It always a problem with delivery
The drivers almost never take the empties and doesn't follow instructions . They are leaving the bottles outside of the building , it's New York, anyone could just grab it I called to make sure they're going to use the code and the associate said maybe it was a new driver, and they don't follow the process.

We buy your water at least 2 cases a week for the past 8 years and Never had an issue with the taste. We recently bought a case from Walmart in oneonta ny and the water has a chemical taste. So far 3 bottles taste like some sort of chemical like taste.

Absolutely a problem, when we purchased our water to which we only buy Poland Spring..The bottles were all crooked and wouldn’t stand in the fridge had to lay them down. Also had to transfer to glass.
We are regular customers, the bottles are to thin. They are vacuum packed so you cant tell if theirs an issue until you get home. Im not close to close to be running back and forth. In todays economy prices are higher and quality has taken a side step. Im usually not a complainer however, a case is $6.49 fir 24 bottles and then a 5 cent bottle return cost added to the price of the water

Delivery foulup
Had to pay a kid to get my last delivery from a neighbors front door and have had m bring 2 bottles of 5 gals back. When I called Manilla they sent me a picture of my delivery on my neighbors and orch. I told Manilla that it wasnt my home. They offered to resend the 8 cases of 1/2 liters next week. I I tried every phone number you guys have but I couldnt get off that island. The reps were polite but when asked to speak to someone onshore I was told that it couldnt be done. Not happy

I am so surprised that this company don't care about their customers you go to the supermarkets and they never have the product they need the 5 gallons of water is always sold out never have it in food town Palisades Avenue Full town lake Avenue key food At the head Avenue all these 3 stores are located in yonkers ny I'm thinking about buying other water companies Plastic because poland Spring is always sold out Now I know why people are *** at poland Spring not Taking care of their customers

Gaslighting, jump from rep to rep/queue; no resolution despite "promise" it will happen
bottles leak. no time to call but do and they say will send refund check. No check. Next year bottle leaks. no time to call but had to speak to 2 different people who don't know what they are doing. Promise to resolve with check for this year and last year issue. Still no check a month later. Call and wait in queue with multiple reps...

They raised their prices but their service has gotten worse. They big on sending emails and robo calls that they are on their way but... they don't show up. And when you can you get excuse after excuse.

I have 2 appologize...I am a resident in a group home. There was an unknowing person working that night and they brought me some tap water which is BEYOND gross.
Poland springs reminds of the well water that I was raised on which was DELICIOUS and I mistakenly thought it was Poland Springs.
Your water has ALWAYS reminded me of the well water that I was raised on. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

It used to be perfectly wonderful and pleasurable to drink. NOW it ----s. I taste NOTHING CHLORINE in it! I was raised on pure well water in Middleton, MA. Poland Springs USED to taste just like the water there. Now it's as bad as the town water was. I now live in Westbrook, ME. The tap water is as gross, if not grosser, than Poland Springs has become.

To begin with the automated system wasnt working correctly. Then after holding on for over 20 the customer service representative whom I could not understand at all & spoke so fast hung up. I had been calling to let you know I Wont Need Any Water until September/ October. I have since decided to cancel Completely

I would give negative starts if I could
I was supposed to get a machine and have someone help me set it up. The delivery person didnt help at all. I couldnt set it up properly and keep having machine issues. Im about to cancel my order/return the machine I have because its such a hassle.

There is a problem with one of their products that I bought in a supermarket
I bought an 8 pack of their sparkling water at my local supermarket. Its flat and doesnt taste quite right. I dialed the phone number on the package and was connected with someone trying to sell a medical alert device. None of the phone numbers I can find for them actually work!
