Customer Service, quality and parts availability

This company was trouble from the start. When the expensive go-kart arrived it was damaged, that should have been my first clue! They are very difficult to work with as far as customer service ( if they even answer the phone). To get parts for this thing that has barely been driven by my 11 year old granddaughter around our yard has been nothing but challenging. I will never ever deal with them again!!

History of Ripping Consumers Off!

With the issues Im currently facing with them and all of the reviews and small claims cases brought against them, they have a clear, and very deliberate, history of scamming consumers. I am kicking myself in the butt for not researching them before purchasing THREE dirt bikes from them. One of the bikes, an Apollo, is fine, but its the 2 Pro Max bikes they sold to us that are defective and they are refusing to make it right. The X-Pro Storm, my son hasnt been able to ride since we received it on 3/6 and my other son has only been able to ride the X-Pro Hawk FOUR times, for 15 minutes each time, and now he cant ride it at all. When we first contacted them, they said it was the carburetor, so they sent a new one, and we replaced as instructed, but obviously that did not work. Their suggestions to fix them have been to 1) take the bikes to a neighbor to look at (WTF?!) 2) they sent the SAME instructions to us via email 3 times and now theyre just ignoring us We even took the bikes to a PROFESSIONAL mechanic (instead of a neighbor as they suggested), that exclusively works on power sports, who ran diagnostic tests. He said we were sold garbage bikes and to return them to who we purchased them from Their customer service rep has told us 2 times that we need to cooperate with them and that these are bikes and not toys They had asked for us to send them videos, which we sent on 4/18 and a few hours after we sent it, we received a message the recipient server did not accept our request to connect. On the 19th I sent a follow up to that message, and didnt receive ANYTHING from them until 4/23. That response was them stating we sent the video to the wrong email - we REPLIED to the email address THEY were using when they asked us to send them videos I was fine when we first started trying to troubleshoot the issues, but after a while with them giving us the runaround and ignoring us, weve requested FOUR times for them to send us the prepaid shipping info we need to return the bikes and receive a full refund for both bikes. They refuse to address that - I am very well aware they are trying to push us out to 90 days when their warranties expire, so they can wash their hands of us We are done asking them to return the money they have pretty much stolen from us. I swear, Im not usually like this! Ive NEVER had to threaten anything, especially taking someone to small claims court. However, after my personal experience and the experiences others have gone through, I have enough back up to file a formal compliant with the FTC. Ive seen consumers wanting to do a class action lawsuit against this company and consumers who have taken them to small claims court. There is enough evidence that this company has been scamming consumers by selling expensive, defective products, and then REFUSING to fix and/or refund I hate to have to take it to this level, as I have MUCH better and more productive things I should be doing with my time, however, Im not going to have close to $2,000 stolen from me and hopefully I can prevent this from happening to even more people

They sell a product that you can’t get replacement parts any where else unless you pay 5 times there price and You can’t even get replacement parts from them it always says temporary out of stock rid

No service or assembly instructions...make sure you have basic mechanical knowledge,.good product overall.would recommend you buy. Assembled and tested product...worth the extra money. All the staff was helpful etc... these other reviews are totally opposite ofmy

Bikes having issues

Bought this bike in January of this year, it seemed to be in perfect condition when it arrived. Little did we know that three weeks into having it that we would be having to email about having the warranty honored. So far in the two months of having it, we've had to put a new carb on, that there would be a transmission leak so bad that the bike now has no transmission fluid left in it. It has since lost second gear, third gear is almost gone, the chain is grinding on both sprockets badly, the bearings in the rear tire are misaligned, and the front and side paneling of the bike are cracked. Unfortunately we don't have any mechanics around us in our area that are qualified to work on this particular type of motorcycle. Please do a better job of inspecting the products that are being sent out for delivery before they are sent out. I promise the customers that have to wait a little longer to get their bikes or whatever will be more than happy to wait if they are getting a product that isn't going to need repairs shortly after receiving the items and constant work afterwards.

Defective product

I purchased the X Pro 125 manual trans kick start and I have had issues with the bike ever since it was unloaded in my driveway Ive emailed and called several times and all they do is give you the run around if they even respond or return your call the bike over heated burning the shift cable , fuel filter and the air filter was torn and now to top it all off I can get back started after several attempts to contact The dealer with no luck I took the bike to my local bike shop to get it diagnosed to see why it stoped running and when they diagnosed it they gave me a list of parts that it will have to have be replaced so I emailed the dealer back with pictures off the parts and they still said the needed more pictures so they could send the right parts ( I new then they where giving me the runaround. I contacted the finance to see if they could contact the dealer and put a end to this madness as of 1/11/22 I have heard nothing but I will keep you posted on the outcome PS DONT BUY !!!!!!!! EDC

Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service, Will not Honor Warranty

I purchased a 125cc Go kart when I received, there was no paperwork for it. Hardware was missing and that was a chore to get from them. Got it together after getting it together and waiting for Hardware a total of 10 days before using it. Started it up and got to run it 10 to 15 minutes and then the Electrical starts Smoking and melting, Scared the *** out of my daughter and I. Contacted PowerSports Max and the representative or owner ZORA Z basically said, "No Warranty" Until I pay to have it Diagnosed, This company Has no Ethics. I requested a swap for a unit that they have Assembled and tested giving them a chance and this ZORA Z refused. I then requested a refund from them and Notified Affirm of their Merchants dealings.

Completely Unprofessional Attitude(s)

1) Had my order for a multi-purchase on-screen, but called to ensure a smooth transaction would occur. 2) Contacted: (855) 256-**** about 3:41 Pacific on 11/11/2021 and had my called answered by someone who identified as "Ashley". 3) Informed Ashley that I was looking to make a sizable purchase as a 'test' for a new venture, and was immediately given an attitude as if not believed (is the best way I can describe it). 4) Informed Ashley that I was, indeed, on their site with all my details input for a purchase -- but was immediately cut-off with NEGATIVE attitude, with Ashley asking if I was going to make the purchase 'with her or online' because "we have several calls to deal with, and MY TIME IS IMPORTANT" (she said). 5) Upon informing Ashley that I felt her attitude as "unprofessional" -- she became belligerent, and informed me that she didn't have to 'behave any way she didn't want to'. 6) I asked to speak with the Sales Manager, or Director of Operations -- and was told "no". I asked for her title/position within the company and was told "it's personal" -- she didn't HAVE to tell me. 7) As I was informing Ashley that her attitude was becoming a determining factor as to whether I purchased with them -- she decided to disconnect the call as I was speaking!! 8) Called the next day (today) and spoke with someone who ID'd himself as "Mike" -- a Customer Service Manager. Informed Mike of Ashley's Customer Service (aka: professional behavior), and while apologetic, he seemed dismissive, as if it is already known and accepted behavior! 9) Informed Mike that it was my intent to make a sizeable purchase, but that I could not (and would not) in good conscience, spend money with them that would somehow make it into Ashley's pockets! 10) They can consider those dozen bikes "NOT SOLD". And I hope they bleed RED on your books as this year comes to a close! #Thank_Ashley

Dirt bike arrived with cracked frame

I ordered 2 dirt bikes, first one arrived in a crate in perfect condition and the second arrived not strapped down in tractor trailer and frame was cracked in half. I immediately emailed and called the company with pictures of cracked frame and the cracked in half pallet that it was supposed to arrive on. Normally if this were to happen they would replace the new bike with another. Instead they are sending me a part that I have no idea to install and expect that my 10 year old daughter will be safe riding her first dirt bike. This company used to have good customer service 5 years ago, but they have gone down hill. They told me it was a warranty issue but I didn't even have possession of the bike when it cracked in half. Not happy. Do not order from this company

Very disappointed

I purchased a Scooter over 6 months ago, and it was delivered severely damaged and laying on its side, and the delivery man left before we removed the packing materials. We contacted them right away because we couldn't believe that the delivery man drove off. It became obvious why when we finished removing packaging. They offered me $100, so I could take it to a local Mechanic, but that was an insult cause every time I look at the damages it upset me all over again. I didn't accept the $100. I've contacted them over and over, and now they're using the warranty expired excuse. Furthermore, I still have it in storage. They leave me no choice other than file a claim against them and hope that a judge will look at all the damages and make them take responsibility, because they refuse all attempts from me telling them that the scooter wouldn't turn on and that the damages made me feel unsafe on the road.
