Poor support for their customers

I need a part for a poorly designed Poulan Pro transaxle. They do not offer phone support any longer for my 6 yr old lawn tractor. My only option was to use a chat on their website. The first chat rep said hello and did not say another word for at least 15 minutes. So I left the chat and started another chat. I was given the wrong part number by the agent. So, as I type this, I am still not sure what part number I need to repair this mower. Horrible customer service. Buy from a company that builds quality

Order parts for chainsaw

I was able to call a few days after I emailed. I was looking for replacement parts for a 2150 chainsaw, type 1-4. I was told that some of the parts were not available. I have found the parts elsewhere.

Parts for my mower

Can't find parts anywhere there are no suppliers in this area and poulan will not answer there phone to help in anyway and I don't know if they are still in business or they just won't help with their product I would not buy another of their products if this is the way they treat their customers. Their product is in constant need of parts

Repair kit for fuel, lines, and primer bulb

I need to be able to find parts. I called the number and it tells me it cant go through on all three accounts that I called it still doesnt work. How do I get parts for a chainsaw? If I cant talk to people to find out what it is I actually need and if they have it, so would be great to speak to somebody even texting or email do you have my number and you have my email. I would appreciate a return call or an email to figure out how I can fix my problem.

Mower won’t back up

Mower drives forward but not backwards The mower is very difficult to back up and requires a lot to back up.

I have tried several times to have my poulen pro fixed or replaced but couldn’t contact so now my warranty is up and still mower not fixed, only able to use it 2 times

My poulen pro 100000 has been messed up since bought brand new and been worked on once and only been able to use 2 times. Ive tried contacting poulen pro but nobody contacts me back and now my warranty is up and mower still not working. I need someone to please contact me. I e always used Poulen Pro but probably not in the future

Cant get repair parts that warehouse does not have in stock

Assuming this is for the Poulan PLB 26 blower starter Ordered a repair part that is coming from overseas and is being continually delayed and now, 1. My blower is out of warranty 2. Because it hasnt been started in so long there was gas in the line and the carb will probably need to be replaced

Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever come across and I have had some pretty bad experiences in my 65 years!!!!!

Just trying to figure out what type of tool is needed to adjust the idle on a Polan pro PR 46 BT. The part number I was given I ordered off of Amazon and it doesnt work.

Need a part

My saw is a 4218 and the drive wheel is wore off 2 teeth are almost gone. Why is this happening.Does this mean the drive wheel is of cheap soft metal or is the chain made of too strong metal for the saw? I need a new part, the saw is not even a year old.?what happened to the next one?

Called to order parts and no one answered called twice now and no answer snow is coming and it wont run

Customer service is nonexistent. Support is unavailable. Another BS company that wants a 1 time customer and doesn’t care if you come back. And I won’t ever.

Tried asking questions of experts they claim to have answered the questions but those answers are nowhere to be found! PP is a garbage dealer selling products that define the term planned obsolescence. Husqvarna has made it impossible to get any help with their products.
