I can't log in with my password that I have changed
I've recently changed my password now I can't login. I can't even get customer service to help it's becoming very frustrating.

I want a refund and to cancel my account. They have charged me the total amount for 12 months and stated that it would be £10 monthly as to why I want back my refund. They app is crap and the persons on it aren't friendly at all! This is not what I has sign up for and it's pretty early stage at the moment

Won't let me login. Won't send email to my address to unlock account and then I can come to unlock account for my email address to my address to the account and then we can come up with something else to unlock account for the near future please make it better for me to login I can't understand why this is so difficult

Demanding a refund
I have contacted iTunes and they suggested I email you people. I subscribed to a 3 month plan and my account has been compromised three times. I get email saying my account is blocked. I am sick of this. I just want a refund and my account closed. $67 is a lot of money for a plan that I cant even use. This is down right fraud. This happened last year to me. Now I know why I left. I just want my money back and my account closed. You clearly have some serious security issues. I get emails all the time saying my password has changed at crazy late night hours. This is terrible. I will be posting this online if I dont see a refund by today. No excuses for this and on a dating site makes me more nervous. Just do the right thing and refund my money and the issue will stop there. I do not wish to advertise this issue with others online. Just refund me my 59.99. Thank you.

Someone maliciously had my account removed. I pay for the premium service and Im not due for paying until September. Id like to be refunded or my account reinstated immediately. Today is July 4, 2023 and I dont think its right that Im not being informed via email that this is occurring. There are some individuals on here. Its particularly the men that I have had conversations with that abuse this platform, so when I blocked them, they want to go ahead and have some sort of vendetta, and that should not be permitted. The people that Ive reported are inside people that I have engaged with that have had other agenda is potentially harmful once I do not partake of that I am in law enforcement ,and will protect my position by any means. I believe there is either in Aaron or it was done out of maliciousness. I have chosen to block a lot of people that have changed their profiles. An attempt to engage with me again. U have done nothing to resolve the issue
I signed up for 3 months of pof dating service my visa has been debited $62.99 on may 7 2023 And I havent been able to sign in or use the site since. I have been told that my email address is not correct and that I have to use the same address that I used to sign up and I have used both addresses that I use again I only have or use 2 email addresses one being. Stelaro1@***.ca. And the other being. stelaro2@***.com. I was asked for my phone number which is. 403-560-**** my full name. Stephen j griffin i included a picture of the debit of $62.99 from my visa Also the first 6 numbers on my visa 450003. And the last 4 numbers of my visa. 9801. All of which was supplied I really cant understand how you can be so aloff of my situation and am not looking for retribution as I have written off the $62.99 as stupid tax I just would like confirmation of you not taking another $62.99 automatically when the 90 days r up

I made a account on Plenty of Fish and then this morning it said I had my account removed and I dont know what I did to get it removed but I will contact my lawyers and have Plenty of Fish sued for everything.

My son went on while he was here visiting to get my money refunded because I have cancer and they don’t seem to care that if I don’t get the money refunded, I will die.
When my son used my iPad so he could have something to do & my cards are saved on my iPad saved when he went on some sites like OK Cupid, and plenty of fish & match.com. They charge my credit cards, huge fees & I have tried to contact & get a hold of each of them to help me get refunded. I am a cancer patient and now I cant get the medication that I need to stay alive & these companies do not care about the urgency of getting my money refunded so I might not be alive much longer

The worst dating experience I get 10 new picks a day if that and that is a good thing because the 10 they do give me are all scammers I can prove it then I have people send me likes and messages I can't reply to because the person sending me likes and messages are not interested In people like me they give me recommended people for me that pof picked for me that when i.go to send a message it says this person is not interested in you then why did you recommended them I every other day the turn off my ability to send messages for 24hrs why no idea but I am a paying customer all the people they give me are twice my age and I tried turning my age preferences down all the way to 18 and still not one person under45 so not only do they give me no one even close to being real or my age but on top of it they are going to turn off my ability to send messages for 24hrs every other day I am done this is the end of my dating experience I am done I thought pof was supposed to be legit but I think there are a bunch of man hatters running this site they are way to much micro managing what it is they think is not best control freak and I can't get a hold of on one to help so this site should be closed down its a waste of money there are no real people on there under the age of 44 actually I take that back if there are real people they are on there for the live stream not for dating anyone on the site or at least anyone that I have been given to choose from is over44 and all scammers all I am so upset over the way I have been treated by this site not the members the site they are not good for your Self esteem or confidence Every time you turn around their tongue that someone doesn't like you that you're not there type when they are sending you likes and messages you can't respond to and told that your not good enough for this member I will be glad when this site is out of my siteddont

Pof account deleted for no reason
So I've had a pof account for less than a month. It seemed to be working well for meeting new people and I had hope for finding a woman to settle down with. I was never rude, never uploaded or sent any nude pictures. Whoever runs this site is like a dictator in their little computer chair, just deleting accounts at random for no reason. Someone else said something about how if one of the lady's finds a man and settles down then they won't pay for their upgraded accounts because they won't need it anymore. They "found their fish", no longer need pof. Its starting to make sense now when i see that the only people I've ever heard about who's accounts have been deleted are guys. I was meeting new people and getting to know a girl that I would have been great with. I go to login today and see what she wrote back only to find out my account has been deleted. Now I'll never know. Thanks pof for wasting my time and deleting my account. If anyone ever asks me about pof, my advice would be don't waste your time only to be let down and deleted. The people running the site are stepping way over the line with trying to control everyone on there.
