Complaint about a manager

A manager by the name of maranda at Popeyes in Benton was very intimading n was verbally abusive to my 16 year old daughter several times in this was her first job .Under no circumstance is it ever ok to talk to an employee like that but even further more she had my daughter backed into a freezer like she was trying to fight her n when main manager was told he said I dont have enough employees to do anything about it.

Employee Harrassment

To whom this concern I am writing you because of the restaurant in Cheatham, Pa, has a cook who has been very nasty to the young staff member. They are tired of this man and the staff are always calling out. I have been informed of stealing and the manager is doing nothing about it. Her hours are being cut for no reason. She is in college and just trying to make a little money until she goes back to school. I am hoping to get the CEO email Cheryl Bachelder to report the restaurant director and manger. The store location is 3110 w Cheltenham ham ave, Phila, Pa.19150 Wadsworth plaza. I don't know his name, but the store needs a visited from who ever overseas these restaurants and their performance. Staff should not have to come to work only to be subject to any kind of bullying. Please look into it before something happens. Today the world is not so patiently. I pray no other young adult has to go through what my granddaughter went through. She needs her money for the days she work . Thank you Ms Dowling 267-776-**** call me!!

Rude service, no eye contact, long wait times, RAW rice - called spk to mgr

After unloading the car & sitting down to eat our dinner after a long day - (the red beans & rice/side item) the actual RICE was RAW!! Neither of us could even chew it!! To make it worse: Prices are too high & the serving sizes are really small, add rude service, dirty exterior/mildewed back/drive-thru & gutters full, a minuscule parking lot with one lane (cannot exit if emergency) there is just nothing good about trying to eat here!! We will NOT be back. Too tired to drive back, I called & spoke to female who advised her name was Hannah (when I asked) she said she was a manager-not courteous & gave NO apology. Asked if I could come back tomorrow (I had to offer a solution & STILL no apology) she said she came in at 3:00 - I waited in line 55 mins (just under an hour) today (in 104 degree heat)ended up going inside car has only moved two car spaces (!!) -( left car parked in drive thru along with another car in front whos driver came in, too, with me) I see an unknown manager (she had her back to me/would not turn around!) she was an obese female {false lashes/not working/ just standing there) she would not acknowledge me/or even respond when I asked if she was the manager (!) so I spoke to another employee who was reluctant to answer me and then only said No Hannah was there - I explained I was to get a new side item with her after 3:00 to make up for the bad food I got yesterday / she just looked at me with dead eyes / no courtesy or response just nothing (!) not a word - I was pleasant & courteous but no eye contact - she turned her back to me and ignored me (!!) No pleasantry nothing not even an apology- no service -nothing -I couldnt believe it / I stood there and realized I had wasted 2 hours in the heat ( over 2 different trips and left with NO FOOD & NO REFUND! Not even an apology! The store has horrible service, is horribly dirty (dirty exterior/ especially side door jammed /cracked but ac is coming out making store even hotter & door isnt usable) - no note on door either & door handle missing ( looks bad on back exterior in drive thru as well / mildew from ac on roof /gutters full/staining building. There is no room to park or even turn around in entrance or in drive thru even when you first pull in only one lane / cars almost hit you waiting on drive thru it is a hazard all around. The store appears to be serving raw/plastic like rice - disgusting ! So I OVERpaid for a side item, they TOOK MY MONEY, wasted two hours, gas & time. I have empty hands- nothing was offered to make up for the money I paid nor did I even receive an apology for the wait or inconvenience/ nothing was done (!) We will NOT patronize this establishment again. It is a joke. Wish someone had told me!! At the very least, Im due a refund and apology.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THE POPEYES IN MT PLEASANT TX THE FOOD SUCKS BIG TIME BE GLAD TO SEND PICTURE WHAT I PAID OVER $15.00 FOR TONIGHT AND WASN'T EVEN ABLE TO EAT IT, ON TOP OF THAT THERE WAS NO RANCH IN THERE EITHER

It was a lot to type again so I sent screenshots hope it was ok but the manger needs more training I cant believe he does this over and over again this is not his first time mistreating me and he closed the window on me after I was trying to explain to him what the female manager told him before and he went to get another manager I guess to talk to me but it made me feel intimidated

I went to Popeyes chicken on July 7 and the employee told me she wasn't going to help me because the door wasn't locked that is the manager problem so I am a veteran and retired navy so I don't get a response soon I will got further with this I was with my wife so I don't need no text call me my number is 248259**** thank you

Food was missing from order

II ordered through the app and once I arrived at the restaurant, I was instructed to pull forward to the front door. After waiting for over one hour, an employee finally arrived with our food, everything in one bag, and he neglected to add the napkins that I asked for or asked, or condiments, I asked for. Upon arriving home, we discovered that almost half of our order was missing. So when I called the restaurant, there was no attempt to make it right. I was only told that they were short staffed, and it was hard to get the order, correct because food needed to be prepared fresh. I have yet to be contacted by a member of management to correct our experience. I tried contacting corporate and was told to finish my complaint via text. Still no resolution. Spending $75 on fried chicken, beans, and rice, and coleslaw, to only receive half of my order, you would think they would want to make that right and have the repeat patronage of someone who consistently spends between 75 and $100 at the restaurant. I ordered a 16 piece family meal and received 12 pieces of wings and legs two breasts, one thigh and a misc chicken strip. Im the strips box there were supposed to be 14 strips (per the deal) and we receive 7. The chicken that we waited over an hour for was so tough it was barely edible.

Overcharged, pricing charge for one extra pickle, very inconsiderate manager on duty

I frequently go to the Popeyes on Levittown parkway in Levittown, PA. Tonight I visited the location and the manager on duty who took my order was Jalia, the date would be June 30th at 7:23 pm. I ask for extra pickles on my Classic chicken sandwich & he said that would be an up charge of .35 cents each. When I got home to open my sandwich and saw ONE extra pickle I was so ! So ! Upset. Had he told me that ONE extra pickle was .25 cents I would not have excepted it. I called him and he was very cold and inconsiderate & did NOTHING but say thats the Franchisee preference. If thats true! They wont be seeing me, my family or neighbors again. My cell number is 608-605-****. I would truly want to hear from that Franchisee or his responsible Supervisor, or General Manager. Order wrong and manager would not make it right!

Went thru the drive thru at 8:58pm on 6/27. Ordered food pulled up when I got to the window they had to take my order again I dont know what they were doing. Asked for 2 breast on order paid $1.69 extra for it. Get home 30min later and only has 1 breast 2 thighs, wing and leg. Tried calling the store no answer it was 9:40 at night I was not able to go back I up there last night they wouldve been closed. So I went back 6/28 around 8:30 talked to a so call manager and asked her to refund my money she talking about she needed the chicken maam that was last night I had to feed my kids. Just give me my money. Meanwhile while I was waiting to get helped the manager and another young lady meet a guy at the door that the employees go thru to get to the back and hand him some food and were talking to him. When questioned her she claims he was doordash but why would door dash so to the employee door. Be careful who you have managing your store. All she had to do was give me my money back from them charging me incorrect. I even showed her the picture and she just flat out refused to help me! Poor customer service. Popeyes will never get my money again!!

Missing items

Restaurant was closed only drive through open and my coupon expired after 15 minutes which I was in drive through for 25 minutes and she wouldnt accept the coupon code! Then I paid for 2 mac and cheese and never received them

Purchase Complaint

Hi, I purchased a family meal at a local Popeyes establishment, requested a few sweet heat sauce and they want to charge me $.50 a piece!?!? I have purchased popeyes elsewhere and they NEVER charge me for a sauce, regardless of how many I asked. What kind of business are you guys running over there getting greedy with a simple sauce!? Unbelievable. Do something RIGHT about it please or you'll lose me as a loyal customer.

Bad Customer Service - 315 Royal West Dr., Brampton, ON Canada

The oder was not complete and handed over to us. We cMe home, and when opening the boxes, we found the incomplete order. Receipt attached We called the store and talked with a lady named Raman. She insisted that oder was complete. Prior to leaving the store earlier, my wife asked her if she packed the biscuits, and she responded yes. When calling, she insisted that oder was complete and you can come back, and I will give you extra where, as we clarify her, we are not asking extra biscuits, but looking for our our complete items. However, we drove back to the store, and she was still insisting the same that she packed the order and items were complete, and she is giving us the extra. We clarified to her that we were not asking extra but to complete the order. She did not understand and kept her statement.tThis is bad customer service when your staff is not doing due diligence and quality control during packing or serving order and then insisted that she is not wrong but trying to tell the customer that we are wrong and trying g to steal a biscuit and travel back from our dinner table to the store and left my kid stilling on the dinner table waiting. This is not acceptable when we came home, sit on dinner table and found that the oder what we paid for is not there and the when call and go back to store leaving behind the kid on the table and again the lady Raman insisting that she is right and we are wrong. I am very sorry that your business is running that kind of people.

I only received half my order

I ordered a 14 peice family meal to get home to 6 peices of chicken in a big *** box for 40 bucks. The customer service was no good and the wait was almost Unbearable! Please make it make sense? If I wanted 6 peices of chicken that's what I would have ordered. Now what is the rest of my family sullied to eat it wasn't even a large side of mash potatoes and gravy...

To notify them of extremely bad customer service and lousy food

I was asked if I wanted a 6 or 12 piece order of ghost wings when I said 12 piece I was told they didnt have 12 pieces. So WHY offer them to me? I was there at 4:00 pm BEFORE the dinner rush but they were already out of Mac & chz, I asked for a lrg red beans & rice but discovered when I got home they gave me 3 small. NO, theyre NOT equivalent cuz when u factor in containers & lids, you definitely get less product and spend more money. When I got to window I was given total of $43.70, then had to ASK for senior discount. Im 72 & look it. I also asked for 2nd drink but was refused, was told they had a line. I know, I just sat waiting 3 cars back before I could place my order. As I was driving home I told the Popeyes Customer Support Representative that it smelled like the chicken was burnt. He asked was it & I explained I was driving & wasnt going to risk an accident to check but that it certainly smelled like burnt chicken in my car. When I got home and opened the box my eyes confirmed what my nose had already told me, they had overcooked the chicken but that didnt stop them from selling it to me. Not once did either representative offer to refund even a portion of the purchase price. They just kept focusing on TRAINING ISSUES. Those training issues are of NO consequence to me or mine because I know I AM NEVER going back to Popeyes again and my partner, who I bought that hot mess for, stated he was done with Popeyes BECAUSE of the discourtesy displayed by the company and the employees. I know now why that location has a two star rating on Yelp. I intend to help it go lower. Photos 1 & 2 below from Popeyes, chicken in pics 3 & 4 was purchased later that same day from another restaurant.

Service Complaint

On May 28, 2023, I purchased food from your store at 14920 Tamiami Trail in North Port FL, 34287. When I arrived home I found out that I did not receive everything I had paid for. I did not return immediately because I knew the food I had would get cold and would not be replaced. After I finished eating, I went back to the store to get a refund for the item (coleslaw- $3.59) that I did not receive. The manager (Eric) refused to refund my money. His reasoning was, he needed the product back in order to refund my money. My question to him was, how can I return an item I never got. All I want is a refund of the money I spent. He also informed me that corporate policy would not allow him to refund my money. It would appear to me that customer satisfaction would override corporate policy after looking at all of the negative reviews this store has gotten. As someone who has worked in a Ritz Carlton, I know customer service overrides corporate policy. Attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
