Wrong item,no refund

I ordered set of s&s pistons 20 over,recieved pistons that were std.bore.called powersport they said call s&s.i called s&s they said send back to powerspoert.powersport sends return label,I ship and get a notice that it was delivered and signed for.after 2 weeks I call about refund,they say they never recieved it.i send copy of signed receipt they still denied it.this place is really screwed up.

Parts where not the right ones

Ordered heated grips for my HD. The web site says they are the right ones but they do not fir the bike.when I reached out to them they told me to contact there vender Avon grips to resolve the issue. So I ordered the same grips from Dennis Kirk and want to return the grips that dont fit the bike they told me I have to pay shipping. I have been going back and forth with them for almost 2 weeks.

A CANCELD item was shipped to me by mistake!!!

I need email address????? do you know how big a *** has to be. to generate wind. it's just the muffler there's no manifold or anything it's just a month for a $500 a month. what happened to the only way I can get home is on the computer you know right back and forth and then I'm waiting on an answer or their email address I have to send email to get their email address and talk to them that way but right now I'm trying to trying to get the email address. but that's all it was my found that out and realized it's just the muffler they had a whole motorcycle in *** know it wasn't you know it wasn't a motorcycle was. it was a scooter. they had a whole scooter up there but everything else you must time for a part they had a whole scooter up there but if you look closely that's when it said this you know that look real flow you know. you really got to watch it when you're buying something on the Internet okay I think I told you I ordered a helmet a Green Bay Packer helmet full size it look full size but they sent me one that was like half sauce. so I I had to go to get to get my money back and order it with Amazon I finally got my money. I mean they can be very deceiving why would you you know for the product have the whole motorcycle up there without even pointing arrow to the park. I mean you can see this muffler on the motorcycle

Refund

I shipped the product right back. They said the package was damaged and kept $85 of my hard earned money. I'm not sure if that is entirely true. Just because the cardboard box was damaged I don't get $85 back. That's alot to replace a cardboard box.

They suck!

I bought a lithium motorcycle battery from them with a 2 year warranty. At 1 1/2 years the battery failed and I contacted them for repair or replacement. They told me they had no record of the sale. I provided them copy of Paypal statement showing them as the seller, me as the buyer, purchase date, purchase amount, receipt ID #, the item description, and the amount paid. They claim they have no record of the transaction and refuse to warranty the battery despite my proof of purchase.

Incorrectly labeled part delivered

Do not buy from them

I bought a set of handle bars from them that they said would fit. They wouldn’t. They wouldn’t take them back. I won’t do business with them again.

No worries

I ordered something from powersports superstore and their initial order confirmation said it would arrive ‘by Nov 14’. That was more than 2 weeks from the order date and I really needed it before that. I have received tracking info that says it will arrive on 11/9 which is fine. My guess is they say it’s gonna take longer than it will trying to trick folks into not using their free shipping option. Annoying. Won’t be buying from them again.

Don’t stand behind there own advertisement

Read all the way through please and I’m sure this will be deleted by this company. I ordered a Jim’s kit from them! The price they had it for on EBay was amazing, so much that I even emailed them to make sure what was posted was what I’d be paying for. They sent an email back stating that the kit I was asking about included all 5 lids. At this point I jumped on the sale because it was a great deal! Then after I bought I contacted them because I gave incorrect address and as we was speaking I asked again for them to check and make sure the product I bought was the entire kit and not just one lid. I was informed that it wasn’t what they said in the email and there email store. I then talked to the women and she agreed with what I was saying but said she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked if they could discount it to the price I can get at my shop and she said she couldn’t. I then asked to speak to someone above her and thanked her for her help that she was just doing her job. After being on hold for 25 mins Matt came on the line and he has the power to correct his company’s mistake, and refused to. He would not ship me what his company even after I emailed them and they replied told me what I would be getting the full kit! I’m a Master Level Tech for a Harley Davidson for A highly respectfully Harley Shop in Tennessee. If we tell someone what something cost and they pay we have to honor that, this is just good business. This company Powersport Superstore is in my opinion an disgrace to our industry. If they would have just admitted there mistake and ate the cost and shipped to me I would have raved about them, but they practice bad business and have lost me forever as a customer, and I hope after reading this they have lost other also.
