Customer service is appalling
No communication and impossible to get any answers when withdrawal is not being processed chat doesnt work and no reply on email says withdraw processed within a few hours more like days and you cant get any answers

Account blocked after many attempts to withdraw money won
I have continually contacted play ojo over the past two weeks trying to resolve issues with withdrawal of funds and issues with adding a new bank card due to old card replaced. I have sent proof as requested on the online chats. I have not had any response to my emails at all. I have now tried again to resolve this issue to find my account has been blocked. I have photo evidence of my account balance also proof of emails. This is totally unacceptable for a company to accept money from me to gamble then when I win my account is blocked and my funds that I have won have not been returned. This is fraud and I will do everything I possibly can to resolve this issue.

Unable to verify account or withdrawal
I used playojo for many years. I was an A-list user they would send me gifts like an Apple Watch and bottle of wine which was offered when they reached out to me. I always spoke highly of them but lately I tried to cash out my winnings and my experience has been absolutely terrible. I was already verified but they requested verification again. This was weird but whatever maybe they had to update my info on file since it was old. They didnt say which documents either. Submitted my documents for every category and sent a message asking if they request anything else and I find out they replaced the live chat with a robot. After messaging the robot a few times it just ignores me now. So I send an email and receive no responses to that. Then I go online to see many people all having the same issues. What a shame that a once great casino has crashed so hard.

Iv been experiencing extrem problems with withdrawing my balance money at ojo casino and seem to be getting no where. Iv messaged there customer support getting no response and iv got money sat in balance with no way of withdraw as says error. Playojo is a scam ! Ive spent thousands on their site and finally that I won 300£ they wont let me withdrawal that I must upload my documentation to verify me which I did of course and its been weeks and still no money and no response from them ! Funny how easy it is for them to take our money because you dont have to be verified to deposit money into their account but once you win they totally block you from making a withdrawal! Guys dont play at Playojo.co.Uk or at Playojo.com they are a total scam and we tje victims of this should gather together and make signatures to have their site closed for good !
