My 100' Hose Bursted
I have 2 50hoses work perfectly but the 100 one bursted Im hoping it was a fluke please send me another one it will see how it works thank you

Spray head stuck on hose
I've tried to remove the sprayer from the pocket hose. The screw head separates from the male end of the hose instead unscrewing from the female end of the sprayer, leaving the hose inside-workings exposed and the hose still tightly screwed to the sprayer. Do I use WD40 to loosen them? The crescent wrench Ive got cant grip the small edge of the hose where it enters the sprayer. Can you help? Not pissed. Just thwarted. Order #50861

Turned on the hose and it began to spray everywhere. There is *** in the hose about 2 feet from the end. The hose was purchase this spring in march and not used until May So the hose has been used for four months

Defective hose-leaks
Bought two 100 feet hoses at kohls about 2 weeks ago or so and one is leaking from the hose itself not where it connects. Below is a copy of my order as I received it by mail. I did not save the packaging or invoice as I did not anticipate a problem .

The hose does not stay expanded. When you shut off the nozzle on the end of the hose but keep water supply turned on, the hose SHRINKS up. This makes it a pain in da *** when hose is stretched out and your trying to wash a dog and then go to grab hose and it has shrunk back 10 feet from youDONT BUY

mistakenly placed this order on May 22,2023 so on May 26, 2023 I called numerous times to cancel the order since it wasnt shipped and I was reassured each time I would receive a refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and my credit card on May26, 2023.. As of today, I do not see a refund of $117.68!!! Your company is a SCAM!!! ESCALATE!!!
