Bought a 209cc push mower.

Mower runs well, but right off the bat; I had trouble with the Cheap plastic wheels. They sent me new rear wheels, but they broke as soon as started pushing on a bank(ditch). Ended up buying a better grade wheel at harbor freight. But trying to get a hold of someone when you have trouble, that's the biggest problem.

Poor Customer Service

Stay on the phone for hours for them to just keep hanging up in your face without saying a word. They do not return phone calls or emails.

Powersmart Self Propel Lawnmower

I have been calling for a week now and can get anyone on the phone. I have stay on hold for hours multiple times and someone comes on and just hangs up on me without saying a word. The customer service is not good at all.

NO Response via Email and already on the phone listening to music for a freaking hour!!! Worst CS I have ever ever encountered. DO NOT buy from them, buyers beware!!

Tried the 888 number. Recorded garble message to hold............did so and on and on and it HUNG UP ON ME!

Tried again...........same BS. This is unbelievable.

Now back on the 800 number and waiting 40 minutes so far. NOTHING> For goodness sake NEVER give this company any business if you are expecting them to give a crap!

Can’t get my lawnmower fixed

The worst company ever never answered the phone when you call customer service then to chat online they went you to pay to bought lawn mower though Amazon never work cant get my back or get it fix

Order never received

Ordered a lawn mower they never acknowledged it or let me know when it would ship. I tried emailing them the email bounced back undeliverable. Thrived calling them left messages they did not return my call After a week I had to dispute my credit card. They charged my credit for product they never intended to ship

Lawn mower not working

Our push mower has not worked correctly since day 1. It dies constantly, or refuses to start at all. I would like a replacement sent.

Customer service

I needed a replacement blade for a lawn mower that I purchased from them I went on the website what the replacement blade cuz it wasn't covered in the warranty I'm still waiting on the email telling me that it's been shipped that hasn't happened yet and you cannot get anyone on the phone I stayed on the phone for 47 minutes waiting second time the phone hung up after 15 minutes and when you put in the email address for support it comes back and says address not found so how do you get in contact with the company that won't answer the phone or return your emails but they've already took in your money for your products that you're trying to buy from there this is horrible I will do better next time and make sure that anything that I buy does not have their company name on it. I hope my replacement blade comes

Faulty lawn mower

Still no response or can't get in touch with no one still on hold for long periods of time and then phone hangs up after 30 or more minutes I don't want the money back I just want another lawn mower

Lawn mower wheels broken only had product 3 months

Only used 2 or 3 times and the back wheels are coming off called n called and can't get thru to no one not good advertising if your product is a bunch of junk thought I was getting a good deal but not at all

Low quality products with zero customer service and no warranty

I purchased a lawnmower that was delivered on September 28, 2022. It developed some issues (won't start when hot) and on June 21, 2023 the plastic casing broke. I cannot use the lawnmower anymore because the blade is touching the ground. The item is supposed to come with 3-year warranty, but when I called 800.791.9458, a customer service number, I was on hold for 40 minutes and had to hang up.

Missing Axle for Chipper Schredder #PS 12

Hi the Axle never came in the box. I have searched and searched and good thing I didn't throw away the box or I would of blamed myself but it is not there. I really need to clear the invasive porcelein berry from my property. Could I please have the axle mailed to: Eileen M. Lawnmower pull cord stuck

I have only had product for two years. The pool court is stuck and will not release. I have called the one 800 number for power smart over five times. Each time I sit on the phone for over an hour and nobody answers. After about an hour a recording comes on, I left two messages and nobody has responded back. I have also emailed Powersmart. No response or help on getting lawnmower serviced or replaced. I invested in this product because it had a three-year Manufacturing warranty on this particular lawnmower.

Horrible customer service.

I have called numerous times and can get no one on the phone. I've even used my ear buds and went about my business awaiting someone to answer up to 35-40 mins with no answer. I switched to email and it took 2 days to get a response the first time and I had all my ducks lined up looking for a part with model number and pictures of the part and was told I needed more info. I immediately replied and 3 days have went by with no response. See screenshots of back and forth with email service. Haven't received response to my last message. 5, 6, 7, and 8
