I'm still going to ask their supervisor of customer service to give me a refund or partial refund for the item made wrong. It was the MAIN ITEM - & I ACTUALLY THINK I SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND BECAUSE OF IT!! If a restaurant calls their place "lobstah on a roll" & doesn't know how to make them correctly then there's most definitely something wrong with them!! I ordered a classic large roll with Italian bread & mayo. They sent me this bulky bread that I couldn't stand & threw away half of because it was too dry with lobster covered in butter, not mixed with mayo. It was also too dry. I didn't want it that way!! I've never in my life ordered a lobster roll I didn't like & this was it!! It didn't taste good!! The first & only time. And I was thinking it would be some big juicy nice lobster roll!! Yeah RIGHT!! Postmates didn't give my money back or even a refund for the roll. Which is dumb - if it comes out WRONG - THE CUSTOMER GETS A REFUND!! DDDDUUUUHHHHH!!!

Bad experience

Incorrect Address

When I set my delivery address and I created my postmates account I put in all my information. 210 Lanier Drive apartment 1104 Statesboro, Georgia 30458 the Uber driver just called saying he could not find it. I looked at my order and for some reason it auto populated a different city and zip code. The Uber driver said to call and see if I can get it switched or canceled. I tried to switch it. It's too far from the location obviously cuz I don't know where this location is that it says on there. Is there any way to please refund me as I don't know what happened. It was an app ever. I've never used Postmates before and I cannot afford to be out $35 dollars

Charged twice for order

I placed order for 1 mild biryani and 4 chicken pakoda from Indias oven Wilshire Blvd which was delivered at 2.35 pm then 2.50 pm I got a call that the same order has been delivered again I DO NOT WISH TO PAY FOR SAME ORDER DELUVERED TWICE & I HOPE I AM NOT CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDERED

You OVER CHARGED ME $6.42

Each time I ordered through this app, the tip is charged in the initial transaction but then gets charged again but only for the tip. The first time it happened it was reversed automatically, and I was charged correctly. This time the extra tip went through for $6.42 and I need it credited back to my account. The total should only be charged once, please refund it back and fix your system. No other company has ever charged like this. It's unacceptable. Food issue

My food was horrible, hardly any toppings on pizza that was listed to be on the pizza, chicken was salty and uneatable unless you want high blood pressure. Paid almost 51$ for undesirable food!

Wrong order

On Postmates I ordered a Blue Raspberry Fanta from Mc Donalds and they Brung me back a Coke Blue Raspberry instead which is odd to me since there wasnt a button on that order I called Mc Donalds about it and they said I have to make a report about this, I just want a refund for my Medium size drink the receipt does Say Coke blue Raspberry Fanta on it which is Very strange to me.

Missed items

A driver from Postmates kept a T-SHIRT that was paid for in my order. Postmates kept the money for the loss and didn't refund me.

Didn't receive t-shirt with order on March 8th.

I ordered a Tshirt from black Angus on March 8th with the total of 159.00 is what I was told to pay. Burnt food

Ordered food burnt or not here no drink I ordered a large no slaw Mac n cheese clearly burnt I would like a full refund and a credit to try the food again this is crazy u can even smell the burnt food...very disappointed fries were cold and dry now what am I to eat just chicken?

I asked for gala apples and she gave me Fuji apple instead also did not knock on my door this driver didn't do her job right, I don't want her again. I sent a text, as I always do, to this person to let them know where to turn to get to my apts. The gps will take them to the next apts over. They called. Said they had arrived. I stated they were in the wrong place and I was waiting outside. I tried to explain the text. They talked over meYa want to cancel? I finally said yes. Instead they started the timer and I assume either had dinner on Postmates dime or just left it there. Their name was David. I wish I had screenshots of their texts. They were also disrespectful. This person is extremely unprofessional and should not work with the public. If they were my employee, I would have terminated them immediately.
