Can not get on pogo

My wifes account cannot login again. Says that she is not there. Her account does not exist. Can you help us there we go, Irish 400.

I tried changing my old Email with POGO to my new Email Address and now they will not let me into my old account. I am not going to change my Username. And I don’t want to be charged again

Same as above . Cannot get in to my POGO ACCOUNT. Either I get back into my account or I will be forced to cancel and I really dont want to do that and lose everything I have. I Love playing on POGO. Please tell me what I can do to get back into POGO

Oh, customer service is unavailable all the time the number is wrong

Customer service doesnt have a number pogo. And the new way of signing in I hate dont like it. Its stinks.

My account got suspended for 30 days will sue if it stays on for 30 days

I am suing the Niantic and Pokemon go company because I had been constantly repeating myself that my Pokemon go account kept on getting hacked and they didn't do anything to help me instead they allowed all the banning and suspensions happen to me all the time the calling didn't work the reports didn't work and all the money I had put in the game was for nothing now I am not able to participate in Pokemon go global go fest even though I have the ticket because of where I had purchased it a few months back

A pissed pogo customer

Unable to renew at the offered rate of $14.99 per month for 3 months subscription. When customer service is needed you have none.

Unable to renew subscription

I have been a paid member since Dec. 2004, my subscription expired today, 08/15/23. I was given the option to pay $14.99 per month for 3 months of a new subscription. You tried charging $39.99 and the charge failed. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you, Linda Eurto

this site has gotten so weaponized with ai controlling wins its almost impossible to even enjoy playing the games! also you cant just play for a badge, they try to bilk more gems from you during the game process in order to be able to win. they offer badges at increased prices and for less pogis now!! i try to complete the constellations and its freaking impossible!!! i would have to spend all day and night for a month to complete these idiotic challenges!!! ive been a member since approx 2004. i have come and gone a few times where i didnt have an active acct bc of life and every single time i come back its harder to achieve a badge why? ALGORITHMS!! i can see the patterns and they have the games so rigged its the most frustrating thing ever!!! ive truly had it this time!!!pogo has soaked me but no more baby!!! GOODBYE FOR GOOD!!!

Billing problems

In the spring my account was renewed for approximately 43.00, I have no problem with that. The problem I have is that each month I am being charged 7.43. This has been going on for 15-16 months. I have been in contact with EA VIA emails back and forth which not total over 100. I have had live chats with them, gave them the info they wanted about the invoices from the auto charge. Nothing has worked and this has been going on for a long time (over 3 months) even after they promised me a solution within 72 hours. I play the games under gs5669@***.com. style="background-color: Under Gs5669@***.com Hopefully you can get this taken care of and have my refund sent, I am a senior citizen who is getting extremely frustrated. > Thank You

I changed my email last year and you aren't recognizing it. I cannot get into my POGO GAMES. I AM NOT HAPPY

I emailed them to activate my old account, they did use a different email address or phone, which I dont have. Its not fair to do this to anyone

Assistance

I have an account with Pogo and it told me that I was eligible for a refund of $157.22 by my bank which is a GO2bank that I have linked to my account. Ive contacted my bank and they told me that they do not request refunds for any fees that Ive been charged, so I was just trying to see how can I get the refund or am I able to get the refund?

I am unable to log into my account

POGO has no customer service to help me reset my login. I am unable to login to my paid subscription anymore after they wen to the EA system!! There is no phone number or a chat even to get my account login fixed. I just renewed my $39.99 subscription and I CANNOT use it. So very frustrated!!! Bobi

Being charged twice a month

Hi My dad plays pogo on his computer and every month he is charged double. I have tried to reach your office and speak to someone but cant get anyone on the phone. My dads name is Robert Ackley. His email is Robert.Ackley1934@***.com. Please cancel and refund him the over charges that have been happening for months now. My dad is 88 years old and can not keep paying double charges. Cancel his pogo and refund him!!!
