Broken product (diaper genie)
Hello Playtex products , Id like to start off this email message by saying Im a proud playtex consumer. With all three of my children I used your bottles and 10/10 recommend to all of my family and friends. I recently learned the diaper genie is also one of your products. While I do love the diaper genie I have had no luck in sustaining a working product past 4 months. Especially in early months of delivering a baby the diaper genie is super helpful and convenient to have. I have purchased a total of 3 diaper genies in 2 years and within few months of using it its broke on me every time. I have tried to fit it because its a piece that comes out and is near impossible to put back and use the product without it. I love it because its a leading product that is affordable to buy vs the expensive versions of it. I would like to ask if there is something you can help me with regarding my broken product or shed some light on what I can do to the one I have to fix it. PLEASE HELP! These diapers are relentless

Leaking toddler cups
I am feed up 9 to 10 months i have bought 8 toddler hard mouth sippy cups different style from walmart and at frist they are great but after about a month they start to leak donesnt matter how to adjust it or what i do i need to Solution to this issues as i have spent many dollars replacing them thank you

My issue has yet to be resolved. I have heard from Playtex once telling me how to properly use their product and requesting photos of the item n question lined up with the batch id visible. Since having sent requested information Ive yet to hear any further from them.

As of now I have yet to hear anyrhing else from this company besides the Email that they received my complaint and someone would be n toucb n no more than 3 days.

I gave birth to twin daughters the end of August and chose the Playtex Ventair Bottles for feeding. Received 6 packages of these bottles as gifts at my shower and I purchased 4 packages myself. They leak so badly that its nearly impossible to use. Out of the 30 bottles i have in total t 4 of them that I can use without the formula leaking out b4 I can get the nipple screwed on to the top. I reached out to Playtex to try to get a resolution for my issue as I am unable to financially replace the bottles at this time. My email was received on Sept 13 and I know this bcuz Playtex sent me an email saying they received it and someone would contact me within 3 business days. To date I have yet to hear anyrhing further from Playtex. If I dont hear from them soon I will use every social media outlet out there to let everyone know my experience with them and to not make the same mistake choosing ANY Playtex product's. My local news channel has already been n contact with me and we will be blasting them all over the local television if they dont reach out with a fair resolution!

8oz playtex drop in bottle liners
Good morning, We are experiencing a problem getting the 8oz drop in bottle liners. Can you tell me if these were discontinued or what is going on. I bought the bottles that are twisted and are supposed to help with colic, but they leaked from the Botton.
