Phone call didnt ring also you cant ever speak to and advisor we havent had are entitlemeant to benefits and no the bot will not transfer us through to a human this bank is absolutely discusting and I wouldnt advise it to anyone it also charges you to withdraw money and transfer to friends and family!!!
