Overcharged for wsop package
I put in what happened and being overcharged. No response about situation just a bunch of bs and not get my money back or even a response dealing with the situation

I was overcharged by $50 for a wsop package.
I was overcharged and emailed them telling them that. It happened once before and when I pointed out the huge increase they refunded my money. This time just a run around. When u advertise something and then increase the price I believe it used to be called fraud. I'll never buy anything from a playtika site again.

I bought a wsop package for $90, when i got my receipt it was $141. A $50 increase not acceptable. I would like my money back please.

There bingo game bingo blitz is a fix not fair play game.my partner was getting loads of credits in classic chest and other chest moved over 100 levels in 2 weeks completed rooms quickly and is on same room as me and iv been playing over 10 years and spent money not a fair play game at all. Con more like. Please don't give them your money it's a waste.

Still no refund: Outstanding from yesterday -Check calls logged around 20 yesterday and no support!!! In Austin room last night between 19h30 and 22h 30 lost 1 x 150 and 2 x 360 credits because I was disconnected Then earlier in day i was paid back once but there is still 870 credits outstanding that was not paid back. I send files and logs and Logged calls but got no assistance PLEASE help x

I made a purchase of $2.99 and they deducted it from my account plus tax moments later they deducted another $6.37 that I did not order then I tried to call customer service and it says the number is not in service

My C/C was billed without my knowledge. I tried to contact them but all the numbers are disconnected, and the email address was returned. Dont trust a company you cant get ahold of . I am looking to get a full refund for this unauthorized transaction.

I was charged for something I know nothing about, I'm 58 yrs old, I don't play games on my phone. I have two jobs no time for that. I need this resolved as soon as possible, this definitely smells like a SCAM!!! Playtika is an overseas company, that has no form of contact in any manner. But for some reason they have access to people's bank accounts. This is very scary, looks like Google will be in for a lawsuit soon.

I deposited money onto my account not realizing that you couldn't win real money so I've requested to have my money back. This was way back in April. I believe on April 24th and still I haven't received anything. I want the money deposited in my account this is bull

Wsop game is totally rigged
I have played real cash poker for ten years. I have played the Playtika Wsop poker for two years. I see more 3 card flops with pairs, flushes and straights in an hour than I see in 100 hours of real poker. This is statistically impossible. The deal is totally unrealistic. This site is rigged to redistribute the wealth to smaller stacks. This site is rigged to allow preflop, all in bets to win way more than they should. This site is designed to create monster hands and lots of action rather than be realistic. Shame on Wsop for attaching their name to this bogus poker website.
