I pay 600 a month fir my credit card debt. I still have a letter from a sherifs office
I pay 600 a month and this law group was suppose to help me with my credit card debt. I have 1 remaining. debt and aspire formally known as pinnacle law group won't help

Not at all transparent
I received a debt collection from this company that was completely incorrect. I wrote them a letter as they requested and they have not responded in 30 days. I tried to call them and no phone number is listed on their website or paperwork. I tried to email them and the email address they provide on their website is non-existent.

They claim that I owe them money with the Armadillo. Mine is not as high as yours but I DID NOT order from them

Never ordered but billed
My wife received a past due bill from Pinnacle Law Group that indicated a $103 bill for a Prache anti-aging cream from Armadillo Agency that was never ordered, nor needed.Beware

Received collection bill from pinnacle law firm.! Say they bought claim from Armadillo.! I never received the product.! Gues know they will charge interest on the bill amount an monthly Lawyer charges.! Can get no one to answer there phone.!! Looking like legal way around the law to scam people.! Happened to my son by Crooked lawyers Owed 4000 After lawyer charges Interest it went to 1300k he owed the layer firm.!!

The clients you represent are thieves. This bill was satisfied a long time ago. Yeah double bill people, that's cool! If this effects my credit score the attorney general will be involved.

NOT AT ALL satisfied
For other people thinking about using this company. Think again, they only got one (1) settlement in the 8 months I was with the company. Their lack of communication and lack of working on settlements caused me to move forward with bankruptcy. Check out other settlement companies before these people.

The same thing happened to me!!!! They said a free sample and then tried to charge on my credit card so finally I closed the card. This stuff made my face break out and I told them I would return it
This company (Armadillo) wants $ $212.00 for junk (so-called age defying cream) that made my face break out!!! I tried to cancel it and send it back to them, but they would not !!!! RIP 0FF!!! I am going to contact my attorney today!!

If it smells fishy, it probably is. I'm smelling real old fish with this Pinnacle outfit. . I'm disputing an "attempt tp collect' letter. My gut tells me this is a fraudulent "enterprise". I will see if I receive a response within 2 business days, as promised..

Collecting for Product I Never Received
A company advertised free sample of anti-aging cream used by stars if consumer paid for shipping. I ordered but never received. When we saw a large bill on our credit card, we contacted our bank and disputed it. Never heard another word until we got a collection notice. We have never had a delinquent bill in our lives. The law firm said to write them within 30 days of the notice date 2 months before we received to get the name & address of the original creditor. Confusing because collection notice is already over 30 days. Notice says current creditor is Armadillo Agency & Original Creditor was H2O Holding. Never heard of either before. Can’t talk with them on the phone or by email. Letter also said if not contacted within 30 days, they will assume debt is valid. The company or creditorS or law firm appear to be trying to deceive consumers.

Please Don't Confuse "Firm" with "Group"

I have been fielding a good number of calls from people who have received collections letters from a company called Pinnacle Law GROUP. Unfortunately, people are confusing my firm (Pinnacle law FIRM), with Pinnacle Law GROUP. My firm, Pinnacle Law FIRM, does not practice in the area of collections. Rather, we practice Assisted Reproductive Technologies law (surrogacy, egg donation, etc.). Unfortunately, I cannot speak to, nor assist with, any issue collections related. Simple. Got a collection notice for $51 on a product I cancelled in October 11 2018 got a cancellation #. Tried calling Pinnacle, phone number disconnected. Can’t email to have correspondence. Email only for payment. I’m writing one last letter to resolve situation. I’m filing a complaint to the federal trade commission. U do the same if having a problem. FTC 1-877-FTC-help or www.ftc.gov. Don’t let these companies get away with skirting the law.

Never heard of this product
I received a collection letter for a product order that I never ordered. I have tried several times per phone to dispute this debt. I only get a recording on how to pay this. I have not been able to talk to a customer service person. I have filled a debt dispute with the company.

Took the shipping cost but never sent the product
