I am trying to report again a foul mouth player. I sent in a complaint on Monday in regards to this and have not heard back in regards to this. Im getting very upset with this foul mouth Im about ready to stop playing on this site.

Taking my money off my Mastercard without my authorization can't get a hold of anybody no emails like they said they were going to do very disappointed very disappointed
Yesterday took $10 off my credit card without my authorization been contacting them and said they was going to give me a email or a couple of times and never received the email or anybody responded back but somebody please call me back at 269-200-**** thank you

Needed assistance
When I called the number it kept directing me to the chat. They won't accept any of my documents. And made a deposit of $25 and now there saying I only have 2.50 in my account. The frozen My account after I made a deposit.

To get my account back
I was playing poker stars with my friends and I got off. The next day I got banned for violating the terms of service. So I would really like it if I could get my account back because all of my friends play it and I fell left out.

please transfer my money to my skrill card. I want 360 for withdrawal. I transferred from my paysafe account because I didn't play games. I never had any problems with withdrawal so I'm asking for a solution. Thank you very much and have a nice evening.

I never leave a good review on a company that bans my playing priviledges and has no way for me to get in contact with anybody
My playing priviledges have been revoked while i still have over 100 bucks in my account. And there is no customer service number so i cant get this rectified. Ridiculous.

Player Dirk120 should have chat and throwables banned for life. Most annoying and rude person ever seen on this site and I've been around a while. For those that don't know, gfy stands for Go *** Yourself and *** stands for *** D***. People like this should at least have chat and throwable ban for life if not just kicked off the site completely.

Software failure, no longer available on the Apple App Store
I have been a user for a couple of years, the most recent update was giving me an error: Your PokerStars client could not be updated. Error code -2/-58 I tried to download, replaced with an older version you supplied, but get error and now can not open the software on my iMAC. The help screen does not work and I can not download a new version from the App Store- no listing for Poker Stars. If I download from your site and try to install, I get a message that says Client Program has failed to initialize and to contact support. I can not install, I can not access help, I can not access my account info. What should I do? Thank you, Larryt

Security Investigation
I was playing and depositing and the next time I tried to deposit finances I was declined then restricted. I uploaded and emailed requested documents and did not receive any responses. I had enjoyed the games on the site especially since I had won the first time I played and now I am not sure about wanting to recommend again to anyone. I understand the security parts and am grateful yet I used cards with my name on it. In the request it asked for the front of the last card I had attempted to use, I'm not sure why but I did send all required documents to be reviewed and have not received any response and the phone I called stayed busy each attempt. All of a sudden, without any warning, I was booted off your sight after spending a significant amount of time and money to play. Ive been one of your customers for many decades. So this is very disappointing. Im also a fairly well known semiprofessional poker player who has played in the World Series of Poker going all the way back to Binions in Las Vegas. My poker nickname is Black Jack and Im a friend of Suzy Isaacs as well as several other well known players. Not to brag, but even Money Maker knows who I am. I also have a live money account in several overseas countries. I was even playing on your sight since before it was made illegal in the USA. Am not allowed to win at all ever
So for the past 3 hours of game play Ive lost over $30 dollars on the 1/2C blinds because basically Im just not allowed to win a hand, Ive had aces cracked every time I get them, literally every time! Ive noticed that when others raise the blinds they get the best hand overall but when I raise the blinds I get beaten every hand, why is that? Is it really possible to get bad beats every hands for 3 hours or are you just scamming me out of my hard earnt money? I mean Ive talked to pros and they say its impossible to lose with aces every hand but Ive showed them my game play and they all say it bad beat after bad beat and thats why they dont use PokerStars as they are scammer if youre not friends or family they just scam you! Thats coming from ex pros that you used to sponsor too so have a think about that! Also I can prove to the ombudsman or even a senator in your congress that this is a scam, proper proof from recorded game play. So basically if nothing gets done ie reimbursement and no one is prepared to do anything about it then Ill take it into my own personal hands and then there will be all sorts of trouble as Ill be booking flights and preparing myself to die along with many of your staff! I dont appreciated being blatantly ripped off by your blatantly rigged algorithm which by the way is amazingly obvious to any with half a brain and maybe thats why you wont allow me to win a hand..ever..right?! Its seriously mathematically impossible what just happened to me, its never happened in real life and Ive played for maybe 25,000 hours of poker, its never happened to a pro Ive shown my evidence to nor anyone Ive talked to about it so I need to know what your going to do as I can prove its impossible what happened, not sure how there can be 2x 8 of spades in a deck of cards used to play poker but you had it and so many more inconsistencies!
