Didn’t receive my pizza

Order from there all the time never received my pizzas or my refund really disappointed in pizza hut probably won't order from there ever again

Messed up order and did not fix

Ordered half cheese and half pepperoni and got all pepperoni. I asked for a discount since i did not have time to wait for another pizza. She said she would give me a refund. She then said she will refund the money back on my apple pay account. However, she wouldnt give me proof of refund. She then said she will give me cash. I then asked for napkins which they didnt have and she gave me brown paper towels. I had to ask for extra paper towels. They didnt have any parmesan cheese or chili peppers either for customers. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever! I still want my refund for them wasting my time and paying for something that i didnt order.

Pizza Hut employees messed up with my order

I've placed an order at 5:27pm and I did not receive it for over 1 hour 15 minutes, and I live 3 minutes away from the Pizza Hut restaurant. I contacted the Pizza Hut restaurant to check with them the main reason for the delay of my order. The employee (a guy) told me that the delay of my delivery was for: 25 minutes to bake the order plus the delivery time. He told me that my food was on the way. Then, a minute later the same employee (a guy) told me that my order was still at the store because the ticket (receipt) says PICK UP. I explained to him that I have chosen to be DELIVERED to my address. Im sure I have opted for DELIVERY. So, I asked him to cancel my order; he transferred to the store manager (a lady) who told me that the order couldnt be cancel for it was at the system already. I explained all the situation again and she told me she could send it to me as a delivery process with an additional charge for the delivery. I said that the food was over one hour old, but she offered me to bake a new one and add a delivery fee to my order. I asked her (the manager) to cancel everything and refund the amount ($27.74) I paid through Apple Pay. Once again, she denied it for the order was already in the system. I told her to forget about everything and to throw away my entire order. Im very disappointed and upset for the way the case was resolved. That was my last order from Pizza Hut restaurant. Thanks.

Refund

Waiting over 4 business days for Pizza Hut to release my refund back to my debit card. My card was charged $21.24 and has still been pending. I was given store credit for my inconvenience but that still doesn't put my money back on my debit card

To voice a complaint

Amber answered the phone said quit prank calling and hung up! I called back and told her I was trying to do carry out and it was not a prank call. She said she didnt hear me and hung up. 3rd time I called I asked to speak to manager and she stated she was the manager, to that I asked to speak to the owner who is there at times. She told me to *** do what I wanted and ended the call with a *** you!!! I am 70+ years and have never dealt with such horrific customer service!! I have worked in customer service for decades and u never let your emotions take over. I order pizza almost every week as this is small town! Thank u for allowing me to vent. Please correct the problem with the owner. This should not be a reflection of Pizza Hut.

Never answers phone

July 7th I ordered close to $40 worth of food and it was almost an hour late. It was cold, stale and the breadsticks were hard as a rock. I called the next morning to get a refund i which I was promised some sort of credit back. I never received such a thing and when I call I am hung up on. They even picked it up and forgot to hang up once so I could hear them but no one would respond to me. I want my points back on my mobile app and my money back. Thanks.

Refund needed

I have ordered the pizza on the pizza hut app (same mail id) and payment was made through phone pe app (Rs.1363/-) The amount was deducted from my account , I thought the order was placed but in reality when have gone to pickup the order was in cart itself and asked again for payment which was already made through phone pe So I request to refund the amount of money which was deducted ASAP

Worst pizza delivered... Need refund

All 3 pizzas were very hard and tasteless. corner of pizza was very tight and cudnot chew it was like elastic . burnt onion and tomatoes pizza .free pizza was like eating rubber with black layer on top tastleless. horrible experience taste os 3 pizza . waste of money. spoilt brand name. need complete refund

Horrible experience

I did a curbside pickup I got there and did the I'm here check in. It popped up my order was ready. I waited 10 minutes and went in but was told my order was still in oven. I went back out to my car and waited another 15 minutes went back in was told its not ready yet. Went back out to car...15 minutes later I went back in and my order was on the shelf in a warming bag. They handed it to me inside ( not curbside) and it was barely warm! I spent $49.00 for *** pizza and horrible service! I feel I should be refunded for this.

I found a tack on my pizza and it chipped my tooth

I found a tack in my pizza and it chipped my tooth I called the store and told me they cant do nothing about and wont give me a refund only credit at the store. I wont be going back to the store so I dont want credit

Unable to get a hold of anyone, and burnt

Pizza Hut melts were burnt and not what I ordered .. Bad customer service.. They charge you a service fee plus a 6.50 delivery fee .. This is ridiculous to have to pay extra for food when your patronizing their establishment..

Pizza with olive pit into it broke off my back tooth and I got my two pizzas. 45 minutes late. Was supposed to be here at 5:41 didn’t receive until 625 call to resolve this with the store manager

Ordered a personal pan with black olives, pineapple and ham First off the pizza was cold, and so was the medium pepperoni I received for my grand children I bit, into mine, and it had a black olive pit, and it broke off one of my teeth in the back tried to call the store to let them know. She said they all come slice. They don't have a pit in them Well Ive got one of them in my hand she didn't let me finish telling her I know that's not her fault, but she said that they're shorthanded so thats why my pizza was cold and late 40 minutes and that if people wouldnt be so lazy and not want to work because the government gave them all this money than my pizza probably wouldve been hot and yes, I did get very upset over it and said the F word I didnt call her no words I said what was my grandkids supposed to F eat a cold pizza she was gonna have me come up there and pick up the pizza and the refund well if I had a way to do that I wouldnt of ordered online in the first I wasnt even going to do anything about the black olive pit that broke off my tooth, but I think I will now all she had to do was send me out a new pizza and Ive been happy as long as it was hot, but no she had to be rude and hang up on me because I said the F word this is not how a business should be ran. I will make sure all my friends and family know about this Pizza Hut in Alton Illinois on Homer a Adams to not go there because the manager is very disrespectful and rude. And shes got the nerve to complain. She works 65+ hours because I told her I was 60 years old and I worked for my pension, I cant help it shes 60 and still working 65+ hours not my business, so why did she put it out there to make it mine please resolve this very unhappy customer Connie Zummo number is 618744****. I'm about to start a lawsuit if y'all don't contact me this time

I called customer service. They are saying 3 days before a response.. So I decided to come here. When I say embarrassed to the max. I placed a online order at pizza hut for delivery. Once it gets here the breadsticks was undercooked and the pizza was dripping I'm grease.. I called the store and this guy tusch answered. I explained my issue. He states the bread stick are always cooked to perfection and they don't use grease on pizza. Then I started to say but my food.. Then he hung up! I called back 4 times! He hung up every single time once he heard me speak. So I got my kid out of bed and walked to pizza hut because now I just wanted a refund...and he kept hanging up. Once I got there he looked at the food then said well you gotta come back in the morning for a refund. So I said ok well can you sign this as proof so when I do come back the guy will know who told me to. He says no. I'm like why not. He goes because I already told you what to do..im like if I leave out of here I have no proof I bought the pizza back i need proof.. He tells me to leave the store ! I said ok and went to take a photo. He says if you take my photo I am gonna call the cops. I said I already did. I need to be able to show them who told me to bring it back and your acting weird for no reason.. He says since you won't leave ill call the cops! 3 cops showed up!! I had my 4 year old with me dude . I was so embarrassed. The cops told him to refund me. But he made some excuse why he couldn't refund it all back. Saying I had to contact doordash! But I didn't order from them I have it all on video. I wanna report this to corporate. I just want my full refund that I spent.

Poor customer service disrespect from managment false accusation

Went to pizza hut in our home town of zanesville ohio which is located on maple ave we ordered a deal box which included 2 pizzas and order of bread stucks and a order of chicken bites our waitress who took our order went and put our order in without asking what we wanted on our pizza or our wings when she came back to our table we asked her how was shr putting in ourorder without asking what we wanted she brought out our chicken bite with sausr that didnt even cover half our chicken i asked her about mote dauce she continued to say they dont have co tai ers of sauce to give us and if i wanted more bbq sause i had to pay for it she left our table and i told my husband when i oder my food i dont like it comeing half *** my exact words our waitres went and told managment that we was cussing at her and the manager came over told us we have to pay for more bbq sause and we was to pay for our bill and leave i told her we didnt say anything rude or disrespectful to the waitress and we wasnt leaveing we was goung to siy and eat our food she went to her manager in which he said absolutly nothing to us and then called someone else on the phone and still told us we had to leave she told them we was loud and raising our voice to her in which we was not pretty sure she wanted to act like she has the big authority while traning a new person if and when im wrong or out of line i take full resposabily for my actuons but this lady and establishment was wrong and out of line for the way they treated us and wrongfully acussing me of something that never happened even the people that was sitting behind us was upset because of the way they acused with us then they tryed to say we had to pay for what we ordered but didnt recieve i only paid for what we got even there bathroom has *** on the wall

Waited over two hours for my order

My order was placed at 516 pm Saturday the 25th at 1116 w sylvania ave Toledo Ohio and I called numerous times and was continued to get the runaround . The manager then said he would take care of me and have my food too me personally 20 minutes later that was at 706 pm my food never arrived until 813 pm so almost 3 hours and Im in the restaurant business very unprofessional and I probably will never eat there again sorry but not sorry

False advertising and not worth the time

So I ordered the Big New Yorker!!! I got a super thinpiece of cardboard with cheese and pepperoni that would leave dents in the wall.. I ordered 2 garlic dip x 2 and got 1 ranch ! I used my points for garlic bread and it was one sheet that was a terrible mess to pull apart The only thing that was edible was the cinnamon sticks and those were cold We treat ourselves to pizza once in a while and this solidified that it WILL NOT be from Pizza Hutt again.
