Customer Service
The customer service on a bloor West 922 Bloor Street by Gyaneshwar very poor. I have been waiting, looking at him asking for him to take my order. The workers are there to help customers order the food not look beautiful in the restaurant. And when he did help me he over charged me and I had to ask him to fix the price of the special pizza. Very very poor customer service. After he fixed the price they asked me to apology for getting pissed off for their poor customer service. If that behaviour was done in A different Store or Restaurant they would be replaced. And asking a customer for their mistake an apology. I never heard of that !!

Charged but no order
I have not used pizza hut since last Dec. I was charged said for past order not my name but my address. Again July charged fir order but can't find order no communication to prove charge. Told to use card company for dispute charges. Useless customer service I hung up as kept saying fraud. Rather then credit as was pizza hut that got paid.

Reward coupon code not valid
No one returned my call regarding coupon code not working. I received a reward by email which was a code for a free fries. Coupon was not working and when I called into customer service they said someone would get back to me. No one has.

Please for the sake of humanity please close your Ste Catharines ON location.Yesterday I made the unfortunate decision to chose it as a lunch destination while visiting Ste Catherine's.When I pulled up the place was looking unkempt the lawn was overrun and not cut, initially I thought the place was closed or abandoned as there were no other cars in the lot. Alas there was a lit open sign so we ventured in. Upon entry there was a counter where we were informed by the ONLY employee working there..that we had to order at the counter and if we were eating there they would inform us when the order was ready. There was not drink dispensing machine(bottled drinks only) and the poor old salad bar was covered in plastic and dirt waiting for its final destination. Although we had never eaten in a prison cafeteria the visit yesterday certainly gave us the opportunity to experience that. Sadly we ate our food..and and vacated the premise as soon as possible.I used to enjoy Pizza Hut but yesterdays visit has galvanized my belief that this franchise is at the end of the road and will soon be relegated to the anals of fast food history. Rest in peace and my condolences to the soon to be unemployed staff.

Pizza complaint Steinbach location
Hello , I just picked up our order from the steinbach location. 2 Canadian pizza and a meat lovers melt. 2 concerns. Meat tasted sour ( not eatable ) and the thin crust pizza was like eating hard cardboard. I tried calling the steinbach location immediately when we came across this. Order was picked up at 7:39 and called at 8pm no answer. Tried multiple times and still no answer. Now we have no pizza to eat and had to order from Dominos. 2 orders were placed both under Claude Plante @ 7:05 pm. 1 order - Canadian pizza medium pan and meat lover melt ( all meats on pizza and melt tasted sour) 2 order Canadian pizza medium thin crust ( overcooked like hard cardboard and sour meat. Please advise

Thin crust is not pizza crust
Apparently the Pizza Hut near us (in Edmonton) has changed their thin crust. Last night I was introduced to this new "crust". It is disgusting. It is not pizza crust; tastes more like a Jacob's cracker. Pizza crust does not generally have tons of air holes - this "new thin crust" does. It's not pizza crust. Please go back to your original thin crust or you have lost my family as customers. There are many other pizza places I can and will go to that will give me what I want.

Horrible customer service and no one has contacted me regarding my issue and horrible food ! I ordered a supreme pizza and it looked a cheese pizza with green peppers and onions. I contacted the store and they said that is how it is suppose to be.

Waiting for reimbursement
About 2 months ago I received a pizza from Pizza Hut. It was burnt and dry. The bacon was dry. It was terrible. It was not edible. I called and talk to a lady. She said that would be reimbursed and they would make things better for me. I got at Glendale Avenue in Saint Catherines. I was so disgusted in it but I havent received anything for any reimbursement at all. I already gave all the information the number on the bill and everything. .

Told food was out for delivery when food.never even left the store, for the 2nd time. Was told Driver couldn't get into his car again. I was told this exact crap before. And expected me to come walk and get. When I'm have kidney problems right now, not like that matters, I order delivery, and that's that. Said would take 10% off after all this waiting then calling them to find out what happened. But would get free if I walked there. Even though inexplained to this *** my situation again.shouldnt have too. It was the same Indian guy from before. He even told me I'm a repeat customer but still didn't want to make it right l. Guys are horrible business ppl. Goodbye

Charged me for order and have bank details but local Pizza Hut says order was never placed
First receipt shows Pizza Hut took $17.58 from my account and the second receipt shows what my order consisted of. The branch manager at this location was rude and accused me of lying which makes me very angry. He tried telling me there was no way I could get 2 medium pizzas for $17.58 even after I explained to him we had 5 free points for a free med pizza and the second one was on the 50% off deal. He was rude and it felt like they wanted me to just go away. I want my money back. They wouldnt even try and help with the error in fixing it to get something we ordered. Told us to bad and out of luck. So no refund and no pizza. My partner said we arent ordering from them again and ordered pizza from somewhere else tonight in place of the dinner we should have received hours previous

I ordered salad & it was disgustingly old' the lettuce was brown & wilted even the core was sliced up & thrown in & that was 90% brown & the bacon was more raw than cooked'
this is the second time ive received an expired salad' there will not be a 3rd time. NEVER again' will i order from pizza hut' Burnhamthorpe & wolfdale location' mississauga. I called the store 3 × & they do not answer the phone.

Attended for the lunch buffet in Smiths Falls at 12:20pm. All tables were dirty with cups and plates. There was one table that had the chairs on it which we removed to sit down. Our drink order was NEVER taken. We didn't even get water. We went up for the buffet and the 3 plates that were there were ALL dirty. There was only a Hawaiian pizza there and 3 tiny slices of deluxe. There was NO salad and a half a handful of pasta. We ended up with 2 small pieces of pizza and bread sticks out NOTHING TO DRINK. There was 1 male working and was walking super slow like he didn't have a care in the world. We ended getting up to leave in disgust, and the employee walked to the cash register. I told him we are leaving and didn't even get water at our table. It was absolutely unacceptable and I will NEVER go there again!!!

Good Morning! The purpose of this writing is to discuss an order I walked in and placed this past Friday early evening at the above mentioned location. As someone who worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years prior to my going off on disability (Parkinsons). I understand that often times the activities occurring in the restaurant are often not relayed to the head office. I always asked my clients for any criticism as we cannot improve unless our customers are telling us what we are doing both right and wrong. This is one of those times. I walked into the above location and was greeted by the counter person and I ordered a Small Pepperoni lovers. All was well and the counterperson was very pleasant. I don't often get to order take out as I am now on very strict budget due to disability as well as inflation. Once home with my pizza I realized there was no tomato sauce whatsoever on the pie. Imagine my disappointment as I was so looking forward to my pizza. Yes, I ate it anyways as I did not want to make my way back to the restaurant. I would appreciate your notifying them of this error and to be careful and make each pie as if it was for their family. Thought you may want to know my experience so as to lessen these occurrences in the future. I placed an order online and then i called at the store. The person shouted at me that before placing an order you should call the store. He literally shouted on my order. That we will not deliver now.

Refund for online delivery
Dear I had a very unpleasant experience a few days ago. I am formally requesting a refund for order number 642534****, which was placed on May 1st at 7:24 PM. Despite leaving my address, postal code, and contact information, I waited for two hours and the pizza never arrived. Furthermore, I did not receive any communication from the delivery person. I am extremely disappointed and angry at this type of service. Additionally, prior orders for pizza have not been fulfilled correctly, such as order number 684401**** on the same day, where I paid extra for a Stuffed pizza but received a plain pan pizza. This is already the third time. I cannot tolerate being treated this way as a customer. I am formally requesting a full refund for both order numbers.
