Motor Calar Teruk!

Motor Yamaha Y15ZR yang dipos dari Kangar ke Nilai calar dengan teruk. Mohon pihak PosLaju bertanggungjawab di atas kelalaian staff anda. Kami sudah membeli insurans tapi keadaan di tahap sangat mengecewakan. Mohon ambil tindakan dengan segera. Motor dipos pada 25 Ogos 2023 dari Kangar, sampai pada 29 Ogos 2023 di Nilai dalam keadaan tidak dijaga dengan baik. Ini amat mengecewakan. Pihak kami sudah membalut motor tersebut. Staf Pos Laju tak bertanggungjawab

Barangan saya pos hancur berkecai. Tidak bertanggungjawab dalam menguruskan barangan pelanggan sehingga membuatkan pelanggan terpaksa menanggung rugi setiap Kali menggunakan khidmat Pos Laju. Selain itu, staf kaunter juga tidak mesra kepada pelanggan membuatkan pelanggan menggunakan khidmat kurier lain.

Barang selalu pecah Dan rosak

Kepada yang berkenaan... Di sini saya ingin memberi keluhan Dan kesalan atas perkhidmatan Pejabat Pos Laju. Saya adalah salah seorang pengguna tegar Pos Laju Malaysia walaupun sering dimomok kan dengan caj yang mahal Dan tidak memuaskan berbanding courier lain. Untuk Kali ke berapa saya menggunakan perkhidmatan Pos Laju Malaysia barang jualan saya. Pada mula nya saya berpuas hati walaupun agak mahal berbanding courier lain tapi saya tetap menyokong Pos Laju Malaysia kerana saya membesar dengan mengenali Pos Laju Malaysia. Tapi sejak akhir-akhir ini. Setiap Kali menghantar barang jualan saya, pelanggan akan menerima barang yang pecah Dan rosak. Saya memang terpaksa menanggung kerugian atas barangan rosak. Dengan ini saya mohon pejabat pos Laju perbaiki perkhidmatan anda. Selain itu, saya juga ingin tahu di mana saya perlu menuntut segala kerugian saya. Permohonan Pengkreditan Semula

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera ke atas kakitangan pos laju yang menerima email ini. Terima kasih atas kesudian tuan/puan membaca email saya. Merujuk kepada tajuk email saya ini, saya memohon jasa baik pihak poslaju agar mengkreditkan kembali *** saya sebanyak RM50. Untuk makluman pada 3 April 2023,saya bercadang mahu gunakan Ezibox yang terdapat di Bangunan Perdanasiswa,UM untuk mengepos sebuah bungkusan. Jadi atas tujuan itu, saya memuat turun aplikasi poslaju di telefon. Lalu saya menilai tambah sebanyak rm50 ke dalam akaun saya atas tujuan berkenaan. Namun malangnya, atas sebab ketidakcekapan saya(pertama kali hendak guna) atau pun masalah teknikal di situ, saya tidak dapat meneruskan urusan pengeposan di Ezibox berkenaan. Bungkusan tersebut saya pos melalui cawangan luar UM pada akhirnya. Namun,wang saya masih tidak berusik di dalam akaun. Oleh itu, saya meletakkan harapan yang sangat tinggi di pihak poslaju untuk mengembalikan duit saya itu. Kerana dua alasan. Satu,saya memang tidak menggunakan langsung perkhidmatan poslaju menerusi aplikasi. (Jika dibiarkan, *** saya hangus begitu sahaja). Saya memang selama ini terus pergi berurusan di kaunter cawangan. Hari kejadian sahaja saya terpaksa gunakan aplikasi. Dua, saya sangat memerlukan duit berkenaan untuk meneruskan hidup di universiti ini. Jumlah itu mungkin sedikit menurut pihak tuan/puan. Tapi sangat besar nilainya buat diri saya sebagai seorang pelajar ipta. Akhir sekali, amatlah tinggi harapan saya agar permohonan kecil ini boleh ditunaikan. Bukti kredit dan pengeposan di cawangan, boleh saya sertakan jika diminta oleh pihak tuan/puan. Perhatian dan tindakan lanjut pihak tuan/puan amatlah saya hargai.

PENDING SHIPMENT

Hello. Saya nak buat aduan sikit mengenai barang saya.Saya ada beli barang pada bulan April dari oversea. Seller ship out barang saya pada 4 April. Tapi sampai sekarang saya belum terima lagi barang saya yang tersangkut dekat Pusat Mel Nasional Shah Alam dari 19 April. Sekarang dah nak habis May tahu tak? Dan ini sudah kali ke berapa barang saya hilang dekat tempat yang sama oleh courier yang sama. Last time nasib baik seller baik hati boleh bagi refund. Tapi ada juga yang tak boleh refund. Korang buat kerja macam mana ni? Bayar postage bukan nya RM10 dari oversea. Berbulan tunggu tak sampai sampai. Servis yang sangat mengecewakan. Lambat dan cuai tapi mahal. I am writing regarding a case with reference number 205****. corresponding to tracking number RR19919****MY. Upon sending, I was told it takes 711 days. However, the status has not changed since April 27th, and this parcel is just from Malaysia to China. The document in question is very important, and the deadline for submission is due. I have spoken to an agent on two occasions, and they told me they sent a complaint to China, but since then, there has been no update from them. I'm pissed off since I don't even know whether my parcel is missing or what. Why is pos Laju ampang Point is not delivering my parcel. The content of my document is very valuable and costly

So Ive received my parcel which contains a book that came soaking wet . Its so *** wet . The book is wet . I just wanna know how dumb can your worker be . DONT THEY *** LIVE IN MALAYSIA . Parcel tak sampai
