Fixed site

Deposited but cannot withdraw

I opened an account, deposited & I couldnt play any games, then the site suspended my account with no notice. Now they have £800 & I cannot withdraw it.

Restrictions

I've been playing slots on here for months untell I won some money and now for over 4 months the moneys sat there and all I get is restricted contact security.so u contact you frough every way possible and send all the id and proof of address and all I get is restricted and cont spend my winnings.ive got to the point now we're I feel you may as well shut the account down as I cont do nothing with it and ive nothing else I can send as I don't have a passport.but what I don't get is your OK to let me deposit via visa account id is derekclinny@***.com

Two-factor Authentication

Since December of 2022 I have not been able to get into my account because they have the new two pack draw Authentication and the phone number linked to my account is not the phone number that I now have and I don't have access to the phone number so I can't get my authentication code to be able to log in when you contact customer support they tell you they're working on being able to change my phone number this is ridiculous I deposited I've played there why shouldn't I be able to change my phone number so that I can get into my account to get my birthday spins to get my holiday spins to get all these bonuses and the promos it's ridiculous every time I contact customer support I get the same damn thing we're working on it will contact you when it's fixed why hasn't it been fixed yet it's been since December why can't they just go in and change my phone number so that I can get my authentication code so that I can log in I don't understand it

Mistreatment by Stars Group Support

I am an online poker player who is a longtime user of your PokerStars brand. And I have brought many friends in to join me through the years. This letter is being written out of sheer frustration and disbelief. I have dealt with your support staff many times. Many times it has been with great satisfaction. Other times, not so much. But even when I was not happy with decisions made, have I ever felt that it was personal, or that someone else was influencing the agent's decisions. I will let you know up front I have had chat suspended numerous times. Some are those have been for legitimate reasons and some have not, in my opinion. But this past Saturday evening into Sunday (Oct 22/23) overnight hours EDT, my chat was suspended. I received a pop up message saying I would receive an email to explain. When no email was received, I got on the live chat platform and spoke with an agent. She was very rude right from the beginning when I asked why my chat had been revoked. She made it clear to me it was her who had revoked it. I asked why, and she said for "spamming/flooding" the chatbox. I asked what she meant. She told me that I had flooded it by using "one word per line" in chat. I informed her that I have never done in the entire time I have been on PS, and certainly did not that evening. She rudely told me that I had. Later she added in that even if I had not constant messaging in chat is considered flooding. I was simply having conversation with friends that evening. I asked another agent to review, and he said simply that his colleague's decision could not be challenged. I asked a third to escalate it to a supervisor, which he agreed to do. I received an email on Monday Oct 24/23 saying it had been reviewed and the decision was correct. I know for a fact some agents take chat sent into them in reports and base their actions on what is sent. Others go in and check the actual logs to ensure it actually was said. I can assure you that if logs are checked, you will not see me using one word per line in my chat. Again, I am writing this because I was lied to, and was lied about. My user name is "pjcplayer55" and I am writing you on my email address associated with that account.
