days later stating that she had been gone and was looking at her calendar and would get back in touch with us with a time and date for our next meeting. We never heard from her again. We called several times and finally reached someone on April 30th. The call started calm but got heated on our part as they continued to not listen to us. We were asking to speak with Amaria, to which they replied, she only speaks to people with an appointment. It seems that you cant talk to anyone there without an appointment but they dont show up for those appointments, so how are you supposed to get anywhere? We physically mailed a letter to CEO Bruce T. We received a call on May 3rd from Cathy Collaster, who works in the corporate offices with president Bruce T. We told her what had been happening. She asked us to give her a day to listen to the recording of the calls and she would contact us at 3:00 pm on May 4th. That never happened. We called and left one to two messages on May 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10th. None of them were answered or returned. We finally reached her on the morning of May 11th. She said that she that they had received our letter this morning and would need to call us back at 3:00 pm Ddo NOToNOToDODo NOT. She did call us back and spent over half an hour telling us that we were rude to their employees and that she wouldnt speak to us if we interrupted her. We let her talk, and all she said was crap that had NOTHING to do with our issue. Our issue was their commitment to us as a client for monthly contact and training. When we finally got her to address the issue, she said that the problem with no one returning contact is being dealt with internally. When we asked if that included her ignorance, she told us that we were out of line. She also stated that they received our letter on May 5th. She cant even get that date correct. My question is, isnt the very FIRST thing of importance in any business communication? If any of us were to run our business that way, we wouldnt be in business very long. She finally agreed to cancel our contract with no penalties, but wouldnt give us a refund since they had done their part, which they never did even attempt to show us. Long story short, this company does NOT follow up with you. They take your money and disappear, never to be heard from again! Pam L.

Fraudulent Business Ethics

This company is full of quick talking salesmen that get you to sign on for SEO marketing. All seems fine. You agree to a fee. No results were produced for our company. Covid-19 has wrecked businesses. We decided to close up shop. PR Business claims that you cannot cancel their services, and even if you cancel, you are still responsible for paying them the entire year, even without providing you a service. We specifically asked them how we were supposed to utilize their services without a business. Their answer, "Oh, you can use it to promote yourself personally." We asked to speak with a manager. None were available. They keep telling us we are locked into a contract and will send us to collections if they don't pay. Our business is now closed, they can't charge us anymore. We don't have funds to keep paying them. We asked them to provide us with a contract displaying the terms of the agreement. They did not. They sent us a credit application instead. If a company cannot provide you with a legal contract that clearly states the terms of services being used, then they should let you out of whatever agreement they think they have with you. 108 complaints on the Better Business Bureau for PR Business. Employee reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor fully admit this company is scamming innocent business owners and helping put them out of business. We reported them to the Attorney General, the Consumer Protection Agency, the Congressmen in their district, the FTC, RipOff Report, and of course our attorney. There is no way we are letting a company like this continue to scam decent business owners.
