Bad gift card code

I bought a 25 dollar gift card and when trying to scratch it the printed code was damaged since it came off with everything and the paper and the card seems to be defective

Lost purchase of a movie

I bought a movie on 11/9/2019 and it is no where to be found on my system or the store the transaction number is 168040****61 and since your system it to retarded I can talk to someone about something I payed for which pissed me off to the highest level

To file a dispute for unauthorized transaction on my account

No responding to my problem

I tried to contact PlayStation support several times and I got no response I emailed and no body response and I tried to call but I didnt find any number for my country to call , also I tried live chat but all ways it says that there is no body at the moment. In the end my problem was not solved because I couldnt find a way to contact PlayStation support . The reason why I need PlayStation support is I bought two items by mistake and I want to refund them . Order number 420455****21 second order number 432051****10

Refund game

I tried to refund a game because it was false advertising. It said you can download an app and play it from your phone. Well that was a complete lie. The app doesn't work for it. I tried in on PS4 and PS5. Playstation didn't offer any number to call. The only thing I could do is chat with a live assistant. I waited for 20 minutes and then I accidentally clicked out of the chat window. I quickly tried to restore the window but when I clicked to chat with someone, they wouldn't let me because they said "You've already chatted with someone, please wait" or something like that. So then I couldn't even chat with anyone! Playstation support is just as bad as EA support. Also, my emailed receipt doesn't even show what I paid. It's showing it was free. It was not. It was $9.99

Refund money from playstation store

I play shooting games not sport games I must have bought it when I was a sleeping so stupid the 42.56 $down the drain a game that I will never play a sports game I thought it was like one of those like ads like they put on playstion but turns out it was a game that automatically downloaded I get to work I saw that I had money gone from playstation I tell the bank it wasn't me well now my card is canceled and I won't get a new one in 10 days so stupid fix your policy's you can check how long you play a game is was started for a millisecond so playstation fix your stuff or give me my money back you can take half my game and take the golf game who plays a golf game not me gun games I like cod bf4 not golf games please if anybody sees this please give me a refund 42.56 $there goes gas for my truck.

My sons ps4 got banned due to PlayStation taking money out of my account that I didn’t have for them to take I needed that money for bills

I did not know that if PlayStation takes money out of your account that youre supposed to take it up with PlayStation instead of your bank well I tried calling PlayStation, but due to the holidays I could not get in touch with nobody and Ive still yet to be able to talk to anybody so my son got banned because they took out $56 out of my bank account which was in there but I needed that money for bills so I contacted my bank to get the money back and once I did, they banned in my child permanently so now what do I need to do to resolve this matter?

Check serial number

I work for a retail company and there was an individual that purchased a PS5 COD and attempted to return it stating it had no device in the box, I simply was inquiring if the serial number for the device or the download was redeemed or activated, I didn't want anyone's information just if the device was registered/ activated (or if there was a way to tell when it was activated, I was passed to different departments, and still received no assistance, without this information a police report couldn't be reported, and there is no policy in place regarding this matter. So my employer may suffer consequence due to playstations lack of resources. I personally purchased a PS5 for my sibling as a gift but seeing how this situation has been handled I have returned the device and will no longer be purchasing your products, and when a customer asks my opinion I will advise them of the difficulties inexperienced with customer service.

PlayStation does not help you.

My account was logged out, something that I didn't do, and because my phone number is a different number I cannot go through with the 2-step verification code. My card that was on file is also new, but I called my bank and asked them for my old card number. Customer service told me that the card didn't exist. Bunch of BS and you guys took my money. New subscription and games gone. I will be contacting someone, and I'm sure you guys are not going to like it. Bunch of thieves.

Resolved: I bought 2 games and it's not let me. Download is saying I still have to pay for the game.

I filed a BBB complaint & Sony gave me a refund, I think largely because of that. It probably didn't hurt I began with this here (PissedConsumer) & forwarded them a copy as well.They claimed they tried to reach me, but I was THERE in front of my phone on the table...

I bought some Premium currency in a game. Turns out, game uses TWO Premium currencies (a purchaseable one and a loot box duplicate one, w is shadier than all F***...they do not explain this, either, which I'm pretty sure is a requitement bu busoness laws as is - so consumers can make informed decisions/purchases & not be taken advantage of, etc). Upon discovering my purchase was useless for my intended use, I began the over-1hr-long wait (hours later once they opened) on the line, as the website/help-bot are USELESS & no agents ever seem to be around (it also tells you you can save the transcript AFTER you're past the point of being able to even DO so, which is handy/EXCELLENT design)...Sony refuses to give me a refund because I had "already used it", meaning the PSN Store's automatic transferring of said Premium currency to my account IMMEDIATELY upon purchase...similar to claiming a rape victim consented because "things ended up where we wanted & put them instead of/FOR you" (this is a loophole so they can deny ANY refund, essentially, particilarly digital purchases, nvm I HAVE been refunded for unwanted/malfunctioning service renewals that gave similar Premium currencies in ANOTHER game [same publisher, coincidentally, not buying THEIR games anymore], so the line that they are "unable to because of use" is also a steaming pile of customer-fleecing B.S.) I will now be filing my 2nd BBB complaint against SIE (Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC) within a year...it's not even the $, it's the PRINCIPLE (SOME of us STILL have those...morals & scruples, even, it's TRUE!) I am now planning to go PC/Steam. I do not intend to give Sony ANY more business in ANY of their sub-divisions/subsidiaries (ESPECIALLY with return policies like that, which I'm pretty sure eeinforce breaking business laws etc, nvm having been freshly pissed off & robbed by them). They (Steam) understand robbing your customers/stealing from your own lifeblood is a BAD business idea, at least & console gaming DEFINITELY sucks these days...
