Fraud

Be careful with this company. They are going to charge in your credit card a monthly fee that you never inform you for marketing online. People is very young, the design are poor and very low quality.

Reckless behaviour

A company which forces employees to work during Storm Ian, does not deserve our patronage. Not buying their products anymore. Shame on you.

Unauthorized charges on my credit card

When I contracted with PostcardMania to do a mailing for me over a three month period, I assumed the amount I paid for that service would only last for 3 months (see attachment). Matthew Burchard, sales associate for PostcardMania, assured me that was the case. However, in the middle of the agreement is a clause stating that unless I called and cancelled the service I would continue to be billed $459 per month. I assumed from my conversation with Mathew Burchard that his statement that I would not be charged beyond the 3 months constituted cancelling the service. In addition to the 3 month contract of over $8000.00 that I did approve and paid for, PostcardMania continued billing my American Express Card from October 2019-April 2021; a nineteen month period for a total of $8739.62. They claimed they were posting ads with Google and Facebook. I never saw or approved ads.I also never had any response from these supposed ads from potential customers. It is next to impossible that I would have not received any kind of response if Postcard Mania were truly doing on line advertising. The services which they billed me for were never performed. Finally, PostcardMania was constantly sending email which became annoying, so I had it all sent to spam. Therefore, I didn't see billings, etc. I believe that they send emails almost daily so that they can claim that the client was informed; knowing that no one is going to read all of the emails sent. PostcardMania is a predatory company that does not adhere to verbally agreed on ending dates

Frustrated customer

PostCardMania came highly recommended from mutual acquaintances who had positive experiences with them in regard to quality and service. Mine was/is not. As a new customer my first order was a small project. From lack of communication, to mistakes, lost order and delays, errors and still no delivery. Although paid, no longer interested. Frustrating.

Bad Service

Spent two months getting a post card out and then delivered it to a list I did not provide. No call back, just utter chaos. They do not do a very good. Over promise and way under deliver. Do not use them.

Zero results with no verification

My experience was not a good one. After getting 0 response on my cards I was contacted by a "resolution specialist" and we played phone tag so he suggested I leave a message stating my difficulties. I told him that I never got even 1 response and the "bad address" cards were never sent back to me after 2 large mailings. No response

Run away they do not work never refund my money

so i order a package with them. they sent the cards and setup the online marketing. didn't see the results in fact didn't work at all and also the setup to do the postcards took for ever, but that's not the main reason of this review. I cancel my service and then i saw they CHARGE ME AGAIN for the online marketing. I call instantly to ask for a refund because they charge me. she said she will do it. i wait 2 weeks nothing i call again they said "ohh she is in charge of refund she is not here" i call multiple times with the same answer. then another call they literally said " we already did the refund" im like no i even can send u screenshots of my bank account got no refund. i keep calling they keep saying oh person in charge of your account not here. im like WTF is the owner not there to fix it or what. they just never gave me my refund and i waited months!!!!!!!! and that why im leaving this review. they just keep evading me and im gonna keep leaving this review everywhere so people know!!!!! DAM SHADY BUSINESS.

Rip off. Sold me a phony list

I will first say that the customer service was really quite good, and the people that were assigned to me tried their best. I am with Throop Law, P.C., a Virginia based professional corporation. I purchased a list of 3000 names of supposed 60-90 late on residential mortgage payments to generate business for my bankruptcy law practice. When I did not get a single phone call, I looked at the list a little closer and realized that the list was basically just made up *** There were numerous addresses of rental apartments in multi family dwellings, business addresses, students in student housing, etc. When I tried to bring this to the attention of customer service, they asked me to give them specific accounts, so I took a random chunk of the list, investigated each address individually and reported my results. To no avail. I was basically told that I didn't know what I was talking about and that the list was accurate. When I asked them to prove up the accuracy, I was given nothing but a bunch of gibberish, double talk, and talking in circles. All I wanted them to do was to simply somehow prove that the list was accurate, and if they cannot then refund me the list cost plus the postage. Their response: We know the list is accurate because we say so; why do we say so? Because we know it's accurate. Quite insulting to my intelligence. I eventually disputed the charges with my credit card company, but did not win the dispute. I am now appealing that dispute and working on a lawsuit, which should be easy to win since my search shows that neither PCM, nor Joy Rockwell Enterprises (the holding company) is not licensed with the SCC do sell their products or services to people in Virginia. Winning through the legal process takes a long time, but that also makes any victory that much sweeter.

Do not use them!

Horrible company.I spent over $10,000 and get $0 in return. After three months of mailing, they charged my credit card monthly for "Digital marketing", which is such a joke! I never consent the charge. Please do not WASTE your money on this company! I speak truly from bottom of my heart! Do not get fooled and dump your hard earned money to this stupid PostcardMania. You may as well go shopping or help homeless people! I rename them PostCardHorrible!

Bad Service all reviews are accurate

Just like most people are saying. Took them 3 weeks to show me my list. They blamed it on not having my correct contact number. Took from May 25 th 2018 to June 23 just to get the mail out. Like the rest of the people here, I sent out 1398 postcards and no website traffic and no phone calls. No return calls from Customer Service until they want money for mailing. So this time I decided to look up reviews and I see everyone is complaining about the same thing. So I just sent in email today to cancel the rest of my campaign. Like everyone else stated here, something isn’t 100% correct here. I’ve been mailing to the same list on the side with letters and I usually get back at least 2 pieces that are undelivered. Out of 1400 there was not one return? Like someone said in this thread, use EDDM with the Post Office, go to 88printing.com , under offset printing select Postcards. Price is only 389.00 for 5,000 postcard 6.5x11. This size ships at post office for .178 The total for doing it yourself is around $1200.00 I paid over $800.00 for 4000 postcards.

Tried to just get postcards and it got complicated

I originally just wanted someone to print postcards for my online candy company. I found PostcardMania online and the pricing looked cheap for printing so I started a live chat and got passed to a marketing consultant over the phone. It was kind of frustrating because I just wanted to upload my art online and have them ship me the cards. After talking to the girl for about 20 minutes it ended up working out - I was originally planning to find the companies I wanted to mail to online and the girl told me they could buy me a list which is going to save me about 20 hours of work and the list wasn't expensive at all. I was also planning on mailing them myself with stamps from the post office and I found out PostcardMania could do that for me - even though they charge a small fee it ended up being cheaper because they get presorted postage rates. So originally I was completely annoyed at having to talk to them but it turned out really great - they did the whole thing for me and everything was done and mailed out within 2 weeks. Realistically now that I think about it it probably would have taken me months of working on this every day to get each card addressed, stamped and mailed out so I'm glad I went through the phone call and used them. I already had two companies call me to order candy from the cards so I am happy with the process after all.

Started Rough but they sorted it out

I started a campaign for our pool business and at first was assigned to a customer service rep who was just NOT getting what I was saying. After several days of back and forth and a few versions that we did not like, I spoke to a supervisor. She was actually quite helpful and assigned me to a new account manager. That person was surprisingly INCREDIBLE. We were about to ask for a refund until we got this girl. The design she sent us was amazing and we approved it right away without any edits. The printing process was smooth from that point forward and they mailed the cards and we've gotten a few calls so far but it is too soon to know if we will sell any pools to them yet.

Poor results

I spent $4,000 Dollars on my initial campaign ( 3,000 PIECES) and I only got 3 responses. I was told to continue marketing in order to see better results. I didn't to stop my campaign. They were nice enough to ship my remaining postcards to my home address at no cost. I was not happy with the results. There really wasn't any creative consulting. I was responsible for the written content on my postcard. I got very little suggestions. I will do my next campaign in house or find another company. I did contact them to discuss my campaign. I got very little feedback as I was told that my campaign was a first (business postcards). However, there was no attempt to reduce my cost or suggest that I do a cheaper campaign as a test run. Money first..then let's see how things go
