PLUSHBEDS SCAM

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a twin mattress botanical bliss. It is not too soft, it is just SO POORLY MADE it folds as you lay or sit on it! They will NOT exchange the mattress for a different one, they will ONLY exchange the 2 layer on top! They say you have 100 night risk free trial, but they attempt in every way to make this not really a thing! They put you through the ringer if you want to return. Every time you call, its a foreigner, so I HIGHLY DOUBT these are made in the usa or are a small family owned company. I made the mistake of going with them bc they were significantly cheaper than Avocado Green Mattresses or even Saatva. But THERE IS A REASON!!! They are a cheap enough price that it sways you to go with them, but still expensive enough for them to make A LOT off of scamming you. I have ZERO doubt these are imported from china. We will now be out the $149 fee for them to pick it up and send it back. They pretend you dont have to pay that if you box it and send it yourself. But that would cost close to $500!!! Plushbeds is a scam!!! I should have known when I ordered bc the manager I spoke with was VERY condescending and did NOT like my questions AT ALL! He got snippy with me! Avocado Green answers EVERYTHING gladly, with full clarity! They explain the different densities, their bake process, even the returns are ACTUALLY free, 365 night trial, ACTUALLY made in the usa, customer service is in the usa, and they welcome a customers desire to know what they are truly getting. They NEVER take the mattresses back to the wharehouse, and instead schedule pick up and send them directly to a shelter or charity. Plushbeds takes them back and probably resells them, regardless of if they would say they dont. Spare yourself the headache, STAY AWAY FROM PLUSHBEDS!!!

Received our new mattress I have questions

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response to my emails with a picture showing a tear in the latex when it arrived!

Not a good company to purchase from

I purchased a mattress topper from this company based on all the great reviews well it turns out this was a costly mistake $300 mistake the topper actually makes my body ache they were KIND enough to want to refund me 10% WOW!!! Even though it said on their site no refunds I ordered it anyway I shouldnt have done that because now Im stuck with it!! Im letting others know now check with BBB before purchasing anything from this company

They are not a good company to purchase anything from the topper I bought gave me body aches I bought this from reading all the good reviews on it this company will not work with you if you have any complaints DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Very dissatisfied, disappointed, and feel cheated

I called them and emailed them on the 100th day of the sleep trial without response and called for 3-4 more days; they didn't answer the phone. I don't like the bed, and it is sinking a bit over an inch in the middle. I finally got through via a 'chat'. They insisted I went over the 100 day trial which I didn't. They wanted me to jump through impossible hoops to measure under the bed. My last email stating my dissatisfaction was never answered. I feel that this company basically 'stole' my money and they are very deceptive regarding returns. They claim the return process is easy which it isn't, it's impossible.Don't buy from them, you may be sorry.

It’s a scam—never got product

I placed an order a month ago and have not gotten my bed. My calls go unreturned, and I have not gotten any updates on my order. This place is a scam, and Im notifying my credit card company to investigate the charge next

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wanted to return a bed having already ordered a firmer one and it has been a month since trying to get it picked up. NO ONE HELPS or follows up. I have to plead to get anyone to send a label and as yet THEY HAVE NOT.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The shredded latex pillows arrived today July 29, 2020.

I bought a ten inch organic mattress and mattress foundation in early June 2020. I was to receive complimentary queen sheet set, mattress cover and two shredded latex pillows. The sheet set and cover arrived separately but no pillows. Packing slip marked back order. The foundation ordered separately arrived without cover. Eventually got foundation cover after numerous emails. As of July 29 and numerous emails still have not received the promised latex pillows. All I get is run around. Company quickly sends emails requesting customer review and that they pride themselves on service but I have not been happy with slow delivery on my two orders and completion of my complimentary sheet set and pillows

Money back guarantee is a scam

I purchased the latex Plush bed in May with a 100 day money back guarantee. It became apparent after about 30 days that this was not the right bed for my wife and I. I called the company and asked to return the mattress for a refund. They were not very specific about how to do this and said someone from the return department would call back in the next one or two days. After 5 days, I called back and spoke to Annah who assured me that they would refund my cost but they did not want the mattress back. After another week I called back and spoke to Melanie who said that a refund to my credit card was done on the 15th of July and would post to my account by the 20th. By the 22nd no refund, spoke with Klaus who said he would look into it. It is the 27th no refund, no Klaus, no call back, no emails. What would you call this? I say SCAM. Mattress was nothing special. Customer service is non existent. Money back guarantee is a joke. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Poor assembly instructions

We have had a bed for a year and loved it so much we ordered two more. Our problems began with the assembly of the King 10" mattress. It required assembly, but the directions were buried and practically hidden causing us to have to reassemble the bed twice.

When I bought this bed, the website stated that I would get an additional promotion, After receiving the mattress, I called plushbed customer service and they told me I would not get the promotion. When I checkout and pay, I expect to get what was stated for the purchase. I will not stop until I get what I ordered or I will return the mattress in 80 days! Thomas Van Hee

DON'T BUY THIS BED

WE HAD THIS BED FOR TWO MONTHS IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, I'VE CALLED PLUSH BEDS UP THREE TIMES AND ALL I GET IS A MESSAGE MACHINE THAT TELLS ME I WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE NEXT DAY, HA HA THAT DOES NOT WORK, I WILL NOW GOTO THE NEXT STEP, AND SEND THEM A REGISTERED LETTER. LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

Plushbeds markets a product that has a 100 night try it risk free customer satisfaction return guarantee front center on their website so we bought a split king mattress and adjustable frame thinking we could return it risk free if we didn't like it We tried it for about three weeks and didn't like the set up so I called to start the return and was told we could not return the base which is an adjustable split base it says in very fine print under "Sofa & RV Mattresses Returns Policy" very last sentence "Toppers, pillows, foundations and adjustable beds are not returnable as they can be used universally with any mattress" It says nothing about bed frames!

NONE, customer service is terrible!

I'm very disappointed and quite upset. My wife is handicapped and I have a bad back and neck. We were excited to get out king sized Bliss Latex organic mattress.I ordered per your recommendations on your website for side sleepers. It was not easy to put together and get 2 sides even to fit into the casing. We hired per your recommendation Handy man. The gentlemen worked very hard and it was at quite a task to put it together for him. I called your customer service 3 times and had to speak to a person the 4th time to get the simple answers I asked to put the bed together properly.12" botanical Bliss The 3 other people were clueless and couldn't even answer the simplest of questions. I have now slept on this mattress for 2 nights without much sleep. Very upsetting. I called to express my discontent to your customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. The gentlemen threw an uncomfortable barrage of questions at me when I specifically told him that the bed plain and simple was not firm enough for my wife and I and that I wanted to speak to someone in charge to get it resolved. The person in your Customer Service wasn't even listening to me and continued to talk and not listen. Upon demanding that I speak to the supervisor, he then told me she was not available and when I asked when, he told me he didn't know????? Really?? He informed me she will call when she gets a chance. I asked could I get an approximate time? He said no. I have since called again and left a message, no reply. I emailed, no reply. I would appreciate being contacted by someone who actually cares and can help me....PLEASE!! They Pay absolutely No Attention

I have a mattress on the way from this company. I specifically asked them to delay shipping, which they say on their site they do, and which I was assured would be done. But my mattress was shipped out right away despite all this. In addition, my order confirmation does not reflect at all what I ordered: the customization of my mattress that I spent half an hour on the phone figuring out with Plushbed's specialist is in no way noted on the confirmation I received. When I called to ask why this was (and confirm, yet again, that my mattress shipment was being held off till I gave notice), I was assured that everything was in order, that the mattress I would eventually be getting would be exactly the mattress I ordered (no matter that the confirmation description bore no resemblance whatsoever to it!) and that I should call again ten to twelve days before I wanted my mattress delivered. Yet here I am with a mattress on the way. Needless to say, at this point, I have no confidence in anything I was told. I do not trust this company. I think it is very poorly run at the customer service end, which appears to be virtually non-existent and they don’t respond in a timely manner at all. Their customer service staff are simply sales people. There is apparently nobody there who deals with actually servicing the customer and solving problems, only selling products and getting your money. For the high end prices they charge, this company needs to do a lot better. I’m sorry I bought from them.
