Locked out of account
Hi Pinterest, Im currently locked out of my account. My login details work however my mobile number for MFA no longer exists. I have the backup code but dont know what to do with it. Is it possible for someone to update my mobile number for MFA? Also the email address I used to sign up with is longer in use either. Is it possible to change this as well once I have access to the account again. Feel free to call me anytime

I was charged 2 times at $69 each for ads that were started from a scam on amazon for doing reviews. I am still waiting for confirmation about getting my money back. I am not an influencer and did not want to run ads. I could not get ahold of Pinterest through a phone number so I have emailed many times without getting an answer.

Suspension
I was hacked into, and suspended. I have worked so hard to get this account, and to keep it up for over 8 years. I have important conversations and boards on there. I dont know what the person did. I gave a friend my information for safety, and it turned out they were a hacker and got into my account. They spread hateful things and posts without me knowing, and now im completely crushed and devastated. Please help me get it back so I can have all of my important data back . Thank you for your time,i hope i can get this resolved.

Tried to report fraudulent business
Was not able to speak with anyone, so I tried the customer service via Chat and that was worse. After doing all that typing back and forth was told I was told that I would be sent to another site where I would be charged $5.00 refundable of course. I refused to pay and when I tried to communicate with the person again via Chat it just sent me back to the $5 site.

Fraud with me
My son ordered a saw for my husband for Father's Day it they claimed that it was delivered it was never delivered they also kept sending me a notice saying that we had to send them another dollar 98 for the package to be delivered the post office in Titusville says the package was delivered 7 days ago however the package that we got was a piece of *** bag worth probably a dollar and not a saw and it came from not where we ordered it from but a address in Queens New York

Accr suspended and getting no responce
I had a Pinterest account for years. I had received a notification that my account was deactivated because I had violated the community guidelines. I used it to seek out ideas of interest for myself. I had occasionally sent ideas of interest to just a couple of my friends with like interests. Once this took place I followed the instructions to appeal having my account reactivated. I would only receive a vague request and direction to appeal the decision. None of it was successful. Then Pinterest would say they had responded to my concern. In reality it was the same response and direction to follow again. Pinterest wouldnt let me create a new account stating I was terminated. That was March of 2023. I was so disheartened. There is no means of adequate communication with a viable response from Pinterest to correct the matter. I had tried over the following months to attempt to regain my account or hope to create a new account to no avail. Now trying for the last time, I searched the web hoping to find a phone number to speak to someone regarding my situation. The phone numbers I found are futile. It was when I gave pissedconsumer.com a try. They helped dramatically. It was within in moments that I was able to access Pinterest. Prior to that I wasnt able to even view Pinterest. Sad though, I wasnt able to regain my original account saves. The recipes, the craft interests, and oh so many saves were gone forever. Totally unfair. I would recommend pissedconsumer.com for aide in settling a dispute. They came through for me. I will keep them for all future disputes. Thank you pissedconsumer.com

Problems with seller
I attempted to buy a single item from a seller on Pinterest. This didn't happen and I was charged for four items when I only wanted one. I tried repeatedly to reason with this seller by email but was told the product had already been shipped and that the problem was mine. I contacted the seller literally within an hour after realizing there was a problem. I noted that the website reflected that I had wanted to buy a certain item but another item that they were featuring was added to my irder. I backtracked and attempted to undo the order but instead ended up with four items, three of which I didn't want. I went to the transaction page in hopes of cancelling the entire transaction but was then billed and paid for all four item. I'm so disgusted that I don't want anything from this seller. I believe that they have a purposefully rigged it poorly designed webpage. I am angry because I feel like I've been taken advantage of and am angry with Pinterest for agreeing to feature this seller.

To report a scam /false advertisement
I saw an add on Pinterest about egg chairs selling for $30 which I purchase plus shipping charges coming to 50 And yesterday after a few weeks of waiting and being given a track number and everything seemed to be genuine to my surprise I have received a small kids bag . Completely scam Company advertising with the name of Niholss I would really appreciate if you can help me to stop this scam please Thank you

I want to reactivate my account
I have been trying to reach anyone from Pinterest to reactivate my account that was unfairly deactivated without giving me a reason. I've had Pinterest since I was 12 and I want to keep using it! I just want to fix this problem, but I can't get a hold of anyone. This is very upsetting. The Help Center was NO help whatsoever.
