In October 2022, I ordered two high-end toilets/bidets, but they never shipped. I sent follow-up emails every few weeks and was told repeatedly that the items were on backorder and would ship in "a few weeks". After seven months of waiting and multiple follow-ups from me, I was informed in April 2023 that the items had been discontinued and was offered a substitute. When I asked for the delivery time and confirmation that the price of the new item was the same as what I ordered previously, I didn't receive a response despite sending several follow-up emails/tickets over the next several weeks. Eventually, I found out that the replacement items were also backordered and cost $2500 each! More than double what my original items cost. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I can only imagine how challenging it would be to deal with this company if you had a problem and needed a return or replacement. They never once reached out to me with an update and getting a response when you contact them is a brutal process. Try calling support before you order, you will not be able to get a human on the phone. My order was placed on October 14th 2022 and ultimately cancelled on May 4th 2023. Buyer beware. Nonexistent customer service
I ordered a part from PlumbersStock on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 and paid for 2-day delivery. After completing the purchase, they said they would email a copy of my Invoice. Thursday, August 12 and I hadn't heard anything (expecting to receive the item on the 12th). I called and a guy answered the phone but I could barely hear him because it sounded as though there was a party going on. Anyway I asked about my purchase and he said he'd send me a copy of the Invoice along with tracking information, saying the item had shipped. I received the email and much to my surprise, the 2-Day shipping I paid for turns out to be SIX DAY SHIPPING - the part won't arrive until Monday, August 16th! Although I placed the order on the 10th, these idiots didn't ship it out until August 12th! I called back and emailed them asking what was going on but haven't re received a response. at all costsAvoid Avoid heard back - pissed!
