Delivery order
We have ordered two pizza at Kingston, ON on Aug 14 around 4:47 pm. The pizza delivered cold and more than an hour and 30 min late. It is poor costumer service. We were waiting and waiting for the pizza to be delivered. The confirmation Email doesnt have any details or number or a phone number to call and follow up.

Yesterday we went in person to St laurent branch , we ordered 2 pizza but the way cashier talk and behave is very rude. We will never buy from pizza pizza . It was the third time that we felt very bad by the acting of cashier. Pizaza pizza code 203 , 12 Aug at 22:00. He gave the receipt so I dont have the receipt. No one in Canada acted that much rude to customer that I see he acred last night. We were really sad after we received the pizza.

Pure stupidity
I ordered a pizza online order went to wrong store.but the worst is the employee working the till barely acknowledged me i received a nod that my order was almost ready only to sit there for 15 min and have employee completely ignore me and when i finally did manage to get a minute of her time she told me wrong store.excuse me but what a *** she could have treated me as a customer and the error would have been delt with.but she chose to be an absolute!@#$ and now after long day i go to bed hungry thanks pizza pizza

Wrong order and disrespectful treatment with customer
Hi there today just before 1:00 am I ordered a medium size special one topping ( mushroom) at Bathurst & Steeles Avenue West Pizza Pizza for $10:16 I gave him cash 10:25 , he closed the cash register without returning my change 10 cents , then I asked him washrooms key ,he just throwing it on counter toward me . and also When my pizza was ready to pick up I asked my change he throwing my 10 cents on counter toward me . at first I didnt realize its the wrong order because I was in rushing when I drove off started to eat one slice it was only cheese pizza no mushroom.

In store aggressive
Me and family including children went to upper James pizza pizza in Hamilton Ontario. The girl at the front without greeting started off being very rude after I asked for the deals , she replied "it's up there make your decision", we ended up ordering and needed plates after we got our pizza. all three went I to a shouting match with us after us asking for plates they offered us the pizza slice holders for 6 dollars each stead of a plate without any pizza on it. The two men in the back started laughing out loud and the girl was yelling and screaming that "we should leave if we are not happy and that she doesn't give a *** about our kids being scared with her shouting. This was an unpleasant experience as we are great customers of pizza pizza and this is the closest location to our house.1508 Upper James Street Hamilton. She tried coming at us from over the counter which made us feel afraid.

Salty and spicy pizza
Worst pizza with too much salt and chilli flakes on the top makes it too spicy.. we even couldn't able to eat the pizza..

Went in to pizza piza Larry Uteck, Halifax Ns. Asked how long for peperoni slice he told me 15 minutes so I went outside the door to my vehicle to wait. After waiting 15 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break went back in and he said another 15 minutes because someone came in and bought them, which was an outright lie, I was parked right in front of door. Said his name was Kevin,if he was telling the truth. Don't think I will ever spend my money there again

Jane St and Major Mackenzie store. 2953 Major Mackenzie Drive Placed order at 8:41 pm today Panzzerotti they told me 15 minutes At 9:35 I asked them if its ready. The girl said she forgot my order. They refunded me. Not happy

Bad rude customer service
Hi I ordered pizza to be delivered to my apartment . I gave all the info to the lady that she asked for. Man called asked me to come down to lobby I told him come up punch in my name and I'll buzz you up. He wouldn't. He was mad. He was yelling at me. And rude. Gave me anxiety and I don't appreciate this terrible customer service.

Food was totally burned, and customer service was not reachable. Order was not properly made and paid extra amount for drizzle, but nothing came through. Recommend not to try some certain locations.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Not only did the refuse to refund me in the full amount I paid for the order, the agent hung up on me while he was transferring me to his supervisor. Which I did not ask for. I just asked for the full refund. Def lost a customer and I spent a lot of money here over the years!

I ordered pizza at 4:03 and get at 5:30 Even the toppings was so bad I tell them to put chilli flakes nothing they did . Along side I ordered 2 classic coke and 1 sprite, I just get 2 Diet Coke . Thats it
